Young man working there was extremely helpful and friendly. My girlfriend wants to quit smoking cigarettes and wants to try vaping for the first time and this young man helped her out making a device decision shes happy with. Very nice selection of products and they open until 11pm.

Ive been going here off and on for the last couple of years. Brought friends, told people and shared their juice menu. At one point it was really a good place to get juice. My most recent visit was very out of character and I think its because of the new staff. Go if you want great juices, just dont expect more. Its really unfortunate.

The manager Brendon is the most sincere and customer driven person to work with! He Is the sole reason I will continue to return to E-Cig Vault and why I won’t shop anywhere else.

I have the Orion DNA and have been buying the mesh pods from here for months. They barely ever work, and this place used to be good about giving me a new one when Id bring them one that Id bought, taken home, and found out they wouldnt fire or would barely hit. However, I went in yesterday with the same problem and the guy refused to replace the bum pod I had. I bought a new one then he told me yeah those ones [that ive been buying here for months] is a Chinese aftermarket one. They dont always work. Better business practice would be to replace the faulty product you sold me...

This place has a comfy kicked back vibe, and excellent customer service! They also have a large and varied selection of flavors available to sample and purchase. Prices are average good . Definitely worth a stop to check it out. If I lived in this area, Im sure I would be a regular patron

Unbelievably these people are straight edge and anti-cannabis. They couldnt even have a conversation about the Vape equipment because cannabis was mentioned. Then that cleans nicotine was safe while cannabis was not. They couldnt answer questions about the Vapes. And there were kids in there. A business telling kids that their product is safer then cannabis is immoral unethical and potentially illegal. Dont give them your business

They didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and rushed me with my purchase. They were not friendly and did not make me feel welcome at all. Never going back.

Been to this place multiple times now, first few times were ok but I realized it isnt a very well run shop when one of the employees told me they barely ever change the coils in their tasting tanks. Realized I would never go here again when I paid over $30 for 1 bottle of juice that regularly sells for $15-20, and the guy behind the counter DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE RIGHT MG. I told him 6mg multiple times and he ended up giving me 3mg, and I didnt realize until after I left. NEVER AGAIN

E-Cig Vault is my go-to shop for juice and mods now that I’m back in Southern California. The staff is always polite and efficient while providing plenty of knowledge about vaping products. They have a great selection of juices that will ensure you can find something in your flavor house. Although there are shops closer to me, I will always make the drive to E-Cig Vault where I know I’ll be well taken care of.

This is hands down my favorite vape shop that I have been to. The service is always amazing. If I ever happen to have any questions it is very easy to give them a call or stop in. Even when I have purchased other goods at another store and they werent the most knowledgeable I have always been able to go to E-cig Vault and get the right advice and hands on help to make my vaping experience easy and head-ache free. After going to these guys I simply cannot go anywhere else. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, they arent trying to sell you on the flavor of the week to get you out of the door quickly. They are the first and only shop I have gone to, where the employee will actually take time to answer questions about devices and not just stare at you like you should know what you are doing. For the experienced vape enthusiast or first time buyer I cannot reccomend the service and friendlyness of Ecig Vault.

Bought a vape here and Jacob, one of the employees, said I was lying about my vape not charging fully. I bought it about half a month ago and he has refused to exchange it and told me that I was lying so I could get a new device, when mine is in perfect shape, in front of about 5 other customers in the store. He also refused to contact a manager about the problem or let me know when the manager will be at the store.

One of my Friend recommended this place, they got great vapes, and liquids, also friendly stuff!;) i always will purchase my liquids here!

I just went to Ecig Vault for my first tine and was thoroughly impressed with the kind,knowledgeable, and outgoing staff. I was amazed with the stores beautiful art work, the stores comfortable and and modern looking stools by their flavor testing bar area. I am somewhat new to electronic cigarettes and the way they work but when I left their store I sure felt educated and aware of how to use my brand new Ecig. I met the store owner who is a young man named Garret who was very patient and courteous while demonstrating how to fill my cigarette, charge it and use various modes and exit out of modes. From now on there is no doubt in my mind as to where Ill be going to get accessories and juice for my Ecig from now on.

This is my go to vape shop, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have an air conditioned lounge with a huge flat screen and comfortable furniture if you wanna hang out for awhile. The selection of brands and flavors is diverse, and also the hardware to choose from will keep you vaping happily. I havent went anywhere else for years...why?
