I am a returning customer. In late Feb, my right eye feels itchy and went to Vision Plus Bellevue to do eye check. Dr Wendy Huang prescribed antibody eyedrops with asteroid in it.One week later, the right eye condition became much worse and I went to ER(photo attached). Then I was referred to see ophthalmologists. They told me to stop using that eyedrops. Because the diagnose is Virus Keratitis. Antibody eyedrops can’t cure virus but the asteroid in it helps virus grow. Now I have been receiving treatment for more than half a year. But right eye vision still can’t be corrected back to full 20/20(My original condition)There are two points:1. Wrong diagnose. It wasted me one week of time, which is super valuable during early stage treatment for Keratitis.2. Prescribed eyedrops contains asteroid that helps virus grow. It makes my right eye condition worse.I am still receiving treatment. If my right eye can’t recover back to normal, I will consult legal service for this.

Everything about Vision Plus is great. Quality eye exam, lovely staff, and great customer service!

This is my second visit to Vision Plus Bellevue and honestly can’t recommend them enough! Nicole on the front desk is super friendly and detail oriented - she checked all insurance information and provided the best option for both my husband and me. Dr. Wendy Huang is super knowledgeable and thorough. She explained every little detail in a very relatable way and has great, modern equipment. They have a very good frame selection and I was actually a bit disappointed to hear that I can keep my current pair of glasses, which I bought from them two years ago.

All of stuffs are so friendly and very knowledgable. And the precription and lens fit me perfectly. I would not go elsewhere if they keep it up.

10/10 first time experience! Dr. Wendy Huang and the staff were amazing and attentive. I enjoyed my time in the office and found everyone to be extremely helpful. Nikki was especially fun and super helpful to work with, the optical assistant. I really also loved the cleanliness and aesthetically appealing decor. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new Optometrist.

Dr Huang and all the staff here are incredibly nice. I got an exam here the other month and new glasses, I chose them because of their high Google reviews, they also accepted my insurance while my previous optometrist did not. Long story short, the glasses I paid them over $500 for gave me head splitting migraines, when I initially went to them about the issue (the day after I got the glasses) they remade the lenses for me, this did nothing, so they ended up refunding me the cost of the glasses. I still needed new glasses, so I went back to my old optometrist and paid out of pocket since I knew I could trust them. My old optometrist did a refraction and gave me a different prescription, I got my old optometrist to make me new glasses using their prescription and I have had no migraines from what they gave me. In summary Vision Plus has nice staff, and was willing to work with me to satisfactorily resolve my issue with their glasses.

Very welcoming in such an early morning. Routine testing went smoothly. The place is nice and clean. This will be my go-to place for eye related things.

WOW! I have never had such an incredible experience at an eye clinic or felt more care for than I do here. I am blown away by the welcoming and over the top customer service by the staff! This was honestly such a fun appointment considering Wendy( Dr. Huang) is so caring, considerate and sweet! She is also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made sure to evaluate all possible alternatives if one didn’t work the best for me. Dr. Huang worked with me on options for contacts and made everything so easy and fast! Also Sylvia exceeded my expectations with helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. She is such a doll and really just wants to make sure everybody is happy and feels cared for. She didn’t try to sell me anything, just wanted to help me find EXACTLY what I wanted. Which I did!!!! I am honestly so blessed I came across this place because I’m NEVER going to go anywhere else. I 150% recommend this place to ANYONE and will stand behind my word saying this is the best eye clinic I know of! Thank you Vision Plus for making me more than happy! Just can’t help brag about my experience;)

I feel so lucky I found this place randomly. I went in for an annual eye exam and the whole visit was pleasant from check-in to check-out. I love Dr. Huang- she makes me feel valued and heard. I would definitely recommend Vision Plus Bellevue!

I was recommended to Dr. Huang by a friend, and I was not disappointed. It was easy to get an appointment, and the staff was very friendly and helpful answering my questions. Dr. Huang is relaxing and personable. She explained things as she went along and put me at ease. I was considering changing from monthly to daily contacts, and Dr. Huang gave me different samples to try for a week. When I eventually decided on the cheaper options, she didnt push back, and her office staff helped me get the best price for my supply. I would definitely recommend this place!

