Very nice customer service reasonably priced & good work.Dan put my daughters new bike together for her to participate in special Olympics.He had it ready within 2 days.Replaced my tire & tube on one of my bikes & I just dropped off 2 more for him to fix. So glad to my cousin told me about Allens bicycle repair shop.Thank you so much Dan!

The owner is so friendly and he has an awesome history of his travels makes one want to fly to France. He fixed both my bikes only charging $28 dollars. Just great service.

I have been to this place 3 times. It is a great place to get your bike fixed. An honest man. I trust him. Tells us what it needs a price up front. I will go again.

The owner is very good doing repairs as requested by the customer as well as he also repairs items that are needed and required in order for the bike to operate safely. Highly recommend this place for repairs.

I took my bike in to have cones adjusted optimally. He did absolutely nothing. It is harder to pdeal than when I took it to him. Stay away

This is an excellent bike shop. This shop had the only model in stock of the particular bike I wanted. I made the drive out there and was glad I did. The owner was very nice and knew exactly what he was talking about. I felt comfortable purchasing an expensive bike knowing I would be taken care of if something did go wrong. Give them a try!

Kind and knowledgeable owner/operator. Good price on tube replacements, even had sizes for a jogging stroller.

Took my bike for a tune up, the gear was not shifting properly. Left the bike, the owner called me asking if I wanted to have the chain changed, I said no because the chain was perfectly fine. Charged me $60 for a gear shift tune up. The guy is nice, very chatty. Liked the place.

Dan is fair and will not sell you something you dont need and the same for maintaining your bike with or without repairs.

Had a travel accident that left me with a an unusable bent rim. Dan set me up with a new rim and tire. Transferred my gear cassette in a short time .got me back riding. Very personable and reasonable!Thanks Dan

I went in to the shop with an older bike, and did not have a lot of money to spend. I knew it needed new tires. The repairman suggested a tune up, but wasnt clear why I would need to pay an extra $40 for that service. I told him I could only afford new tires, tubes, etc. Sixty dollars later, I got my bike back with brand new tires. Upon the first ride, I knew something was wrong. It was not a true wheel. I have little common knowledge on bikes and confused, I called the repairman. I was upset that the bike was not in working condition. He wanted me to come back into the shop and pay more money for the repairs. He was not apologetic and became increasingly frustrated, insinuating this problem was of my own fault. He should have informed me, prior to the $60 I spent, the bike would most likely not perform its basic function. I will not return to this shop.

Rick and Michelle run a good shop. They are not there to hustle you and will hesitate to just replace tires in a bike that is otherwise dangerous to use. Take their advice. Rick made three service calls to my home with his van to get my large new electric/solar/pedal powered velomobile working. His fee was very reasonable and he did not stop until the test ride confirmed the challenging repair was complete.

Went here with the whole family to shop for children bikes. We were assisted well and were able to find the perfect bike. Great job.

Excellent bike shop. Dan found the real problem with the shifting in one of the jockey wheels. He put in a temporary jockey wheel until a new set is delivered.

The gentleman who runs this shop is very informative, helpful, and respectful. He is also very friendly and just wants to help out his fellow cyclists. He really deserves the support from his community.

Very poor at communicating, I feel as if he just played dumb to try and get more work out of me. I very clearly asked what the work involved that I was having done and he pointed out what would be replaced, he did not do what he told me. He played dumb and acted like that wasnt what was said to him. He did not seem interested in what I was wanting done and seemed more interested in the other gentlemen there.I felt I had just been pegged as a quick buck, in and out. I will not refer this place to anybody as I will be telling people about my less than par experience. I will add that the fix he performed is not even close to pleasing, the part did not even fit correctly. I paid and left very unpleased.

For repairs, great place to go as he charges less than half or what some others do, and he does a great job.

I am going to bring my bicycle here to be fixed in August. The man I spoke with gave me a base price unlike a different place. $50.00 plus parts which thats what I like when someone does business, they give you a flat rate plus parts. The man at D&G Green Products, INC. didnt do that but this young man did.

Average, nothing special here, as with all bike shops your going to pay double if not more then you would if you order it online, if you need it right away and want to actually see the product your going to pay.

He doesnt even know how to work on bmx. He just wants the money and will charge you just to look at your bike. And he will fix something without telling you and expect money
