We knew he was our guy within minutes after talking with him. He greeted us with a confident smile, and once he knew what we were looking for he showed us around the store and then left us to narrow down our selection(s).Jim has been in the furniture-and-design business for decades and it shows. He patiently answered our questions and helped us understand what we were purchasing. He has personality galore, and I get the impression he’s never met a stranger. He’s a natural.My husband and I throughout the years have visited many furniture stores and dealt with lots of interior designers, but Jim is the first person with whom we’ve felt a true connection. We already trust him to make sure we buy beautiful furniture and accessories that will be sturdy and long lasting.We are now a Greenbaum family all the way, and we’re excited to continue consulting and working with Jim. He should be commended for his hard work and dedication!

We recently purchased a sofa & 2 recliners and I cant say enough about the good service we received from David.He allowed us to check out some leather samples to take home for matching purposes. Very arrogant staff. They want you to make a decision right as you enter the store. They are not open to discuss anything.

David got me a great deal on a sofa for my apartment. I tend to be a compulsive shopper but after buying the sofa he suggested I live with it for a bit before adding other items to be more sure of what I will need. I appreciate that a lot.

Sheri is the Best at being able to Grasp what concepts, colors and creativity that people are looking for in their Furniture/home decorating quest. We have shopped their for over 20 years and would never go anywhere else to buy!!!!!If you dont stop in, look and ask questions you have lost a huge opportunity. The team they have is excellent and all can do a great job.

We always ask for Emma, because shes very professional, friendly and has great ideas for us. Theyve such beautiful furniture to select from and its our go to store for furniture.

Nice, higher end furniture store in Bellevue. Definitely caters to a more mature, established clientele. Its a good place if youre looking to invest in some quality pieces. The place is a bit of a maze and kind of dingy, so be prepared to not be visually wowed. We had a great experience working with Tatiana - would happily work with her again.

New favorite furniture store. Something for everyone. Pretty expansive. Salesperson did not push or pester us. Allowed us to roam about and he checked in a couple of times to see if he could help. A very pleasant experience. We took notes and photos, and then called the salesman a couple of days later to place our order. Easy. Looking forward to getting our new pieces delivered.

I’m sad to write this negative review. My husband and I have purchased eight different pieces from Greenbaum since 2013. This shows we liked the furniture and service.Four pieces purchased in 2013 prematurely wore out. This includes a desk, desk chair, side chair and sofa all with different issues. I never consider Greenbaum selling throwaway furniture but that’s how it’s ended up. We are not hard on our furniture.We emailed Greenbaum over two months ago with the issues including pictures asking if we could get any assistance. We did not receive a response of any kind.I didn’t hold out much hope we would get assistance but I did expect a response! If they had responded, I do not think I would be writing this review. It’s disappointing service and furniture quality.Update: I received a call and email from Greenbaum the day after my post. They were sincerely apologetic about not responding to my email and explained why. They promptly sent out a technician to my home who has worked for them for decades. He was amazing and fixed three of the four issues with the furniture.

Worked with Emma. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Great service and selection. The place to go if you want to customize your furniture. They can get it built your way.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed material to fix furniture scratches and thay had just what I needed. Then I was given advice on how to use the product. I recommend this place for furniture and related accessories.

Amazing customer service. I worked closely with Tatiana who is an interior designer at Greenbaum. Tatiana made our couch shopping experience enjoyable and much easier. From the moment I visit, and told Tatiana what I was looking for in a couch she took me to exactly what I wanted. It can be overwhelming with all the different styles, fabrics, arm shapes, etc. Tatiana was able to share her knowledge and skills in helping us to customize our couch. This is a big purchase for us, and I am happy to work with someone like Tatiana who has an eye for interior design! It saved us so much time without reinventing the wheel, and working with someone professional who knows their product make a difference. It cost more, but it is so worth the investment and PEACE of mind!

Greenbaum has been a valuable resource for me as an architect. I never hesitate to send my clients their way since I know they will treat them with the same level of care that I do, and they will help them make great furniture choices that will compliment the architecture.

