The manager of this site is outstanding. She cares about her tenants. I have had numerous units recently varying in numbers and sizes. She helps me keep the right number and sizes of units to help me cost effectively meet my storage mission objectives. I plan to continue to use Simply Self Storage for my storage needs in Arlington.

The manager Sam went above and beyond with my storage needs. The Arlington location was always kept clean from debris and the prices were very reasonable. Sam was always very friendly and courteous. Just got off the phone with location at Sublett and Cooper. Only been a tenant for 3-4 months and noticed that our bill was increasing. No notice was given. Then told when I call increases are annual; 30 secs later to be told oh no they are bi annual. Which none of this adds up as again we have only been there 3-4 months. If this continues well just do business else where. Not a way to treat customers changing the price constantly with no notice and then the story changes every minute literally as to why. Seems like an excuse to jack the rate up.

Had a great experience with Sam yesterday at the location on Sublett. She was very accommodating and made it a simple process. Even in the rain!

I had an emergency come up right before Christmas, and Sam came through for us big time! What a releif to have the extra space when unexpected family showed up.

I came in to check the storage space and to make sure it was big enough, and was nicely greeted by the front desk. The facilities were very clean and everything is climate controlled. I’m just starting to use this place, but as of right now, I would recommend it.

My husband got a storage unit here, and I was helping him move some things into it. The facilities were clean. I saw a dead roach, but I dont see that as a bad thing. They must have an exterminator come frequently, which means they take care of the property.

I was looking for storage to handle some things while cleaning out a house were about to sell. Went to Simply Storages website, and reserved a unit. I received a call from Chris, who verified what I reserved, and outlined what my next steps were. A few days later, I met with Christina, who gave further details, and then showed me the unit I had reserved. The entire property was spotlessly clean. The area was very well secured, with surveillance cameras everywhere. The property also has security who live onsite, so there is always a presence. The storage unit we rented was in perfect condition, with no damage that you sometimes see at storage facilities. Once the tour was complete, we went back to the main office, and had all the paperwork filled out in about 5-10 minutes, I was then assigned my pass code, and was on my way. Christina and Chris made this entire process incredibly easy, and its location ensures security, and ease of access. You can enter your storage locker from 6am-10pm, any day of the week. Cannot recommend this storage facility enough.

I have had a wonderful experience with this facility. Chris, in particular, has been so kind to help me with whatever I needed. When I needed to downsize, he was prepared with a smaller unit within days. He made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. He has always had my best interest at hand and has given me the best price possible.

If you need Storage This is the best place to use. Their Prices are awesome and reasonable. The Staff is wonderful Anita the first to help was very friendly helpful and had a smile on her face the whole Time. The second person to help was Chris he was awesome he was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Both of these people went above and beyond on the service. I feel very comfortable storing my belongings with them...

My husband and I were in a crunch and couldnt find anybody with the space available to accommodate our 14 foot enclosed trailer. Simply Storage was easy to deal with over the phone and held the spot for me. They have very reasonable prices as well. In person Christina was great to work with and had us in and out in a breeze.

Such a great experience getting a storage unit here with Christine!!! First, shes a terrific person but she also genuinely cares about her customers. She was super helpful and made the whole experience very smooth and easy. The facility is clean, well kept and very well managed. I had visited a couple other facilities, but after meeting Christina, it was a no brainer! I opted for Simply Storage because of her. I appreciate the time she gave me and feel really good about having some belongings stored there. Very very pleased! I stopped in today just to say hi after putting some things in my unit! Renting here and meeting her - best decision!

Chris was very helpful. I reserved a unit online that didnt work for my situation. Based on what I needed he was able to take me back and show me another that was perfect. We have used several different storage facilities over the years, I can say this is the best staff and cleanest office and campus weve been to.

I rented my unit today, the process was smooth & effortless & my new access code worked 1st time around. The owner was very amiable & helpful, explained everything about the lease & the property clearly, and set up my account to charge my monthly rent automatically to the CC of my choice. Facility appears clean & well-maintained. I liked that the owner lives nearby & said he was very keen on providing good security for the facility.

Customer service was excellent! They went out of their way to make sure I understood the rental information, and they offered a very competitive rate. From the first phone conversation, to the finalization of everything, I was totally satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it to others. CHRISTINA WAS AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful. I was dealing with moving in a very short time frame after selling my house quicker than expected. Christina was helpful and patient throughout the process even at 5:30PM on a Friday. Location is clean and well maintained too!

This is the best storage facility that Ive experienced since 1985! The manager, Christna, seriously needs some special recognition!My recommendation is, that she be given a raise, a 30 day paid vacation (to wherever she desires) with all expenses paid. Also, when she returns, given a promotion in management. In my honest opinion, she would be absolutely awesome as a trainer in managerial, and, customer support techniques.Thank you so very very very much for you having you on your team. She really is an asset to your organization!

Christina at the Simply Storage in South Arlington was in magnificent to deal with! She was very patient with regards to understanding our storage needs and helping assist with my budget. She saved me plenty of time by pre-registering me so that when I showed up on Friday evening we basically had to go over the contract and get the code to enter the property.

I recently start using a storage space here and have no complaints. Storage unite is well lighted and I feel save being in storage unity by myself. The people that run it is very nice and made it quick an easy to rent from them.

Received a call today from Arlington TX location advising we need to make our payment. We have receipt from online website that payment was made, but their system has lost information. Now the person onsite is advising we need to pay including late fee and if it isnt done today there will be more fees due. We dont mind that they put charge through without any additional fees, but we feel we are being penalized for their misplacement. Never had an issue like this. Waiting for corporate to call us back and now consider moving to another storage location.

Every time I go here the employees are very helpful. Ive had to change storage units a couple of times and they accommodated the changes I needed to make over the past several months. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I was very happy with the service I recieved from Christina. She helped make our transition from IL to TX much less stressful. I feel confident our belongings are secure. She was very friendly and helpful.

Its been fine except for the two rate increases within a year. While on the internet it shows a much more discounted price of $28 for 5x5 (they also charge you $9 for insurance every month). They get you in and hope you dont want to hassle moving again and raise the rates. I would have been paying $66 month starting 11/1 for a 5x5 if I were staying. I would NOT rent from them again. Very shady practices.

Well, stored my stuff for nearly 3 yrs. Make sure you store pictures in a differt area or get a storage building that is temperature controlled cause my pictures were ruined. I had to through all my pics that were in frames away. So sad.😢 Other than that, they were awesome.🙄
