We love this place! Robert & Emily Donner are so professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and just downright good people! They listen to what youre experiencing and along with your evaluation, they help you find the perfect solution to your hearing problems. They really bend over backwards for their patients and we wouldnt go to anyone else! Awesome people and awesome service!

What an awesome little place. I brought my 90 year old mother in, because her hearing aid wasnt working. Instead of trying to sell us new ones (hers are old), he fixes one tiny thing, said they were fine, and only charged us $25 for the office visit and 30 minutes of his time, and that included a full card of new batteries and a set of filters. He was also very kind and understanding. I cant recommend them highly enough. We will go here from now on.

Rob and Emily are great. I’m a first time wearer and I was a bit apprehensive but he took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. The ease of scheduling appointments around my schedule was so easy, they’re very accommodating. Wonderful service and outstanding product. I am hearing great now. I visited Fonner Hearing Aid Center to have custom ear plugs made. Robert was very professional and explained each step he was doing. He made the mold and they sent them off to be made. I received them back very quickly. I have used the ear plugs at a concert and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to hear the music perfectly but at a volume that was enjoyable instead of pounding music. The screaming and shouting of other guests was extremely muffled. When the concert was over I did not have any ringing or discomfort in my ears which I usually have when I attend concerts. I’m very happy to be protecting my hearing. I will definitely use these ear plugs again. I am very happy with them and with Fonner hearing aid center.

My 93 year old mother’s hearing aids were over 5 years old. She was to the place that even with her aides in we were having to shout for her to hear us. We went to Fonner Family Hearing Aid Center and Robert Fonner fitted her with an up to date pair of hearing aids. The difference has been amazing. She is able to take part in normal volume conversations. Thank you Fonner Family for your kind and gentle approach of working with my mom and for opening up her world to sounds again❤️

I have been working with Fonner Hearing Aid Center for over two years now. I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable, caring, and very up-front about what my hearing issues are and how best to deal with them. The knowledge they bring to the table and the understanding they have of the products and services available make a very confusing situation more clearly understood. You then can make decisions based on good information and choices available. I dont believe you will find a better group of people to work with for your hearing issues.

Great service. My mom needed adjustment with her hearing aids. Robert came by their assisted living place to do the adjustment. He was so patient and understanding with my Mom and just fantastic to work with. Truly understands how to work with people.
