You are either going to have a fantastic, fast, and hassle-free experience with this shop or you are going to have a nightmare. The only consistent thing about this place is the speed. Ive taken in my phone for repairs on three separate occasions, and on two of those occasions they ended up damaging the phone further during the repair process. The first time the phone was bricked and I needed to get a new one from my insurance, and the second time (same phone, years later) they ended up improperly reinstalling the screen which caused this horrible rattling noise to come from the front speaker. How this was missed during their supposed testing I have no clue. The reason this is 3 stars and not 1 is because they do stand behind their repairs and will make it right when they inevitably screw up. Just be prepared to need multiple return trips, and if possible back up your data BEFORE handing your phone over.Another consistent problem with this shop is that you can insist Dont call me, you have my phone, remember? Email me please And theyll smile and nod and say sure, and then theyll immediately ignore that and try to call you. Youd think a phone repair place would be smarter about this but apparently not.This place is good value for the money, but you may want to consider a more professional shop.
The customer service is top notch. I was treated with so much respect from drop off to pick up. I broke my phone as it hit the pavement face down. Even though the screen wasnt cracked, it only displayed the date and time. The ubreakifix replaced the screen at a reasonable price. Saved me money and time. My only regret is that I didnt consult them last time I shelled out money to replace a dropped phone. Now I know better.
I can not recommend this business. Be aware if your a walk in customer paying out of pocket that your business goes behind the insurance work they do.I had a screen issue with my phone I dropped it off on my scheduled appointment day and time. I was told it would be ready the end of business day. I received a call the following morning saying they replaced the screen and it hadnt fixed the problem. they recommended a battery replacement to which I hesitantly agreed. the phone powered on just fine when I dropped it off. They said it would be complete the next business day. ok fine. The next day comes and I call them at noon to find out if its ready. Im told they havent touched it and it wont be done for 4-5 more days. I asked why and Im told that insurance work takes priority. I asked them to put my broken screen back and that id be in to pick up the device. They have offered this from day one if it didnt fix the issue. I pick up my device and am appalled. They left the replacement screen on it. the speaker screen is missing and it now has gaps around the new screen they installed. The phone wont power on at all and the back cover has a large gouge in it.. See photos. this is a 3 month old phone that looks like its 3 yrs old. it has always been in a case with a screen protector on it. I simply walked away. I was so incredibly angry it was the only thing I could do.For context I brought my phone in because the screen wasnt working. the phone still worked I could pair it with Bluetooth and still make calls and send text. now it wont even power on.I can not recommend using this company that is clearly only after the insurance money and has zero regard for an actual customer.

They couldnt fix my keyboard, so the guy told me to go down the street to Vetco. I went, and when I got there they told me they dont do repairs. Why would the guy tell me to go somewhere that doesnt do repairs?
My experience was a pleasant one. Their customer service here is awesome and rather wait for the recommended 2 hours, I would say they finished the screen repair in one hour. Considering how booked they were, I am satisfied with this particular stores performance. Fiver stars easily. Thanks for getting me in and out fast. I took my HP Pavilion gaming PC here when the front panel had come away, and some of the plastic clips snapped off. I was expecting they would need to order a new panel and I would need to leave my PC there for days/weeks. UBREAKIFIX Bellevue resecured the front panel in 5 min. No cost.
Went to UBreakiFix (Bellevue) as a walk-in on an insurance claim for my iPhone XS.Gentleman at front desk was incredibly kind and made the check in process easy. Gave me a 2-4hr turn around time to get my screen repaired, so I told him I’d run errands during the fix. He confirmed he’d give me a call or send email when service was complete, but I advised he had my only phone and form of communication while it was being repaired.I went back after 2 hours to check on the status and another man confirmed they “tried to call me” (you had my phone??) to let me know XS are notoriously tricky to fix the screen on. He confirmed they stripped the screws and handed my phone back to me. The screws now stick out and my phone screen is still cracked. When asked what the next step was, he told me to contact my insurance. I’m unsure why I wasn’t advised of the status of XS screen repairs prior to turning it in, and why they’d call my phone which they had, to let me know.I tried to call multiple times prior to visiting to help confirm the fix, but their line kept stating the prompts without moving on after hitting any key. I overheard someone at the shop say all calls get redirected to their call center- so you don’t actually talk to a human in their store. Waste of time all around.
This place was awesome! They helped me sort out my urgent problem quickly. So relieved it wasnt the battery, just needed a new charger for my laptop. So grateful they were open on a Sunday!!!Would highly recommend them for your computer problems. Ill definitely be back. And they have a membership program you can join, so Im looking into that.