Really appreciate Dr. Huang - she has a nice touch, many of the optometrists Ive had in the past have been much more gruff. The team prepares you beforehand about the eye puff, bright lights, etc.Many easy scheduling options (via Internet); availability hours are great; and not hard sell regarding frames/contacts ... Top notch experience

Living in the US over 15+yrs and having to move around has made me visit a numerous optometrists and this one by far is the best of all. Very friendly staffs as well as the doctor Wendy Huang. I was actually blown away by staffs’ kindness first, then the pleasant experience continued until the end of the visit. I had never such an awesome experience at an eye clinic. Dr Wendy Huang and her team are excellent. Dr Huangs exam is precise and she discusses the best options with her patient. I am getting my first pair of computer glasses this year. She has a retina scanner which is great for monitoring. Her assistants readily assisted me in picking a great set of glasses for my face. They explained my insurance benefits before my appointment and gave me the best deal on my glasses. I am very pleased!

I am thankful that they were able to pencil me in a day or two, I appreciated that and got me my prescription and a pair of contacts so I can see. What I did not appreciate was in the process of getting my glasses, everything was good, they told me insurance information was found and I paid my co-pay. They call me a few minutes later saying no vision insurance was found and I have to pay for my glasses in FULL out of pocket. Cancelled order, went to Lenscrafters instead, they found insurance information and all was taken care of.

Doctor Huangs clinic have been our family vision care for several years, she is an very warm person and always very patient. they also open on Saturday sometime which very convenience for people cannot come on regular workdays.

This is the best experience Ive ever had at the eye doctor. She takes the time to explain things in detail and lay out all of your options with an attention to detail that Ive never seen from a doctor. Highly recommend.

Dr. Wendy is great. She is super patient, and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. What I really loved about her was that she wasnt pushy at all. She gave me her honest opinion to my questions without trying to nudge me in a direction that would benefit her or her clinic. Highly recommend. :)

I have been to several optometrists over the years and NEVER have I been so happy with the standard of care. These ladies are amazing and put effort into making sure that you understand every step of every process, answering questions effectively, and truly making you feel as if they care about you as a person from the time you set an appointment through the time you walk out the door. I honestly dont have enough wonderful things to say about Vision Plus - Bellevue and consider myself lucky to have selected this establishment. I cant wait to get my new glasses and I actually look forward to next years appointment (cause Im a giant nerd and they are seriously amazing)!

Love this practice! Efficient process, Dr and staff have fantastic attitudes, bright environment with great frame selections. Staff took time to understand the style and price range I was looking for and quickly provided several candidates, including a few to see if I wanted to push the envelope, style-wise. A really great experience!!

This is a smaller, quieter office for an eye doctor, which I really liked. The staff is friendly and efficient. The doctor is good at what she does, and is patient and willing to discuss options or answer questions. And the equipment is clean and up-to-date. The selection of glasses frames may be a bit smaller than other places, but you can always pick out frames elsewhere.

They were so nice and super fast on the service.I particularly liked that they gave a comprehensive explanation of what they were doing, what the results were and gave me my prescription.Picking my glasses was fast too, they helped me with some options and it was super easy to understand what my insurance covers.Definitely will go there for my yearly checkup :)

Dr. Huang was very proficient, professional with a great personality. She was quick, efficient and explained everything she was doing. She checked our insurance coverage and made sure we were fully informed prior to our appointment so that there were so surprises. Dr. Huang is very professional and excellent communicator. She listens well and answers all questions, including providing different alternatives. The examination equipment seems to be state of the art (no dilation of pupils required) and was very useful during the exam. I highly recommend Dr. Huang and have already referred my wife.

Dr Wendy Huang is an exceptional and very thorough eye doctor. As well as having great bedside manner, she puts you at ease with any questions or concerns you may have. Although, there are some good Optometrists in Seattle, I travel from Seattle to Bellevue to see Dr Huang. Their office is beautiful with many new cool eyewear including local eyewear for you to choose from. The staff are always very kind and helpful. I’ve had many eye doctors in the past and I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Vision Plus Bellevue. Thank you so much!!!

I appreciate the time & care in selecting whats right for me and happy with the experience.Great service & excellent communication overall- important detail is the clarity of the billing and invoice, some eye clinics I went to in the past did not show all the cost, insurance & item information but Vision Plus Bellevue showed everything which is good.
