Great little gelato place. Came with my mom for her birthday and she had the Texan pecan and wedding cake. I got the cookies/cream and red velvet. It was delicious!! The toppings are as if they JUST threw them on when scooping the gelato. They aren’t soggy like some stuff can get. Prices are a bit high though.

We went to Italy for our honeymoon and gorged ourselves on gelato in Rome, Naples, and Florence. You NEED to have some if you never have before!...and this place is legit gelato. Way better than ice cream.

Love this place. It can get busy so depending on how many people are behind the counter, you could have to wait. But its worth it. Theyre very friendly and reasonably priced. It always tastes great

The employee at the counter was awful. The order was wrong, took way too long. The woman who took the order was extremely rude. I personally will never recommend this facility to anyone I know. I will also NEVER return. I hope management can provide further training to the employees.

If you havent had gelato it is basically really thick and creamy ice cream. Get a sample or two. Great variety of flavors. The servings seem really small but because of the thickness (and maybe the size of the spoons) it is very filling.

An employee stole my wallet in January of this year and very nonchalantly told me that she and the police officer and store security are friends. When I went back to look for it she was coincidentally coming back from her break. I reviewed the mall camera footage which only showed clips but also showed me with my wallet getting ice cream but then cuts away. But how convenient when this stores actual camera footage got mistakenly deleted. I mean seconds before it shows me walking away from this kiosk. I placed calls to their corporate office, explaining the situation. No one ever called me back. I found out two months later I want the only victim.

This is some of the best tasting ice cream I have ever had. Nothing can top it, especially the Tarmisu.

Ignore the other user review. Paciugo is authentic Italian gelato, not a restaurant. The gelato is fantastic. Smooth, creamy, and flavorful. Paciugo is one of my all time favorites. :)

Just a friendly reminder for those interested in quality gelato that while the costly prices may be highly inflate compared to your average American ice cream, tipping is anticipated and appreciated by its congenial staff! You are paying for quality product that is seldom sold fresh and as unique, at the expense of quantity and the servers. Paciugos targeted competitor, Starbucks manages to pave way for competitve wages and many financial aid, with a beginning wage averaging at $10.38 while Paciugos parks mall location begins at $7.90, towards college students. While both jobs entail many of the same duties, stressors, and revenue. You are not expected to help pay the employee wages, but this is just a reminder and insight onto why there is a split gratuity, which is not a sufficient or reliable addition revenue. Due to the high prices of an inflated product, and lack of insight on the topic. The worker here are kind and deserving college students, that deserve better wages. Students who force their feelings aside day to day to the gratification of the customers they serve, and have their best interest neglected by many. These are not high school kids, but young adults who are definitely being exploited. On an addition note they also dont receive reasonable raises if any and do not receive opportunities to advance which can lead to missed opportunities when seeking better employment.

Probably one of the best places in Texas, DFW definitely to get fresh gelato, a little pricey but well worth it

Terrible! Their salsa was tomato sauce. All their fried tortillas tasted like chemicals. My cheese enchiladas literally were made with American cheese. We had a table of 11 people and NOBODY was satisfied. These other reviews were very misleading. Dont waste your money in the over priced terrible tasting food.
