Everyone I interacted with was super kind and friendly. The boxes worked great for our move and we generated way less waste than if we had moved with traditional cardboard boxes. Will definitely use again for my next move!

The ordering and delivery process is easy, the company employees are friendly and responsive, the prices are reasonable, and the boxes are nice and clean. I loved the dollies that can pile up several boxes, which allowed for easily storage. Great experience overall!

It’s a good service to move yourself. Equipment is kept in decent shape. Drop off and pick up were easy though both times personnel were late. Returned sealed package of packing paper, no refund provided, did call ahead. The glass and dish pack boxes are great, just wish they would be cleaned. Definite smell emanating from them. The convenience of this did help make our move easier and no need to break down boxes.

We highly recommend using Lend a Box for moving! I am a military spouse and unexpectedly had to pack, move and unpack alone while my husband was called away on duty at the last minute. The boxes were easy to pack and I loved using the dish and glass kits. I am glad I ordered a second set. The pricing was great and I loved not having the waste at the end of the move. The movers I worked with commented on how they like Lend a Box because theyre uniform sizes and easy to load in and out. I was a little concerned about more fragile things but nothing broke!! I also liked that I could zip tie the boxes closed and not use so much tape. Probably the best part-- because I had to return them the day after I moved, I am much further ahead in setting up the house than I would be if they were my own cardboard boxes that I could procrastinate on unpacking. Rica was so friendly and communicative. The delivery person was so amazing to bring all the boxes up the stairs of my apartment building to my door when he dropped them off and when he picked them up he even took like 6 bags full of the packing paper I had purchased to recycle. Great job and thank you for making my move so much easier!

Quick, easy, and affordable for a move across DC. They dropped them off and made sure to get them over all of the steps and into an area where I could use them. They picked up right on time as well -- seamless, easy, and much more convenient than needing to trash a bunch of cardboard boxes after a one time use.

They were right on time for drop-off, pick-up, and they were extremely professional. The containers were strong and stack-able and really made filling the truck a lot easier because all the boxes were uniform rather than the usual hodgepodge! I highly recommend using this service. Not only is it better for the environment, its so much better for the mover!

This whole experience was amazing. Rika was such a pleasure to work with and speak to on the phone. The other worker that I came in contract with was also a pleasure. Such an easy thing to use when moving! I will definitely be using them again in the future! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Lend A Box is AMAZING. The best & only way to move- no more card board boxes & tape! The ordering, delivery & pickup process is super easy & fast. The team is friendly & very efficient. I needed to make a much needed change to my delivery date at the last minute, Janice was very patient & fit me in their schedule to meet my needs. They even send you reminders! I have used their boxes 3 times now & every experience has been super positive. This last move (Nov 2017) I left some previous cargo in one of the boxes. I will never use cardboard moving boxes again! Lend A Box makes their process so easy. You can schedule delivery of the amount of crates you need and they arrive on time and are super-friendly. They also call or email reminders for delivery/pick-up times and if you need to keep the crates longer, charge a very small daily fee. I also love the environmentally friendly aspect of not using cardboard.

My girlfriend and I recently moved in together, I used Lend a Box and she used cardboard - in the side to side comparison it was clear the lend a boxes were the winner! Easier to pack and stack - on wheels, and required way less time with regard to having to make up the boxes, wrap items in paper for shipping etc. With Lend a Box you can literally throw everything in there and know its going to get to your destination in tact. My one suggestion is to purchase more of the wheel dollies, if I did this again Id want one dolly per 5 boxes.

I used this company for my move from our condo to our new house and couldnt be happier. I dont know what took so long for this service to come into existence...it makes so much sense to rent these boxes instead of buying cheap cardboard boxes from wherever and then have to dispose of them. Plus, they delivered and picked them up for free.A+ service and awesome business concept, too.

Awesome service. They showed up when they said they would, picked up the boxes from our new place when they said they would, and called to follow-up to confirm the appointments. We wont be moving for a while, but when we do, we will definitely use Lend A Box again!
