We were staying for a week at an RV resort in the area and my RAD E-bike needed work. It’s super hard to find people that will work on E-bikes but when I called Abner (who owns the shop along with his wife) he said to bring it right in. He immediately diagnosed my problem and also found damage I was unaware of. He special ordered a part, did the repair, tuned it up and had the bike ready for me in a couple days. I was afraid it was going to cost me a fortune but it was extremely reasonable. Abner was super knowledgeable and friendly. We live about 40 miles from this shop but I would definitely make the trip for any future work.

I bought a folding bike for my daughter to take with her in her motorhome. When I called Links and Wheels, Abner said he would be happy to put it together for me. He had it ready within 3 days and at a very reasonable price. When I picked it up, he reminded me to bring it back for any needed adjustments and at the one month point, to bring the bike back for free tune up for cables which would probably stretch. Being new to this area, I feel lucky to have found such a professional and kind man to work on the bike.

Definitely this is my new place for all my MTB needs. He took literally about 8 minutes to fixed my bike. Very, very knowledgeable and he even fixed ( without charging me extra), what the other guy that I used to bring my bike supposedly fixed. I’m very pleased and i highly recommend this place.

My boyfriend and his father went in a week before Christmas to pick out a bike. The guy said, we do not sell bikes here. As they had tons of mountain bikes, trikes, and road racers around... He then began to lecture on Covid and mask, my boyfriend and his father were wearing their mask, the shop owner wasnt. An older white gentleman walked in with a mask did not get lectured and made his purchase with help and my boyfriend received no help and the shop owner lost out on a sale. Guess they are not a bike shop, go somewhere else if you want a bike or good service.

Straight forward no nonsense. This is exactly what you want. The owner, Abner is super knowledgeable. Super friendly. I brought my bike in I purchased online to have put together and instead of trying to just do it and send me on my way, he told me the braking system would be dangerous. Lesson learned. Dont buy online. Bikes are hard to come by but if u need repairs, trust Abner 100%.

Went in with my dad to buy a bike and triggered the owner by wearing a face mask. He lectured us for a good 20 minutes about covid. While I understood the message he made it an extremely uncomfortable situation for us. What I dont understand is that another man with a mask walked in and didnt get the pleasure of a lecture. I felt personally offended, then through all of that refused to sell us a bike. Didnt even offer to show us anything. I get the message guy, but you dont have to be so combative. He made it seem like we didnt have the means to purchase a bike so didnt give us the time of day. Im so offended. The 4.9 star review they have is baffling to me.

Honest local company! My husband took my bike here for a new wheel. Instead of charging us $75 for the new wheel, he said he would fix it and even did a tune up for $25 out the door! Great customer service! We are never taking our Bikes anywhere else again!

Abner is the best! I bought a bike at another store and wasn’t happy with how it fit me. He helped fix the mistakes the other store made setting up my bike, and switched a few things up to make it more comfortable for me! My boy friend bought a Kona bike there and loves it to! Abner always takes superior care with our bikes and is all around the best!

I can’t say enough good about this bike shop. If you are thinking about purchasing a new bike please go speak to Abner first. There is a lot of noise online when it comes to purchasing a good quality bike. Abner knows his stuff especially when it comes to MTB.

Best experience at a bike shop...EVER. Ordered a Raleigh Tokul 24 for our daughter. Abner received it and put it together in just a few days. He then did a complete fitment adjusting brakes, angles, shifters, grips, etc. Bike fits my daughter perfectly...first time I have had anyone go through the time to fit a childs bike that precisely. I highly recommend this bike shop and will continue to give them my business.

Finally a shop that takes pride in the job they do!! I happily drive over an hour to get to this shop. They sell Kona Bikes amongst other brands. And as a dealer they live up to the persona of the Kona brand!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I had a Christmas gift bike that had brakes that hiy bent in shipping. Another bike place told me it would be a couple of days. I broke a piece off my bike and needed to find somewhere to get it. I tried online but couldnt be sure it was the right one for my bike. This guy, he is so very nice and will explain how to do something for DIY people or even those wanting to save some money. He helped me get the thing I needed for my bike and explained how to put it on. I def will be back.