Was told it would be a couple days as they waited for shipment. I get that, delays and what not. What I dont get is when I call the day AFTER they said it would be done and they tell me they forgot to work on it. Next day, oops we forgot again they did rush it out before the end of the day. Rushed because the back cover isnt even glued aligned and theres a gap where dirt can get in. Sucks they have a monopoly basically on the Google warranty market, would rather buy a new phone than deal with these people again. Pretty sure Im going to have to because of their shotty work.

I called that store to see if they could fix my phone which got water in it. The person on the phone said they could take a look. But if the water was on the motherboard, then it could not be fixed. So I drove up there. But when I got there, the person behind the desk said it would be more riskier to open the phone since it may damage it more. If I had known that, I would of not driven up there. They completely changed their tune. If you have water damaged phone, dont waster your time here. Go somewhere else!

I had the an issue with the Google Pixel 4 XL that is the battery was having difficulties reading and the phone was having random restarts. This is course occurred one day before I was heading on vacation. I tried a different ubreakifix which was out of the battery so I called the Bellevue store which had the replacement battery in stock. They advised me to come in soon because their queue was already filling up. I made it in about 40 minutes later and they said they might not be able to complete repair that day. I explained that I was headed out of town on vacation and he went and checked with the techs in back. About three minutes later, he came back and asked if closer to closing was okay for a pick up. I said absolutely. In the end, they actually finished it by 5:30pm (hours early). When I came in the tech noticed that my face recognition unlock was giving error and told me to change some settings which resolved the issue. Overall, great experience. Just be aware, get there early if youre a walk in. That being said, Id definitely recommend them.

I appreciate the fact that they carried majority of parts for most phones so that repairs may be done immediately as oppose to needing to order parts and needing to wait like most other shops. I took my mother in laws phone here for a new screen. They said it should be finished by the end of the day. I had planned to pick up the phone the following day. They called later the first day and said they thought they had a defective replacement screen because now the phone wouldn’t turn on. They ordered a part and hoped it would arrive in the next few days. This was disappointing since my MIL was leaving soon for home a few states away, but understandable. Then radio silence for 3-4 days until I called and finally got the update the parts were in and a tech was going to start working the new new screen. The next call was to tell us that the phone was bricked due to water damage and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Well, that’s just great. I give you a fully functional phone with a broken screen and a week later you give me back a brick. Never again, don’t waste your time with these second rate repair shops. After a long conversation with the manager, Eric, he tried to stuff the blame off on Apple and offered no reasonable fix. I asked why the original tech didn’t detect the water damage and he threw that employee under the bus, but then insisted that this bad tech didn’t break the completely functional phone. Kinda hard to believe that to be honest. Then he offered a discount on any phone I’d bring in in the future, saying he’d email me the following day… well, still waiting in the email, Eric only 3 weeks later.Bottom line, they broke a functional phone while trying to do their signature operation, fixing a broken screen. Terrible customer service, terrible outcome, and no remorse or attempt to make it right. Avoid this place at all costs.
They will lie to you and say theyll repair no problem, but they dont mention they put you on a monthly plan of $25 a month insurance product. When I said they didnt tell me about it and remove it, they lied and said we talked on the phone about it, I never talked to them on the phone. Its a scam to get you on a useless phone insurance.
I got helped by Brian, he was amazing he anticipated water damage on my iphone shared the caveat but at the same time was very proactive and enabled me with my phone in less than an hour, even though they were super busy.Brian was savior, our phone have become a necessity with all the connective tissue gone he enabled me back timely .Would recommend him and this place immensely.

BEWARE, BEWARE; I went into this location to get my cracked screen replace and the store employee, who claimed to be the manager, ask for my cell phone PASSWORD. When I asked why he needed my password to replace the screen, he said it was Samsung policy. I check with Samsung and there is not such policy. This is a huge concern, since the employee can take a back up of my phone and take as long as he want to access my data. I obviously didnt give him my phone. NEVER GIVE YOUR CELL PASSWORD! I filed a complaint with Samsung, the store should have a policy to only ASK FOR A PASSWORD WHEN REQUIRED AND UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE CUSTOMER, to protect the customer as well as the store from potential law suit.

