Everyone I encountered at the Bellevue Shopko Optical was very friendly and helpful. The doctor explained things in a way I could understand and listened to my concerns. Melinda was extremely helpful when I was ordering my contacts and made sure I got the most out of my money. I was more than pleased with my experience here and would recommend them to anyone. I had been going to a different optical provider for years but due to a change in personnel there decided to come here, instead, because it is the closest optical shop to my house. I made my appointment on their website which was really easy to do. When I showed up I was really impressed with how quickly I was taken care of. Checking in was hassle free, and the doctor did a great check up. I was surprised at how affordable the glasses were, and there was no high pressure sales pitch for some amazing high tech space age lens option. The shop is really nice, the building is brand new and everything is spotless. Theres plenty of parking close to the door. The staff and doctor were all excellent. Ill be back the next time I need glasses.

I really enjoyed my visit to Shopko Optical. Dr. Smith was kind and thorough. I will be going back and recommending that others do the same.

I like shopko optical everyone is usually very nice and respectful. I also like Dr. Smith he is very kind and we’ve been seeing him for years. I called to schedule an appointment and Tracy had such a nasty attitude. I didn’t say anything rude, I did nothing to this lady. She also lied about the last time I came in and asked me what do I need? It’s like she didn’t want me to schedule an appointment. She also hung up on me! Usually when I call Sarah answers, she always gives me 5 star service.

I am rating this 5 stars but they really deserve 100. So, each of these gold stars is worth 20 points, (haha). This was the best experience I have ever had when getting new glasses and I have been wearing them for 30 years so that is saying something! Dr. Russell Smith does such an amazing and thorough job. He is very professional and has a great sense of humor, as well. He takes his time and explains everything clearly. Sarah and the front desk staff were terrific, as well. Sarah had me laughing pretty hard:) Happy Birthday Sarah! They have a nice selection of glasses, as well. I highly recommend Shopko Optical in Bellevue!!

Ive gotten my last several pairs of glasses at Shopko going back to the old store. There is always plenty of personnel on hand to assist you and they are very proficient and helpful. Dr. Russell Smith does my exams and he is also very professional and thorough. The selection of frames is adequate but I do notice the prices seem to have climbed a bit on those. I had my new glasses in less than a weeks time. I considered going somewhere else but the last sale in February had me coming back.

My entire family goes here and we love it! The doctors are wonderful and patient and the gals that greet you and help with fittings and such are just the best! I will say Pam is my favorite. She always goes above and beyond to help you and she listens and takes the time to answer any and all questions. Definitely a customer for life!

Victoria was great, she answered all my questions, helped when I needed her to, and let me be independent when picking out frames. Dr. Greenwell was very personable and made me feel comfortable while educating me in terms I could understand.

Absolutely disappointed in the service my mom received. She paid over $230 for a pair of glasses and when she came to pick them it was the wrong frame and the lady who works there was absolutely rude. Her exact words were “Okay fine. We’ll order these and you can wait again” if you’re going to be rude, just stay home and find another job!!I liked the ladies who were with Shopko before they changed.

I love this place! The doctor is very kind, patient and professional. The ladies at the front are also and very helpful. Melinda attended us today and was able to help me figure out how to get the best deal for my money and was a sweet heart. I think the other lady’s name might be Morgan who is also very kind. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Greenwell and the staff at this location are fantastic!

We just went today for a exam, and as soon as we walk in we here this lady getting mad over this person on the phone who apparently kept cancelling their appointment. She says to schedule it at the end of next week to give them time to prepare because shes done with them. After they prepare my eyes with that lovely air puffer, we had trouble with our insurance no big deal we can pay for it without insurance. She tells us to find another eye care company. I dont know any company that show denial for us paying for a little more, but she was persistent so we left with my eyes puffed and no eye exam.

Some how my glasses got lost in the mail and everyone there was very helpful and nice about getting me replacement ones. Thank you Sarah and Morgan for helping!

Weve been getting our kids glasses here for years (when they were on Galvin Rd.) The only problem. Is that Google Maps directed us to the wrong location to the new shop.

They are really good. Cs is amazing and the doctor took his time to check my eyes.

The entire staff there is 100% amazing. I went in there with my three kids this afternoon. They made me feel so at ease with my little ones. One of the techs(I wish I could remember her name) even held my daughter while they ran some tests. Dr. Greenwall really was so sweet. Very informative and just made me feel at home. He truly was “grandpa” to the kids. Lol. Shane helped me pick out the cutest frames. He really paid attention to my face shape to match me with some good frames. I think I will be coming here now. Everyone was so friendly. I really can’t get over how awesome they were. My day was so stressful and they ended my day perfectly. You guys are awesome! I’m looking forward to seeing you guys in 2 weeks to get my glasses! Thanks again for making this experience great!
