Had an eye exam. Dr McManus is great. Ive been to a handful of eye doctors, and hes my favorite. Very thorough, nice and easy to get apt. Great staff, easy parking, excellent frame selection

Called for some information on Medicaid really excited cause i havent been able to afford glasses for two years. i understand switching policies and removing a program but your front desk lady made me feel small for using medicaid oh that, yeah we have shut down that program and we are working to be removed from that list. i know it is early but damn you suck

Friendly staff, thorough testing. Always make me feel like a priority in answering questions or listening to me ramble. Also working with me to provide temp lenses when I run out is amazing.

Ive been here twice for an annual appointment. Dr. McManus is always friendly, as is the staff. They definitely want to help you and make sure youre taken care of. For example, I was going on a trip and was on my last pair of contacts (right before an annual exam). They gave me a sample pair so I wouldnt have to worry about any mishaps!

Rick and his staff are very professional and extremely caring. I have always received great care and all my questions have always been answered completely and carefully. Visits to Ricks office for check ups are always comforting and reassuring knowing that you are in good hands. The frames and lenses they use are good quality and well fitted. Bellevue Optometry Clinic always provides great care. I feel I always get professional service, that is personalize to me. The staff is always friendly and timely. They have early hours - so I can get my exam and get to work.

My first Optometry appointment in 30 years was a year ago with Dr. McManus and his team. An excellent experience. Just had my first followup after a year and this experience was great too. Professional and Friendly. Ill be back. Third visit has not changed my opinion at all. Overall opinion, Very Very Good.

This is the worst eye exam experience i had over the years. I have been wearing the contact lens for year, and recently just found some issues with the near sight blurriness. Not only the doctor didnt discover that I have started having bifocal issue, but also he made a mistake, by just raising my prescription, to make the close reading even more blurry. When I called back for coming back to check again, he denied and just asked me to go back to the previous prescription. In the end, I had to go to the other 2 eye doctors to fix the bifocal issue.And several days later, I got a bill from them other than their charge to the insurance for both eye exam and prescription. They charged me $49 for contact lens fitting fee, which either he didnt fit me with any contacts, or did any test for the base curve or diameter for the contacts. Where does the fee come from? they just want money, and never treat patients professionally!! I would suggest you stay away from this office. The doctor is not friendly in person at all, comparing with all other nice doctors.

Dr. Rick and his staff are wonderful.Let’s put it this way,I would not drive from Lynnwood to Bellevue on my days off for my optometry needs unless they were the best.

Have been coming to 2020 (great address for an eye clinic, isnt it?!) since my teens. Dr. McManus and his cheerful and helpful team have always been welcoming and make the experience as pleasant as it can be.They also treated my father in his later years with great compassion and thoughtfulness. Dad always enjoyed going in and telling his corny jokes -- some of which I repeat and still chuckle about. After dad passed in 2013, I wanted his glasses to be passed along where they would do the most good, and the staff accepted them and assured me theyd be donated and used again.

Dr. McManus & his staff are friendly & fun & always thorough in their exams. I have been coming here for several years & will continue to do so. Joking with the Dr about possibly giving names to my floaters gave me a new perspective on how I look at each floater & left us both laughing on an otherwise too serious day.

We loved going to Dr. McManus for our eye exams and glasses recently. Cathy helped Jacob pick out some very handsome, modern frames that a young 10 1/2 yr. old boy would like and would hold up under the wear & tear of schoolwork. I also found the Vera Bradley frames that I ordered 4 yrs. ago still were available for me to update my new lenses in without having to give up the frames I love. I would highly recommend Dr. McManus for your vision health needs. His staff is excellent, knowledgeable, and very professional & kind. I know that our family will go to this clinic for many years to come.

Its not very often you would say you get excited to see your eye doctor, but Bellevue Optometry Clinic is pretty amazing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. McManus is the best. The eye exam is very thorough and I would highly recommend you using their services. I went to Dr. McManus to see if I was a good candidate for Lasik and I couldnt be happy in working with him and his recommendations.
