Dr. Fell takes her time with you and makes sure everything is correct before you leave the office! She only recommends whichever hearing aid is best for you. I have been very happy with her services for several years now. I talked to her about upgrading my hearing aids but she said too be honest that I really didnt need to upgrade because she didnt think the extra expense would do much to increase my hearing over my present hearing aids. She could have just as easily taken advantage of the situation but she didnt.
