This cashier need to be fired he is rude and nasty to the company. It’s to early for negativity he on camera being rude. He told us ain’t no help we gotta help ourselves why would you open a store with 1 person. He need to be yelling at customers like he lost his mind. We trying to shop in peace.

Went there trying to mimic the Braves on field Hank Aaron, Phil Neikro 2021 cap numbers. Showed pictures, chose the varsity font, talked about size etc. What I got back was a sloppy mess, wrong font, too large, not to mention the numbers aren’t even. This place sucks.

Really nice store. Found exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for sports team gear, this is the place for you. College and professional team gear.

Does people who work there even know their names? Called ahead and ask like 3 times about specific jersey I was looking for. Drove 30 min and they were acting like they first time hear about it. Please hire someone who have at lease basic communication skills.

Oh boy! Where do I begin? The long wait times to get into the shop are just crazy. I went to get a hat made and have been asked for the last month to come back and forth taking trips because either the internet is down or they were slow to send my image through or something has always been broken. I purchased my blank hat on 5/16/21 and as of 6/10/21, I still have not been able to get my hat made, its been so long the manager almost lost my hat. I think the manager or whomever finally got so fed up with the issues, he told me to just take it upstairs to some other shop but for what to start the waiting process all over of email the image, waiting for it to come through etc. For my first time at lids, you try to be patient and understanding but this has been the worst experience ever. Definitely not what I was expecting.

It would be nice if they answer the phone, I’ve been calling all day and no one answers.

This place has me waiting in line for 35 mins. The cashier had to help people find Jerseys and hats because they don’t have enough people on the floor. Customer service is awful. Please get the appropriate staff.

Much better new manager now!The previous assistant manager a year ago was so very rude and so was her staff. It was much better to go to the other locations Woodstock or Kennesaw, GA. Unlike the staff here at Cumberland, their staff there is friendlier and welcoming.

My sons and I went into this store today 2/4/2021 & the lady working is to friendly not warm and welcoming, but cold and tired because the store is packed. I really dont understand I went in to buy us hats but her attitude was so dry I left out. I will just take my money some where else in the Mall.why cant you hire people who loves to be at work. She not say welcome to Lids, or I will be with you in a moment.just came and snatched the ladder.at that point I left out.im not buying from rude tired people.

Jeremy fix my husband that I went in and got from another store . They. Told me that he could not be done but he did it he re-stitched it and the color that I wanted that made the hat look very unique . Big shot out to Jeremy at Cumberland Mall Lids Customer satisfaction was outstanding, only going to choose to go there . Also need to give the manager at that store her Props also don’t know her name but she started the whole process for me . Thank you guys so much!!!!!!!!

Workers are very lazy.. Store was packed with customers and she was sitting at the counter, chilling. Then got the nerve to ask if I needed some help after I was trying to put some hats back that I got off the next to the top rack of hats. When I asked why the hats was up so high she was very stand off-ish and condescending with her reply. I have been to every lids in the city and this one by far has the worst customer service. Plus some of the hat were bent up and Dusty.

My husband recently moved here from Argentina and he was so excited to start a hat collection featuring hats from different cities he visited here in the US. Lids was the first hat place out of state we visited to start his collection. He had researched the color and style of hat for days and knew exactly which Atlanta hat he wanted when we walked in, and worked with the cashier to find the correct size. She helped him try on different sized hats but jumped sizes when giving him options to try on, so he took the size that fit better.When we bought the hat, we wanted to be environmentally friendly and asked for no bag. The cashier took the barcode off. After wearing the hat for 10 minutes, it started hurting his head so we decided to stop at the Lids store again on our way back though Atlanta.The store wouldn’t let him return or exchange the hat for the right size that was skipped in the initial search for sizes because it didn’t have the barcode.This isn’t just about Lids’ return policy; it’s about how disappointing and frustrating simply buying a hat was for a new person in our country who wanted to support different US cities. What an embarrassing face of our country. Welcome to America, where we yell at our customers who want to have a hat of a city they adore that doesn’t hurt them.

The young man that helped me was awesome. He gave me some suggestions to the hat dilemma I was having and I ended up getting 2 hats so thank you.

They located my hats and size. Made it easy, purchased it, and was gone, in n out in les than15 mins. The complaint is the hat prices, are very high, $37.99, for a fitted hat.

Horrible store. Came to buy a Braves Jersey of Ender Inciarte; I should have left when they had to ask me 3 separate times how to spell Inciarte, even though it was on the paper right in front of them. When I came back to pick it up, the letter spacing was terrible and the C was crooked. The manager (who made the shirt) explained to me that they use a protractor to align the letters and thats why the spacing is the way it was. I pointed out to him how every single jersey around us had correct spacing, and he had the audacity to respond Im the jersey expert, and youre not. I laughed, got my refund, and left. The entire staff was unprofessional and didnt seem to care for their customers the entire time I was there. I will never shop at any of their locations again if this is how they do business.

Cashier took barcode off a brand new hat, gave my husband the wrong size r asked for, and we walked out of the store. Hat hurt his head. Store wouldn’t return or exchange the hat because it didn’t have the sticker on it.

Crap store... Was trying to get a hat made with a special logo. Logo had to be imported by another store but the employee said her manager would be there in 15 mins. 30 mins later shes just sitting there flirting with some other guy and sending another employee to buy her dinner... Very unprofessional and never got my hat done. Lost my business... Do not recommend this store.
