This is for their Bellevue store. While I ended up going with Tempur-Pedic, Dakota at this location was a joy to work with and really knows their stuff. They spent a lot of time with me answering a ton of questions and the Sleep Number bed was almost our favorite. If you go in, ask for Dakota!

The way the seller talks was too much pressure. He wasnt very professional. I like the mattress alot though, feels very comfortable. Shipping wasnt free either. Very disappointed for something that cost thousands of dollar.

The manager Sylvester is awesome! Helped me track down a now out-of-stock mattress cover and held it for me to come pick up. Super easy and was able to use all my coupons and reward dollars!

What a con job. We bought a $6000 bed, including the adjustable platform. We were assured that we have 100 days to try out or we can return for 100% refund. After 30 days, we just were not comfortable and decided that a Temper Pedic would be a better bed for us. We called Sleep Number and were then told that, according to the contract, we can only return the mattress because they consider the adjustable platform to be “furniture” and non refundable at $2100. I asked to see my “contract” and was then told that because I ordered over the phone that there is no signed contract. I have referred this con job to the Attorney General for resolution. Sadly I didn’t check out reviews for this company before I bought. If I did I would see that I am not alone in being swindled by false advertising, out right lies, and extra hidden charges. Beware before you buy!!

We had a great experience at the Bellevue Sleep Number store in the mall. Dakota greeted us professionally and took a lot of time with us explaining the products and going through how the beds work. He explained to us how to find the right number to get a comfortable nights sleep. He also went over the 12 months same as cash option which we used. It has been two weeks since our bed was delivered and we love it! Dakota is knowledgeable and friendly and fun to work with. We highly recommend Dakota and the Sleep Number bed.

Love these mattresses. Just make sure you understand the price structure. You cant have a mattress without the proper platform (add min of $400). If you buy an adjustable platform, they will try to sell you sheets with special elastic on them (add another $150). An elastic gripper set from Bed, Bath and Beyond will save you hundreds - skip the sheets. You will be charged an extra $39 per remote, or be forced to sleep with your smart phone on and next to your bed, so you can adjust the bed. If you have a headboard, you have to spend extra to buy these special clips. So, the mattress price is just the beginning. The warranty covers the pump mechanism. You have to upgrade the foam on your own dime sometime during the 25 year warranty period. The 100 night trial is only good for the mattress, not the base. It is hard to get out of this store with a mattress under $5000. They do offer financing. The Bellevue Square location is upgrading and moving soon. It will feature childrens beds, too.

Very frustrated with our Sleep Number experience. We spent over $6,000 to get a new bed, sheets, pillows, etc., and with a delivery window of 9:00am-noon this morning we were up early eagerly moving around furniture, stripping beds, and preparing for the crew to arrive.No show. I get a call from a dispatcher. The crew showed up to the wrong address and called the wrong phone number to reach us (turns out they were using my old address and phone number from when I bought my first SN bed about 13 years ago, and the sales rep didnt update it). OK--so I give them the correct info, and the crew is supposed to call me with a new delivery window.Hours go by. Still nothing. I call dispatch and get their VM, so I call the actual store where we bought the bed to reach someone who I hope will have an inside track and more pull to get this fixed. That seems to work, as the sales rep calls me claiming the crew will now show up at 4:00pm!Now its almost 5. Still nothing. I call dispatch and find out that not only was the crew still trying to reach me using the wrong phone number but they were also calling me to tell me they were running too late and were calling it a day, so wed have to reschedule delivery.What the...?! We were FIRST on your list today! This was YOUR mistake, and this is how you handle it?You know, we were pretty hesitant about spending $6,000 on a new bed, and that was before the pandemic hit and things got so crazy. But after being treated like this on top of it?The order is CANCELED. Well be looking for another use for our $6,000--I hear toilet paper is a good investment now.

I don’t recommend C4 mattress and company. The sell process was great the refund is horrible.Agent who received my first call about return lied me that a refund can be made after 30 days after delivery date. The policy says: “ Your authorized return must be received by us within 30 days.” It’s from their website. She tried to expire my refund rights that mean I will stay with their product forever. The second agent made me refund without any question!!! It looks that they have the stealing methods of business.

We walked in and were immediately greeted and guided step-by-step toward picking the right mattress for us. The location is small, but clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. They gave us honest answers and insight. 9/10 would recommend.

Extremely rude sales rep. Starting by questioning our budget and intent for going into the store. And then he got angry at the fact that we wanted to look or buy from Sleep Number’s official website because it is “taking away money from us [local store].” This conversation happened within 30 seconds after we stepped in the store. No need to worry about that now because after this unpleasant experience we won’t ever buy anything from Sleep Number, local or online.