I woke up to find my Samsung phone had the black screen of death and panicked. I went to T-Mobile only to be told to come here. And thank God I did, Eric F. and his technicians were absolutely amazing! They were extremely knowledgeable about my problem and had the parts in store to fix it ASAP. They were very busy that day and mentioned the turnaround time might be 3-5 days, so I signed up for their Asurion Home+ program, and while still not a guarantee on timing... Eric was quick, efficient, and managed to get my phone back the same day!! My phone looks as good as new!Ive never been to one of their stores before, but now I know exactly where to go in the future (hopefully never necessary).
I took my Pixel 3a here when it stopped charging. I didnt have an appointment but just walked in anyway and they were able to take my phone, give me an estimate (both in time and $) and then promptly beat both of those, getting my phone back to me super fast and ready to go. UPDATE: just a week later, I dropped the phone and cracked the screen. I took it back, again without an appointment, and again they were able to replace the screen and fix the phone in a single day.
Ive used their service twice now...once for replacing my wifes pixel 3 screen, and recently my pixel 4a screen. Both times, the service have been great. Both repairs were done quickly and the service was great. The only complaint I had was that I was quoted a lower price for my wifes phone online, but when I got to the Bellevue location, they rang me up at a slightly higher price. However, they fixed the phone and I was okay paying the extra few dollars.

Total scam! You have to leave your phone with them for 48hours or pay to have it expedited. You can not drop it off and wait for them to fix it unless you pay and join their program which they push very hard for you to do. Very slimey in my opinion. I would be very cautious of this company!

When you enter a place of business you don’t expect to be treated like the only customer in the world but Ubreakifix certainly made me feel like the most important person. I had smoke and flames coming out of my HP Pavillion charging port at home and brought it in after making a quick call for availability. Eric and Brian were very helpful not only on the phone but in person. Eric gave me my options best case scenario and worst case. Since this was a time sensitive issue I dropped off the laptop and was surprised to hear Eric went right to work on it. I called the place ahead and they invite me to come in for a free diagnostic. Once I got to the store the guy doesnt even look at my phone but automatically calls for a screen replacement. The quote could have been made on the phone, saving me a trip.

Be very careful with this place, they are a fraud. If I could give them negative rate, I would.I had an IPad pro which was functional but drained battery quickly(a full charge lasts one hour only). So I brought it to the place to change the battery. After I reset the IPad, I shown the rep that it was functional. Only after I went to home to check track # online, I noticed the rep put a note Besides a lot of cosmetic dirtiness and a little damage to the top left and bottom right corners of the frame, the device is functional according to customer besides the battery draining quickly. I thought it was a business practice plus they green checked items in quick diagnostics section. So I just ignored it.Six days after, they tell me the Ipad is not fixable today. When I argue it is just battery replacement and I did show the rep the IPad was functional. At least, bring it to the original state. They tell me the rep is no longer with them any more so they cannot verify other than acting on notes and their quick diagnostics means something else.This is ridiculous.

I brought in a phone to their San Francisco location who repaired the battery problem, but when the phone was given back to me realize that the SIM card tray was broken. I called this store to repair it and they say that I need a new motherboard, and that its an unrelated issue. I wonder if this is a racket? You hand in your phone, they break it, and then claim that it passed their testing so that you have to pay them even more money. if youre picking up a phone from these people, you should probably do your own very detailed testing before you leave their store, so they cant claim that they fixed it.
My boyfriend broke his Galaxy S9 screen and we needed to find a location that would fix it quickly. We called ahead of time and dropped off the phone around 11am. We got a call 3 hours later that it would be ready within an hour. We got back to the location and the customer service agent said it would be another 20 minutes. No problem. We came back after 20 minutes and were told it would be another hour. We live in Seattle and decided to go to this location instead of the Seattle location because we needed the repair done quickly. If they would have just called us when it was completely done we could have avoided hours of driving around. Thats my only complaint - they need to be a little better about setting customer expectations. Otherwise, fast service and the customer service reps were nice.

Despite my incident up at the Lynnwood UBIF (Re: store closed on Saturday hours when it was supposed to be open), the Bellevue location was excellent and superb!! Bryan was nice enough to help me on the phone. And Adam in the store help me at both times when I was there today. In addition, both of these technicians are able to get my wifes Pixel 4 XL fixed in a turnaround time of one day. I cant say enough positive things about this location (Bellevue) and these two technicians.

