Debra Myers was terrific. She made my husbands hearing tests and all the information clear and easy to understand. She was also kind,efficient and professional. We highly recommend this center!

The team has shown they truly care about what they do and in 2018 its hard to find folks that have good old-fashioned hospitality. I visited Beltone Hearing in Pantego and had a wonderful experience. Mrs. Myers, the Hearing Specialist was exceptional. She really took her time and really explained everything thoroughly. She was very professional and I was very pleased with the service I received. She made sure I understood everything and made sure to adjust my hearing aids exactly how I needed. I would highly recommend visiting Mrs. Myers at the Beltone in Pantego.

I paid 4000.00 dollars for hearing aids when Joel Villasenor was the Audiologist at this location.Very happy with Joel,not at all happy with Beltone hearing aids.My last appointment in February of this year I find Joel has been replaced by a person that is rude andunprofessional.Do not waste your time at this location!Additionally most metro-plex locations have a single owner. I complained to him but he did not show me the courtesy to respond.A.J.Armstrong
