It was very nice to learn about the different qualities of mattresses and to be able to get an idea of what I would like to have in my home. The manager was very friendly and patient. I appreciate the time he took with helping me.

We came in with the intent of trying just the Purple mattress, but Codi spent significant amount of time to go through the entire process and explain the trade off with each option. He was very patient and accommodating. We ended up taking an extra night or two thinking about our options and doing more research, but came back to have to Codi price match an online offer we had from Purple. Went in on a Sunday morning interested in a Purple mattress. They had all four versions and the store manager, Art, was super helpful and knowledgeable.Went back a week later with my wife and Art talked us through the pros and cons, answered all our questions, and let us just take our time. We were there for over 2 hours, layed on probably ten mattresses, and eventually purchased the Intellibed Midnight, which the Purple technology is based on. Art gave us a great deal, giving us the Labor Day pricing about a week early.Overall great experience, really appreciated the education on the newer mattress technology and Art was a joy to work with.

It was perfect when I found the right pillow here. However, there wasnt any phone call on the scheduled delivery date and Id stayed home waiting for it all day long. It was a disappointing experience.

I went in with my fiance to buy a mattress before the memorial day rush and had found the perfect bed! We placed a hold for the bed (we were told this was ok to do) and for some strange reason the company cancelled our order a week later. I lost out on other memorial day sales for this one and when I came in to ask why our order was cancelled, I felt dismissed. There was no real reason for our order to be cancelled and we lost out on the mattress.

Ive had spending some days on looking for a right mattress on the Internet and ended up going here. I certainly recommend just going here, trying out different types of mattresses, and getting a great deal under budget! Staffs are super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I am so satisfied that I dont need to look at my phone to find a mattress, a bed frame, pillows, etc anymore.

No pressure, no hurry, lots of information and a good number of mattress tryouts. Sealing the deal with Charles was clear and thorough, very reassuring that we would end up satisfied .

Mattress Firm has the best selection of brand name mattresses which I loved because you know these brands have been around for a long time for a reason. Nick was super helpful and patient. I really liked that he wasn’t pushy. I came in about a specific mattress I saw online and he didn’t try to show me a bunch of other ones.

Ive waited to write a review to test out my new mattress I bought with Alexa last month at your downtown Bellevue store. Its everything I wanted and more! Im sleeping so much better through the night as a result (which can be challenging through the shelter in place). Alexa was so helpful understanding and listening to my needs in what I was looking to purchase. It was challenging not to be able to test in person, but that demonstrates what an exceptional Manager you have in her and her customer service skills! Buying something blindly at the time and trusting your staff to make the best decision for me paid off big time. Will recommend Alexa to anyone I know who is looking!

If you don’t like to be hard sold on a mattress and appreciate knowledge prior to buying something you’re going to be sleeping on for the next couple of years, this is the place I recommend. I’ve generally had positive experiences at mattress firms but Kyle Vrooman, James Kelly & Michael made the experience fun. Kyle walked me through the mattress firm system and didn’t hard sell on one particular mattress. Kyle even checked his clearance for a lower price mattress for a model I was looking at. They really do care about finding the right mattress for you. Would recommend them to anyone looking to invest in a mattress.

Alexa was super helpful and there was no sales pressure. We were given adequate time to test out our top picks and everything was thoroughly sanitized between shoppers!Edit: We returned to test out beds for an exchange and Carmen helped us for three hours as we tested it a variety of mattresses, making sure we made the right decision the second time around. Still a great experience and the showroom is so large there were no concerns of being unable to adequately distance, etc.

Had a fine experience yesterday working with Nick Powell on an order to be delivered to a remote location. No pressure, very competitive pricing, and proactive to find a solution when a desired item was taken from inventory while the order was being written. Ive bought from this location in the past and wouldnt hesitate to do so again.

Helpful staff and good selection. I was one of the few people in the store on Saturday. I waited until the mattress was delivered to finally leave this review, and the delivery also went off without a hitch. My salesperson/sleep expert Michael was helpful in assisting me to choose a mattress, and also emphatic about the measures that Mattress Firm was taking to prevent COVID spread. Long-term though I think the business models for mattress delivery will move entirely online, as online mattress sellers make their return policies increasingly generous.

We definitely learned a lot since the last time we shopped for mattresses was 19 years ago. But there was never any pressure to buy or judgement whenever we asked questions.
