An unpleasant experience.I just had a really disappointing experience at this location. I was trying to purchase a visa gift card along with some birthday cards at this location. After attempting to pay, the lady who rung me up informed me that my card was not working and I would need to find a different way to pay. I told her my card should work and asked her if there may be a reason on her end the transaction wasnt working. She said it just my card getting declined. I stepped outside to call my bank and they informed me that the card I used shouldve worked. I went back in to try my card again and the lady said that my card was still being declined. Another employee tried to ring me up and informed me that it was because the specific Visa gift card I want to purchase only took cash, my card was fine for all the other items. The first cashier the said my card had declined just walked away without saying anything.Overall, just an unpleasant experience.

Very friendly staff.They will go out of there way to help you and make you feel welcomed.

Sells over $1000 of Gift cards with out checking any identification! My credit card was stolen and one of the only places they were able to use it was this CVS. The other CVS on Foothill denied the transactions because they didnt have ID but not this store! Come on - you know its a stolen card where these people are just buying as many gift cards as they can!

I called to refill a prescription and first they told me that their system was down, but all the other CVS were fine since I previously called two other location by mistake. Then, when I called back, the rude pharmacist clerk told me that the system was on and suddenly she said, still very angry and rude, that there was a customer ahead of me and just hung up the phone!!! So, I called back and a different woman answered and when I explained what happened, asking why they would just hung up on the caller, she became very difensive saying that they were very busy ( I though the system was down) and that maybe this or that and to go somewhere else and never apologized. Screening at me over the phone she was trying to cut it off saying “ ok, let me help you” to which I replied that I didn’t want to someone like her help me!!!! I am going to take her advise and take my business somewhere else...... who hire people like these working in a pharmacy????? Do they work for free, maybe??????Unbelievable!!!!!

Melissa makes coming here worth it! She is so personable, I always feel right at home! Someone needs to give this woman a raise!

They helped my friend and I when we told them a lady was following us from the time we got off the bus. We first went to the Pharmacy, but there wasnt more than one pharmacy employee in sight. So we went to the front register and I walked up and told the cashier there was a lady following my friend and I. She immediately told her supervisor who happened to be right there as we told the cashier. We headed toward the exit, and the lady continued to follow us, but as we walked out the supervisor asked me and I said yes, lady in blue jacket. Then my Friend and I walked towards the exit as did the lady following us except she was stopped. Even though we are in our forties, it still freaked us out. She tried to tell the lady that detained her that she was with us, but she was prevented from following us.

Store is always half empty and the manager is rude

Its good if you need something quick, but they put tape over everything. It is not a nice looking place but gets the job done for essentials.

I love this Cvs but the pharmacy they need work, there to slow and ne ver had the meds i need, but there very sweet and kind people. Thats why i didnt give 4 stars

With CVS ExtraCare card and Beauty Club I have saved over $1,700 so far this year! I love me some CVS😻! This store has FRIENDLY and helpful staff (shout out toMelissa who is always so helpful)I guess my only complaint is that they run out of stock like Rimmel lipliner and its never there when I look for it. Also some sugar free candy isnt well stocked either.Always plenty of free parking. Oh yeah if you take a lot of Rx meds sign up for the plan that pays $5 cash back for every 10 fills.

They are almost always out of Bud Light, and if they arent, you have to find someone that has time for you to go and look in the back. Usually I guess they are just too lazy to put it out.
