Purchased my hearing aids at this location. Took my hearing aids back with an issue and was told they would have to be sent in and it would covered under warranty. Was told it might be as long as 2 weeks and they would call as soon as they came in. Was also told if I had purchased the maintenance package they would provide loaners. It is now 3 weeks out and have received no information. Seems they have a issue following up with vendors and then keeping the customer up to date.

My mother and I started with Connect Hearing about 10 years ago. We first went to the north Dallas office, which I believe is no longer there. We have also been to the Irving office. But we settled into the Arlington office because of the staff there. However, the staff have changed a lot in these 10 years. Recently I have been frustrated with the way they are doing service. I live 40 minutes from the office, so when I go, I want full service. For some odd reason, they want to constantly have me come back. Why should I make three trips when two is enough? What are they benefitting by making me drive there three separate times? I loved Dr. Cindy Collier. She was the audiologist for a few years who cared about her patients and gave superior service. She moved up the ladder, I believe, and the service has not been consistently the same ever since. I am disappointed. I like my Phonak hearing aids. But I have been very disappointed with the personnel and service ever since Dr. Collier left the office. Today I came home from a hearing test and a cleaning. But she insisted I had to come back to get a deeper cleaning and then still wait another week for the aids. Why did she not keep them today? Give me loaners and then I come back next week to get my original ones, all nicely deep cleaned. This was never done this way before. Maybe I should charge them for my gas and time?
Ms. Guisti set up my hearing aids to my satisfaction. She is very professional and explains everything you need to know. I will continue doing business there.

If you want to enjoy life, you should hear what your missing! I am on my 2nd. pair after 4 years, the technology is mind boggling.I walked in and was attended to immediately and within 1 hour was back to work.When I got home and got out of the car I was dumbfounded by the sounds of the Cicadas and birds, I immediately took the hearing aids out and the sound stopped, I was so excited I set outside and worked in the yard to the sounds of nature.The staff was efficient and far more professional than the other company I seen on my first pair of hearing aids, I will be a lifelong customer to Connect Hearing.The hearing specialist, Jeanine was knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed to be on the same page to help me better choose what type of hearing aids I needed.If you have a loved one that is hard of hearing, please think of giving a gift of great importance such as hearing, you will also appreciate the fact that you will not have to repeat yourself all of the time.My wife and I have been married 36 years and I felt badly for her having to put up with me not paying attention. The service was superb and very professional. Connect Hearing did indeed connect me to sounds not heard clearly in years.This is my 3rd pair of hearing aids but the 1st purchased from Connect Hearing .I can now hear the birds singing, a pin dropping, and my sweet wifes calling.

I just received my second pair of phonak hearing aids and these are just outstanding, rechargeable type, which means no more batteries, Also the blue tooth for phone calls is outstanding.. The staff at Correct Hearing is nothing but great. When the time (way down the road) for my third set of hearing aids, I know where I will be going..
