So many vape shops run out of their inventory. That doesnt happen here. They stay stocked up. So if you are tired of going to a vape shop only to be told to come back in a few days, start coming here instead.

Horrible experience. Bought a vape pen and gave it a try outside the shop and it didnt work. I brought it back in to exchange or return it. The owner/manager refused to fully refund it (Id had it for 30 seconds) claiming my cartridge was bad. (It worked fine in the old pen I had. Tried it right outside the store). He began yelling at me (with his mask off) about people getting inside his head, making his head hurt... he sounded like he was crazy. There are a lot of good vape shops in DC/Northern Va. There are plenty in Arlington alone. Avoid this place, and avoid the person that claims to run it: the last thing anyone needs right now is to be yelled at by a business manager without a mask, especially when theyre wrong. Id been going to this place for years, but never again. If a business is willing to lose a customer over a $10 refund, they dont deserve to be in business. Theyre also incredibly overpriced. Was much better when Abbi ran the place.

Just like every other person here I’ve had the same problem with the puff bars. Numerous times where I’ve bought a 18$ or 20$ bar and it dies that same day or the next. I have suspicion they are rigged and if they are bad business. I’ve complained about it and they tell me they can’t do S**t. Simply don’t buy that stuff here you’ll be disappointed!

Great selection but unfortunately the employees dont know the difference between a cigar a cigarette and a vape pen. Im surprised they manage to put on shoes in the morning. Ive never had a good experience in this location. Everyone working here seems like they were lobotozed 🤷🏼‍♂️

I honestly dont ever rate places just because I normally dont think its worth too hear what I think about something else. I couldnt help myself this time I bought a puff bar plus for $13.99 from there then I realized that was cheaper than how much they cost on the puff bar website, so the next time I go in I got the same flavor and it tasted completely different like it was all menthol I cant stand that so I said something to dude with the silver/gold teeth Im pointing him out because thats who the person I told this to got him this dude just basically said I didnt know what I was talking about so I let then keep it bought another one and I scratched off the code on the back AND IT SAID THAT THIS IS A COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT AND NOT TOO USE IT AND REPORT WHERE I BOUGHT IT FROM. So before I got someone into trouble that could have been an honest mistake dealing with the wrong vendor or whatever I called and they gave the phone too the same person I already told there was a problem he said just come to the store and I went out of my way for him too again give me the most unbelievable reason for what was going on told me that the code I put in was not the correct website and I said the website is the website and then dude started explaining how fake things people are putting in their lungs gets out here like basically oh well so now Im writing this REALLY HOPE PEOPLE READ IT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I NEVER EVEN REPORTED DUDE AND THE STORE BUT I MIGHT HAVE TO BECAUSE IVE HEARD THIS SAME STORY FROM FIVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND ANOTHER VAPE SHOP IN ARLINGTON HE TOLD ME THAT HE BOUGHT A WHOLE BUNCH OF FAKE PUFF BAR PLUSS FROM GOKD/SILVER TEETH DUDE...

Have been coming here for a while now and thought Id even review because theyre just the best. They always have what Im looking for an always super friendly. Abbi helped us today and despite coming in 5 minutes to closing was very accommodating and helping us in our indecisive ways. Will continue coming here because of how friendly everyone is and how they always have what you need and well go above and beyond to help you find it if you dont know what you need.

Really good service n good quality

Ive bought three 510 vape batteries here. All three stopped working within a week. Recently tried to get a CBD cartridge too-got home and there was literally nothing in the box. Yall have some incredible quality control issues.Also when I went in on Thursday evening the dude behind the counter wasnt wearing a mask, and several of the customers in the store had taken theirs off (Im assuming following his example).

This store always have exactly what I want. I have to take a lil trip to get there but its always worth it.

I started making this my main vape location because it was close, and the staff was friendly.But then they sold me a leaky bottle of Mouse Chef vape juice, which leaked all over me desk from a crack on the side. I tried to return it as I just bought and opened the bottle 20 minutes before, but they said it couldnt be broken because there wasnt a mess on their counter. I said its only leaking when you squeeze it, which is why their shelf is clean. He said hed give me another empty bottle but 1/3 the $24/bottle was already gone. I said no thanks, I have empties at home....Frankly online is way cheaper... I was only here for the convenience and thats out the window now that I know they sell broken products. Their supplier would have surely refunded them (especially b/c i would have given them the product back to show the supplier), they were just too lazy to make a phone call to keep a customer.

This place is loaded with all vape, hookah & tobacco goods. The location at first seems a little shady but the store is great. Very official here & awesome inventory

By far this is the best store in the DMV area. I was helped by the owner he was very nice and took his time he showed me everything about the product that I bought I would highly recommend the shop they have very good customer service their selection was very good and the price was fantastic for the area. And one thing that I really liked about this store is that they greet every customer when they walked in the door and was help right away I’m surprised they got a few bad reviews but not everyone can be happy.

This place is amazing, it may seem small from outside but once you step in youll see is a large store. They have all kind of mods, e-liquids, cigarettes, etc. They know all their producs very well. Just went to buy some e-liquids & they are awesome
