GREAT RATES & STAFFI called several storage business. Everyone one seemed annoyed with my many questions, except Geoff from Cube Smart. He was knowledgeable and never felt pressured at anytime. I went to facility and Geoff was even more understanding w/ my questions and showed me around. Knew was going to come back on payday. When I came back Ashley and Geoff were there, both made me feel like A valued custome.Ashley was a bright, kind and funny employee. I can go on for days about these two….ty for making chore easy.BEYOND SATISFIED

Great service! Clean and professional. The Manager Mariah helped me pick the size of the space I needed. She was very accommodating, showing me the unit while it was pouring down rain outside ( Which she didn’t have to do). Pricing was fair unfortunately I need the space at a later date and won’t be able to hold the price you have now. I will definitely be coming back when I am ready to move and get a space held. I will see you soon!!

Something to think about when you rent: unlike other storage companies, CubeSmart does not pro-rate if you should need to move out earlier than you thought--even if it is just two days into the month after you pay.

Very clean and gates worked perfect and excellent all around management. Brenda is very pleasant and thorough, and informative, she and her husband are a great asset to the company. She helped us with a climate controlled unit that was just perfect for what we needed during a remodeling job to our home. Highly recommend them both. So close to home. Easy pay with credit card.

They change prices by your attitude, how you dress, speak and look. I tested this with my friend of color. Treated totally different with 2 different prices.

I have been using Security Self-Storage for the past two years, and I must say that the service has been great thus far.Its in a good location, well secured, and clean!I usually pay my storage fee over the phone, but this time I decided to come in, since I was in the area. I truly enjoy my customer service experience at Security Self Storage. Brenda Trinidad has been a COMPLETE PLEASURE! From answering questions to her caring tone, she always goes above and beyond. Her friendly tone speaks volumes as the voice of the company. I can tell that she not only cares about the business but her clients as well. She is an amazing asset to this location and the company.

Great place great staff they are very very knowledgeable and although I dont have a storage there anymore they were very very lenient and understanding of circumstances and were very helpful with all my needs pertaining to storage. Ive seen first-hand some nasty customers but the management here despite customers being explicitly verbal and rude the management here still was professional and still offered as much help as they could well being fair to the rest of us as customers. I even one time had trouble with a motorcycle and the gentleman that cleans out the storages offered to jump my battery and to help with some starter fluid took time out of his day to show consideration.

The prices are reasonable the units are clean and the staff was nice

The units are way over priced and it sucks the way the place is set up! Entering the code doesnt always work which sucks. The lady at the front is really REEEEEALLY slow! The whole process getting the unit took forever! Then making a payment, I had to call 3 days in a row before she wasnt busy and could actually help. Then when I finally moved out, I left something in my unit and the lady has harassed my fiance and me by calling us over and over telling us to come get the stuff out! I keep telling her we moved to Colorado but I guess she thinks there is still hope so she keeps calling (3-4 months later!!!!) Like what the hell lady?! Sell our stuff! Thats what other storage facilities too!!Oh and the vehicle she is selling out front (traverse Im pretty sure) is known for bad timing chains going out!! So dont let her suck you into buying her car either!Sorry lady, if youd just stopped harassing us I wouldnt have felt compelled to write this review but you wont stop calling us!

I informed them i was moving out and that they could keep my security deposit for the chairs i left in there and they decided to keep charging me for months after. I have witness to the fact i told the very rude woman wirking there i was all moved out. When informed i was still being charged i went to speak with the woman who yelled at me and could not even explain what the security fee was for. I would and have discourage anyone from going to this business.

The. Woman in the office is very rude and they put a lock on my storage because i forgot to put one on one night and when i was informed. I came rite up and put a lock on my storage .after all that they refused to take their lock off . its not worth the 24 hour access . they are rude and dont have a clue as to how to do their job .

DO NOT RENT HERE. MY UNIT WAS BROKEN IN TO AND IT WASNT JUST MINE IT WAS THE WHOLE BUILDING. ITS BEEN A WEEK AND THEY HAVENT EVEN FIX MY UNIT. MANAGEMENT OR CORPORATE NOT HELPING AT ALL.