Ubreak, they break more. We took an iPad here that had a working display and broken touch glass. They assured us it couldnt get any worse. After waiting 4 days for them to order a home button, they told that after replacing the screen it doesnt even power on any more and when it did briefly, only part of the NEW screen worked. Then they said a bunch of nonsense about maybe pressure was relieved and something shorted. Apparently THEN they told us that maybe it was static electricity. Im sorry, WHAT?!?! What kind of repair shop doesnt know how to take basic precautions against static electricity? They also told us that the power button is where it was dropped and maybe the power button doesnt work anymore, but the shatter pattern on the display makes it obvious that the screen was broken at the home button, on the other end of the device from the power button. You know, where all the broken glass was. These people have wasted my time and made a bad situation much worse. Dont trust them. So so so disappointed. So many excuses for why they couldnt successfully complete a fairly simple repair.
Came in with an extremely slow computer which I thought was due to the mecanical hard drive installed as original equipment. I had ubreakifix install a solid state drive and larger capacity RAM sticks I brought in. The computer is now at least three times if not quicker in booting and loading programs, even after login. This was done at the Bellevue, WA location. Price for entire service was quite reasonable.
I brought my laptop in for repair, an OS repair. I was told it will take 1 hour, but after 4 days they still could not fix the issue. When I got my laptop back I discovered that they damaged my screen. They agreed to replace the screen but I would have to pay for labor. I felt they should cover the whole damage, parts and labor.BAD PLACE TO GET YOUR ELECTRONICS fix. GO to another shop. They will damage your items.
Took in my pixel to get repaired after my screen cracked since they were the only google-sponsored repair store. It was prompt and professional. But sadly a few months later my screen started to flake out. I took it back in and they found glass shards in the phone that damaged the display ribbon cable. Sounds familiar? They then told me they had to charge me for the display and only gave me a half discount for a repair that wasnt my fault.Wherever I can, I will avoid this business.This was about a year ago.

1-3 days turned into 3 weeks. They gave me my phone back after 10 days and had not fixed the problem, they told me it would be another 10 days to order a mother board and it would 100% be done by then. When I went in to get it on the 11th day, they told me that it wasnt done and they couldnt do it for 2 more days because they had to do inventory. I called corporate and they found they had lied on their reporting to make it look like it was a perfectly completed repair. Also, good luck trying to get them to answer the phone!

I scheduled an appointment online, and my confirmation email said to call when I arrived. So I did, and no one answered the phone. When I walked into the store, I was told that my phone repair would take 3 or more days instead of the 2 hours that were promised online. She explained that theyre short-staffed and so busy that they wont be able to get to my device until Friday. So I asked if I could just make an appointment to bring it back on Friday, and I was told It doesnt work like that. Out of sight, out of mind. If you bring it back on Friday, then it will take 5 or 6 days.

I suspected that my phone battery is dying down and drove to this place for a battery replacement, but a guy inspected my battery usage and figured that my battery was performing fine and I may have started using my phone more these days. It turned out to be the case and after tweaking some settings to optimize power consumption, my phone appears to be doing fine. Really appreciate these guys not rushing me into getting my battery replaced and saving me some money! Ill definitely consider them in future.

After I called to check on time line of repairs and was told about 3 days, onsite manager kept interrupting the front specialist in telling him everything takes longer and because I am a warranty customer and not a paying customer there is an additional delay I had enough. Picking up my phone to take it to another location, the lack or solid info, combined with managers raised voice, combined with poor prior reviews? aint nobody got time for that.
We had two Pixel XLs that needed fixing including one needing a part that had to be ordered. They were able to get the part next day and total repair took 2.5 hours for both phones. The staff were very professional and kept us up to date throughout the process. I highly recommend them.
Honestly very bad service center. They gave me appointment to fix my mobile which is in warranty, after going to the store they simply told me to reach out to Samsung support to claim the warranty. This happened two times so far. Seattle location is much better than this.
If your Samsung tech gadgets get broke this is the place to go to get them fixed.

Went here to get a speakerphone issue fixed under warranty. Phone was returned to me not comply closed shut, could see the metal inside. There is new damage to the backing of the phone. On top of that I was told to return at 4 to get my phone and waited an extra 1 and 1/2 hours to receive it.
I had a broken screen on my Note 10+ and went thru Assurian insurance claim to fix my phone. Assurian sent me here in this location and had them replace the glass. After I picked up my phone I had to clean all the glue from the back end of my phone myself and there are debries between the new glass and my camera lens. Absolutely unhappy with the service.
Found Ubreakifix by searching console fixing on Google. Their website let me set up an drop off appointment for fixing my Xbox one console. Set it up for today, Thursday Oct 29th at 1pm. I set it up 2 days ago, plenty of time in between. I arrive today to be told that they cant fix consoles due to restructuring (whatever that means). No call, no text, no email warning me not to show up. I didnt take an appointment for my graphic design job which could have netted me a client in order to make this appointment. super unprofessional. Would not recommend this place as you can show up only to be turned away without any warning. Employee had no excuse for not canceling the appointment other than I was busy even tho he admitted he saw my appointment and a phone call, text or email would take less than a minute.
