Staff is super friendly! Stopped by a number of times cause glasses needed adjusting even though I did not buy them there but was desperate (nosepad digging into my nose, etc.). They were always happy to help me!

They had a decent selection of glasses to choose from, but what really impressed me and my mom was the customer service. The sales person (Autumn was her name) was genuinely friendly and chipper without it seeming forced. Non-disruptive small talk made buying glasses seem less like an errand. Her keen spectacle fashion-sense took into account shape, color, femininity/masculinity, comfort, Durability and other aspects. Even my mother liked her suggestions, despite being notoriously hard to please.I will definitely come back when its time to get new glasses again.
