Everything from the first phone call until the final handshake when the move was completed went flawlessly! Kiara set up the move and thoroughly explained the process and pricing. Mo and Willie wrapped, packed and moved a number of large, bulky and heavy items. They did this with no issues, problems or complaints. Mo was experienced in the process and ran an efficient crew. Willie knew his tasks and was a very fast worker. They both worked very hard but at the same time we’re friendly and talkative. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite, courteous and friendly! I just used them today. They were amazing. They completed my one bedroom apartment in 3 hours and 15min and saved me money. My appointment time was for 8AM, they showed up at around 8:30AM. They were quick and took good care of my items. They wrapped everything. I honestly have no complaints with the service that I received. The two guys were also friendly. Dont go in for an interview here! 1st they do not bother to tell you to bring a mask to wear to the interview! 2nd NO ONE in that building is wearing masks either even those talking to clients! but they tell the person being interviewed they have to wear one.......... even though their own employees are not honoring that system and it was not stated prior to going. Let me be clear we are not anti mask- however it is ridiculous to make me wear it if you all are not! I mentioned this to my friend mostly that it was ridiculous that i had to wear one when they were not honoring that and PARKER overheard me and said that since i stated my opinion he was no longer going to interview my friend and i. Discrimination much? i think so. Parker is also the one who never told me to bring a mask. Sorry but I dont agree with double standards either way. yall sure did seem desperate enough to have us come interview but who wants to work with someone who does not allow opinions?

I used this company twice which was my mistake. The first time I used them, they left several items but offered to move the left items at no additional cost. I thought this was a good way to rectify a bad situation. Thats why when I needed movers again, I thought Id give the company a second chance.Once again they left several items, many of which were heavy or bulky and difficult for me to move, hence hiring movers. They moved a trash bag and empty boxes yet left items behind. At the new place they put boxes anywhere they could which left me with a disorganized mess. In addition, they dropped a piece of nearly new furniture but stacked several things on top so I wouldnt know. It also left a mark on a newly painted wall. Also, they put one of the heaviest totes I had on a new chair and then it was buried behind boxes so I didnt find it right away. This was also a tote that I needed downstairs. Now I have to figure out how to get it downstairs.I had to hire a different moving company who was excellent. They came out on a Sunday and got all the left over stuff moved! They even stacked everything neatly and tried to help rearrange what Two Men and a Truck had left!Ive notified the company several times and I have gotten apology texts and messages but no one has offered me compensation for the damaged furniture or even a refund of any amount for the left items. Unfortunately, I feel this company just doesnt care about the customer and definitely not a repeat customer though this will be my last time using them!

I used two men and a truck for a couple of years and both experiences were lack luster. The second time was worse. I had items broken on both times and on the last one, the guys got lost for 30 mins on the way to my new place which was only 7 mins down the road, and I still got charged for it! I even asked them if they wanted to follow me or if they knew where they were going. Trust me when I tell you there are better moving companies out there that won’t break your items and won’t rob you.

My husband and I recently moved from Texas to Louisiana. Two Men and a Truck did everything we asked and more. They were very clear on the price of the move, and once we had unloaded our moving guys noticed an error on the price, and fixed it before we paid anything! They were very careful moving our things in and out, and provided excellent service. We would use them again!

We had already hired movers to move our 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom 2 weeks ago but decided we wanted to switch out the washer and dryer that came in our new place with the ones we put in storage. When I tell you our two men (Michael K. and Dion) were so fast and extremely gentle with our large and expensive appliances lol they did not leave not one scuff or scratch. Even though the cost was double what we paid to move our whole apartment it was SO worth every penny they really did a great job and were very friendly and again, so gentle and cautious. Movers in the past have left scrapes, dents and marks even broken things so we really appreciated them being extra careful! I will use this service when we decide to move to a house just to make sure all our stuff is transferred in perfect condition! Thank you guys so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not pleased with the overall move. It was very disorganized and unstructured. They sent three movers and they were all over the place. It was not handled in an orderly and professional manner. The movers seem to be amateurs and inexperienced. I believe they purposefully dragged the entire move in order to make more money. Also, they are not up front and honest about the price and the move of certain items. They will confirm everything, and when they arrive they will quickly tell you all the items that cant move, leaving the headache, stress, and responsibility to the mover.I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. This was a very stressful and mentally exhausting experience.I do not believe for one moment that this company has a five star rating. That cannot be true. They are probably paid reviews.

