Super limited menu, don’t even have hot chocolate. Literally a waste to even be there lol

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD! When is Dunkin Donuts finally going to close its doors. The customer service was complete trash, and I feel like I wasted my money! CLOSE THIS STORE!

The service provided by the 3 ladies in the morning deserve absolutely 5 stars! The store was packed, but they keep the line moving quickly! they actually came out to ask for your order ahead, once you reach the cashier, you just pay. Also the store is very clean.

Not up to Dunkin Donut standards. Medium ice coffee with only a small amount of coffee. More than half container of cream and full cup of ice. Almost no coffee. Also big grains of sugar at bottom. Not enough coffee to melt the sugar. Wrong order of prep. Even with repeat, still horrible. Back to Starbucks for me!

This place is the worst. The customer service is horrible to say the least! They are young minded and rude and it explains why they’ll be stuck at Dunkin Donuts. I will be filing a complaint with the airport along with this review.
