This was my first time visiting Dr. Russell Crosier was awesome. He made sure my children and I understood the information provided. The staff were very courteous. My fave was Ms. Elizabeth she showed such professionalism, she was extremely knowledgeable and super fun to pick out glasses with. This office was clean and practiced social distancing at all times. My children and I have found the right Optometrist for our needs.

My visit to the eye doctor exceeded my expectations. The doctor did a thorough exam. The doctor listened to all my questions and concerns. He answered my questions in a professional manner. The office is pristine and the staff is amazing! Great visit, great doctor!

I have a very, very difficult prescription and Dr. Crossier was VERY patient and kind. He listened to me and worked with me. Usually going to the eye doctor is worse than anything but he made it as good of an experience as it can be for me. Office staff was pleasant to deal with too.

He takes time for you & doesnt make you feel rushed at all. He also asks if you have any questions before you leave. He is very thorough. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of eyes. I am a diabetic and he helps me with information that sometime my diabetic doctor can not explain. Called just to inquire about prices with my insurance carrier for the Exam and price per box of contacts for the brand I wear. They couldnt and wouldnt even tell me, the lady just stated that for the contacts she couldnt give me a price per box because it depends on what the Dr. wants to put me in, I told her what brand i wear and have for literally years- the brand that im most comfortable in so I wouldnt change the brand just because they want to put me in whatever, as I myself know what my eyes are comfortable with. Not helpful with questions at the front; didnt have this issue when calling other eye places.

Dr. Rusty and staff have been my optical go-to crew since almost the beginning of their office. Dr. Crosier is very thorough with his exam and extremely concerned that the patient understands the diagnosis and any treatment options. His staff is also friendly and concerned with helping the patient. His office, Arlington Vision Care, is a first-rate facility, easy to get to and very comfortable. YOu dont feel like youre in one of the high-volume push em in - push em out businesses. I highly recommend Dr. Crosier and his friendly staff for your all of your vision needs.

Ive been coming to Dr. Crosier for nearly 13 years now. And my family and I have never had a problem with him or any of his associates.

I love almost everything about Dr. Crosier, but his office staff cant get it together. While Dr. Crosier is very knowledgable and approachable and he is great at explaining things and doesnt mind spending extra time with patients who have questions, his staff make mistakes that make me end up wasting time. I have left appointments multiple times without being given everything I need (didnt get eye drops one time, didnt get printed prescription another time, almost didnt get contact lense kit but remembered to ask for it at the last minute) because the doctor and staff dont communicate well with one another. This last time they ordered the wrong prescription for me, even though I specifically asked the doctor if the front desk would order using the updated prescription. Now I have to wait another two weeks to get the right contacts, and have to drive there AGAIN to pick them up. One too many irresponsible acts has lost them my business.

My whole family loves these people! Friendly, thorough and very knowledgable.

Dr. Crosier and his staff are the best, we moved here 6 years ago from Cali, since his office is about 12 minutes from where we live I selected him to be our family O.D. and have no regrets. Our plan is to use his services for life.

Dr. C saved my left eye. When I came to him with a detached retina, he immediately referred me to a surgeon. The next day I had surgery that completely restored my vision. My entire family goes to him. He knows what hes doing, he cares about his patients and he shoots straight.