After a miserable experience with another company, Two Men and a Truck came to my rescue! The office took my info and had a team on the way the same day! They understood my situation and were more than happy to help. The guys were professional, kind, and patient as we made last minute decisions about what to take and what to leave. They even helped reorganize the storage facility the last group left in shambles. Best team ever! Would hire them again in a minute!

Be sure to check out what location you are renting from. They will get you in price by their location and your location. They charge for multiple stops including to and from their location - totaling initially and once complete. They charge for diesel pricing even if the truck used does not use diesel - this was confirmed by the drivers who moved us that day. The travel charge because of this was $175 more than what the actual move was priced at in total. Their management team didnt even help or attempt to help. One of the drivers, on their staff, even said they dont care about customers they only want the money and they overcharge period. The guys who helped with the move, however, were amazing!

Two Men and a Truck handled our recent office pack and move. They did an amazing job Jennifer from the office was incredibly patient and provided accurate estimates and exceptional customer service. Our packing and moving crew Juven, Chase, Marvin and Michael were personable, organized, professional and extremely efficient. All items were packed properly and taken to the correct locations. When we move again we will most certainly be requesting the same crew when we move again in a few months.

Best decision I made! They were very professional and quick. Even if I had opted for saving money and do it myself, I would have definitely spent that money on a chiropractor or massages to fix my back. While I saw them load and unload my furniture I could not stop thinking it was worth every penny.

These folks stole from my 80 year old mother. If I could give them no stars to get this review out, I would. She paid them $3,000 to move she and my sister from two different houses, to one. They refused to move my sister saying her house was too dirty, then only moved half of my mothers things. They had to rent three more trucks to get the job done that she already paid them to do. They broke my desk and they won’t give it back. While the movers themselves were professional and pleasant during the move, management has handled the issue very poorly. They told me they would fix the desk they broke and bring it back, but they did not deliver the desk on the day they said they would and they have not returned any of my or my husband’s calls since. It’s been over two weeks since the move, so I’m posting this to get attention from management. Please give me my desk back.Edit: they called me right after I posted this, and they did give my desk back the next day. I find it interesting that it took two weeks of unanswered calls but only one poor review. I appreciate the eventual cooperation but choose to leave the two stars.

This move was the second time I had employed Two Men. My Mother passed away recently and I hired them to pack up her house, make two stops to drop of furniture, and pack the rest into a storage unit which was really too small for the amount of stuff we had but they pulled it off. They were on time, polite, and professional. They communicated well and did a great job. I will definitely use them again if I have another move.

Jonathan Carter, Horace, and Marquis were my team of movers today, moving my office from Euless, Texas to Bedford, Texas.I had an arrival call 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive confirming they were arriving on time. they quickly and efficiently moved my furniture and all ancillary items making sure not to damage anything. They were done and just a couple of hours and were very helpful and placement of items once we got to the new office.I had used Two Men and A Truck in 2011 when I originally moved my office from Bedford to Euless. Cant imagine using any other movers!!

We really really appreciate two men and a truck, and they quoted us double the time that it actually took them to get us moved. So we didn’t have any surprises. The men moved quickly efficiently, did not damage anything, and were also very very patient with our kids asking them 20 questions about what they were doing and packing. My two-year-old son followed one of them around as well talking about Paw Patrol. I would strongly recommend this company for all of your moving needs. Customer Service and everything was great.

Two men named Kevonte and Said helped me move from a duplex into an apartment on the third floor. They were so kind and caring! They worked hard and efficiently to bring my furniture up 3 flights of stairs in the hot Texas heat. My only complaint was with the office team. I called the office the day of and to get a better gauge as to when the movers would be arriving. Carlos answered and he said that I was not on the schedule, despite my booking confirmation and voicemail confirmation from Haley. He said there was nothing they could do despite them having given me confirmation and having my credit card number. That was my only complaint and had to do with the office team. But Said and Kevonte were phenomenal.

Keyon and Tanner were the best. We had alot going on. We were selling 2 houses and buying one. For the first move we used a different moving company. They were ok, but my husband was not impressed, they were moving slow and over charged us. Not cool and definitely not the attitude a manager should be having towards his employees. Other than that I could not recommend this service more. Romane and Myles are definitely two movers you’d want on any move and I am so grateful I had them!
