This is the only store down the street from me thats open 24 hours a day or its supposed to why call yourself 7-Eleven and close before midnight. Change the name of the store because you are not open 24/7. And I dont know what this extra sanitation is about there is nobody in that store between midnight and 5:00 a.m. cleaning

This place is absolutely horrible I would not recommend it to a single person walked in the employees are unprofessional rude inconsiderate as much money as I have spent in this establishment I will never again step foot in this place again in the times that we are facing now we should all be considerate to one another show compassion I was not shown either or.....it is the customers who make a business without us they are nothing I pray for the two individuals who treated me the way they did today with this respect and no compassion I pray someday they do not land where I am at and have to face what I face today I hope you will walk away and go to a different store as I did. God bless you all please dont support businesses that treat people horrible at their worst

I’m not one to willingly leave a bad review... but I’ve been here twice at night and the guy with the long grey hair is straight up rude. Plain and simple. It’s like he’s bitter because he has to work there and provide normal amounts of customer service to people he clearly thinks are dumber than him. Yeah, that’s it 🤷‍♀️

I wish I could give 0 stars!So I have been to multiple stores with cigarette coupons I receive through the mail and in the store and have never had a problem. Tim seemed to have a major problem. I had a coupon for a pack of Nats for $5 +tax. This coupon has been around for a while now and Ive used it at 3 different locations. this one would have been the fourth. I was visiting a friend near this neighborhood and stopped in to get my cigarettes but Tom wouldnt honor my coupon! not only am I going to tell my friend about this terrible experience but Im gonna blast it all over social media. Dont bother going here, they dont take your coupons.

The service there is good. The place does seem a little dirty. They do have everything you will need so thats why I gave it a three.

Only shop here if you absolutely need to stop right then and there (a block in either direction is other 711s and gas stations)Seems like this store doesnt like to listen to state laws. Before i could even click to rate them bad about selling me a single use thank you take out bag, i read a review on them not following the tire pump air law requiring them to allow people access to free air. In fact after reading the more reviews they all make sense to me from when i have visited this store.

He is friendly guy working there. if u ask one thing 100 times....he gives u answer as a cool mind guy and with a smiley face.

Denied free air after gas purchase. This is California LAW to provide free air. He still denied and said they accept card at the air pump.

He locked the bathroom because he doesnt want to clean it. No business for this place
