This place was great! Greg was super helpful and very willing to work with us. I would absolutely rent a storage unit again!

As today was my first day using All Storage, I can only go off of my reserving and renting my storage unit. Reserving my storage unit online was a quick and simple process. I was able to take advantage of some online specials that further enticed my decision to rent a storage unit there. When I arrived at the facility, the employee there was very professional and courteous toward me as she not only explained the different types of storage units, she personally showed me where the available units were and how to access them. The jury is out whether or not this will be a good experience in the long run, but today went off to a good start.

The worst storage ever!! I paid over $3k to have my entire house in a climate controlled unit! When we bought our house and went to get our stuff, this is what we saw! We lost sooooo much stuff because of mold! When I went to talk to the assistant manager, she said she had no idea what could’ve happened, but she thinks it’s from the pipe because she could see the rust on it. She then went on to tell me that the same thing happened to another lady in another building. All they could do for me was to give me the insurance instructions to file a claim. I immediately did it as I was still in the building. Several weeks later, after I called MULTIPLE times, sent follow up emails to the claims adjuster I finally heard back from them! They told me my claim was rejected because it “just looked like mold” and nothing else!! Well how do you explain how the mold got there? It wasn’t there when I took left it there. I’ve tried calling the storage multiple times since then and there is NEVER a manager to talk to. This is the most crooked storage I have EVER dealt with! Never ever use them! I have plenty more to say, but for the sake of everyone’s time, I’ll end it here. #thisishowtheystorage

Very clean the prices are very reasonable and the customer service is excellent. And its all climate control

Wonderful place! Safe, cameras all around and no one can enter without a code.. Has lights inside which helps work there if I need to after hours. Has a roof so I dont have to worry about rain if I decide to put my stuff out momentarily. ... and most importantly Wonderful staff, especially Marie. She was very helpful with a very high good customer service. Many thanks. Glad to lease from them. 7 🌟

All Storage came through in a big way for us when were trying to convince our mover that a large moving truck could fit in the storage. Greg from All Storage talked to over mover and convinced him. This storage is spacious and the facility is clean. We have been pleased with the customer service so far.

They are very good at communicating with me when I forget to pay my fees on time. My lifestyle is very busy so I dont keep up with bill dates well. They dont charge crazy fees and have you in auction after 1 month like Public Storage. I’m able to manage well with their units and I love takin advantage of there unit promotions. Can’t beat that!!

This is a great facility, super friendly and helpful staff. Mark was attentive and made the whole process super easy. He even gave me a tour of the units. The storage units themselves are awesome. Tall ceilings so everything will fit no problem and climate controlled so I don’t worry my stuff with get damaged. I will be recommending this location.

First, let me say... THANK YOU CHRISTIAN FOR ALL YOUR HELP. I have a storage at this facility off I-20, my key to my lock somehow came off my keyring. When I called customer service I was advised that they did not have lock cutters to remove the lock. I was needing to get in my storage because I have a funeral on Saturday and what I needed was in this storage. I called a friend which had bolt cutters and we did everything to get it off and it wouldnt work. We called to see if anyone could help us out and Christian was at work who was AWESOME. He worked on the lock until it came off. Most people would have given up and said call a Lock Smith but he hung in there with us and when the lock came off I hugged him and told him he was the best.

Greg had wonderful customer service!!! He was super helpful, kind and polite. Showed great professionalism, I would definitely recommend them to someone else. If I could give them more stars I would.

Very clean, nice staff, I was able to set up the storage building and all the contracts electronically over the phone and through email so I didn’t even have to go into the office.

Great service as well as easy experience

Very nice and new facility. Air conditioned and with huge industrial elevators. They provide large heavy duty carts so you can roll all your stuff from literally from your cart to the locker (and vise versa). Well illuminated and security cameras everywhere. It may not be the cheapest but most likely the nicest I’ve seen.

When I first transitioned to Texas from GA in September, I had a 26ft moving truck and a hitched car. I hadn’t secured a place to live yet, but needed expedited assistance. I was referred to this facility. It was a blessing. The staff was very patient, helpful, and thorough. This assisted in decreasing my level of stress at this time. I do like the fact that I can drive in out of the weather and still add stuff to storage or take away with out worrying about the heat, rain or cold. They give you a really good deal here. This storage unit has by far been the best I’ve done business with. My experience went smoothly and the employees are professional and kind. The facility is always clean, there are more than enough dollies and the elevator makes for an easy move on top of that it stays cool. I was 1 day past the grace period on moving out and they waved the charge for that day. I would recommend this storage facility to others.

The second building is new, Its very clean, No rodents as far as i can tell. They have great deals such as 2 months free even if you decide to stop storing items at that location. The employees are very customer oriented and can hold a conversation, They are very friendly and informative.