I haven’t come across such a rude sales guy ever in my life. The possibility of me buying a sleep number mattress is completely gone in mere 5 minutes.We happened to come across the store and went in to check what sleep number is all about. The guy who attended us (come on his own to us) and started immediately humiliating us for showing the items are out of our budget.The guy even did not bother to go through the features and selling points of the mattresses and base.Even an exotic car store representative have never behaved with me like how we were treated. The opinion about sleep number is simple: DO NOT BOTHER TO EVEN CHECK THIS OUT. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

Terrible.. just terrible!Dont get fooled by the smiles and how nice you are treated from the sales people at the store because this companys customer service is an absolute joke!We purchased a mattress one month ago, and it still has not arrived. Somehow, a completely wrong address was recorded on my order, which as a fact, was made at the store by a sales person. After many phone calls to their customer service department and physically going to the store to speak to the sales person, the issue still has not been resolved.The best part?I decided to make one last phone call to their customer service department as I am tired of dealing with such a terrible company. As always, the agent apologized...... he offered to place a new order with the correct address instead of trying to intercept the package through UPS as they had been trying to do until now. The agent apologized and said the company would ship the mattress overnight by air freight for quick delivery, but then he tells me I have to let you know that since we are making a new order, it will take 7-14 days to process the order, then the mattress will ship overnight.WHAT A JOKE!!!

My girlfriend and I stopped by this store on 9/2/2014. We had already made up our minds to buy a c2 or m6 model bed when we stopped in, but the retail representative Joel completely turned that around with his rude, inattentive, and abrasive attitude. I have never walked into a store intending to buy something and had a sales representatives behavior change my mind about the purchase.This comes as a stark contrast to when we stopped in two weeks earlier and worked with Chris. He helped us over an hour to identify which bed would be good for us and we felt informed and confident that we wanted to try a Sleep Number. We could not bring ourselves to reinforce the kind of poor customer service we received at this store today by making a purchase.

Be careful of their ‘In-Home Trial of 100 nights’ Policy. This is not the whole story. Please be aware that you will pay $199 for delivery and $199 for pick-up. Ultimately, you will pay $400 to try this mattress. ‘Trial’ is a misleading term. I am sincerely disappointed in both the mattress quality and the company.We were apprehensive about giving Sleep Number another chance (this was our second purchase from them after having to replace our original mattress due to the air chambers deflating). This mattress (i7) had absolutely no support...even when set to 100! In the end we bought a Tempur-Pedic, and it is the better value.

Just bought the ComfortFit Classic from the Sleep Number main website and it was way too thick and dense for me and my head did not sink into it. I took the quiz to find the best pillow and turned out it was not.Also, the return policy is the worst because I cant return it, even a week later. To add to this I got a 30% discount offer email on the same pillow a couple days after I bought it, but I cannot apply the discount to the already purchased pillow. What a tease!I will be exchanging for a down pillow, but overall not happy with the customer experience. Sleep Number needs to get with the times and focus more on customers!I originally posted this on their website, but they censored it and did not post it.

Big waste of money. the company was very good with costomer service. The product didnt work for me at all though. Even with the free items the company sent to me, I got the worst two months of sleep Id had in my life while I owned it. The mattress ia only rated well for those sleeping on their back and I sleep on my side. Its also cost me over $200 because I had to pay to ship it out to me, pay to ship it back, and pay their financing companys fees and interest.

We purchased an Split King i8 sleep number bed, first few nights i knew right away that this bed wasnt going to work as it was 2 twin beds and i kept falling in the crack of the bed. We called and they help with a solution to exchange for a split top king. We tried this bed for 30 day and again i would keep falling in the crack of the bed because its a BIG crack like 3-4 inches if your married and want to snuggle with your spouse forget it. Not only was the crack an issus but the bed its self is like sleep on a blow-up air mattress with a pillow top over it, you push down at the top of the bed your feet go up, you push at the feet your head moves up. So i called again at this point we are almost at our 100 days. The sleep comfort people said they would send out so foam pads to place in the bed and that will help and to try it out. It did not help at all, now we are passed our 100 days and our bed is leaking air so by the time you wake up your out of air in your bed. I called today and i just want this bed gone, but we are passed our 100 days go figure! Please do not get a bed from here im in tears writing this from all the hassle this bed has cause us, they are uncomfortable and if you have a spouse you either have to sink into their side of the bed or roll up a hill to get to them. WORST $10,000 i have ever spent.