Great selection and fair pricing considering the comfortable, higher quality furniture offered over many stores. Russ Christel expertly assisted us zeroing in and purchasing a couch. Were now waiting a 4 to 6 week delivery period.

After looking for a dining room table for a month, I was very happy to find that I could get one custom built to my specifications here.Im very excited to get that table, and I will be returning for more furniture in the future. Rus was very helpful.

This store has a good assemblage of furniture. The quality that I appreciate the most of this store is the customer service, when we purchased the furniture we had a discrepancy about billing. The service team was friendly and prompt in clearing all of our queries. Appreciate the service!

We have always been extremely happy with Greenbaum Home Furnishings. From the welcome at the front door, to their wonderful design service to their warehouse delivery. They have a wide selection of Brands, and they want you to be happy with your purchase. And its not only furniture, but they sell carpet and wall coverings as well. Its one stop design and shopping at its best.

Tatiana has been great to work with. I enjoyed her support, advice, insights and patience while I made my furniture decisions. I will definitely plan to work with Tatiana for my future needs!

One day I was reading a local magazine and came across an ad about this store. I decided to visit it, anyway we were searching for some furniture. I was surprised how huge this store was. Definitely 5 stars for the size and for the variety! We met Emma, who was a bit annoying at first, but it did look like she was super knowledgable about what she was going to sell. We asked for a sofa type we needed, but she could not stop telling about every type she saw around. That felt like quite a waste of our time. Anyway, we could understand her desire to sell.3 stars for her mentions about a translator: I have an accent, when we just met she said how long it was gonna take to order a sofa (3 months), and of course I was surprised. So she said: Oh I can see your eyes, so we don’t need a translator. I thought it was kinda a joke or something like that but it was not. So next time I asked her about a cover for sofa that I saw on the internet. She apparently did not know about it, so she said: now I need a translator.Emma could not explain the difference in maintenance between genuine and faux leather, which is a no-go for a person who speaks to customers. Instead she suggested to increase our budget 3 times, or to buy a smaller sofa instead of a sectional we were looking for. No matter how many times I repeated what we wanted, she kept trying to sell something, anything, does not matter, just look at the 25% discount! And we would add 10% on top! I would not say its annoying, its unprofessional, rude, and insulting.Resume: I’ve got very mad. I work with diversity of people and there are a lot of ways to ask again if you don’t understand, repeatedly joking about translators is not one of them. So is turning to my husband. Very disappointed and it was my first and last visit to this store.

My family has been working with Greenbaum Home Furnishing for over 15 years. Their team has helped furnish three of my families houses. We constantly receive compliments not only on how great the furniture and designs are but how comfortable they are. Great furniture, great service and great design expertise.

Huge selection

We had the pleasure of purchasing a sectional from Emma. She was very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. It was custom, so we still have not received it. Looking forward to having it.

My wife and I decided it was time to purchase a new bed after spending the first 11 years of our marriage in the King we had got accustomed to. Typically not the easiest item to purchase due to different opinions on aesthetics, comfort and taste. To add to this challenge we had our 9 and 6 year old boys in tow. From the moment we walked into Greenbaum Home Furnishings we were greeted with a smile and warmth from the friendly staff. My wife immediately loved the designs and layout of everything. My boys loved the Fussball table and cookies they were treated to. Thanks to Melodie, we ended finding a beautiful, designer bed at a fair price and was out of there in under 60 minutes. Best of all, it looks great in our bedroom and we sleep like babies ha!

The Greenbaums rug corner is terrible. Buyer beware. He cheated me out of a $4000 rug whichwas sold as a genuine Persian but ended up as a knock off from India. He also lies about handpicking every single rug from rug weaving nations which is again untrue. The rug section of thistrusted home furnishing is nothing bit a defunct rug sales person from pioneer square who hasrepeatedly opened and closed fake GOING OUT OF BUSINESS operations. His latest adventurein his deceptive practices were none other than the Renaissance rug corporation in Bellevue WA.He was in such hurry to get out he did not even notify his neighbors. Buyer beware is all I can say.Now I am stuck with an imitation rug which is worth not even $400.
