During my trip to Seattle my camera started to act up, when I went into the store it was pretty busy, but I was still seen within minutes of arriving. I spoke with Matt and he helped me through what I needed to do and set everything up for a Genius Bar appointment. At that appointment I spoke with Jose and he was able to get my phone fixed that night. Matt was very attentive and Jose was very informative. I had a great experience at this Apple Store.
Love this Apple store, the staff were very very helpful, the store was clean and they had all the Covid-19 stuff worked out well. They have mask if you need one.
Good Showroom from Apple Inc to showcase their products including Phone, Computer etc. Staffs are friendly to explain the product line and one can get feel of the products in display as well. The store is located inside the Bellevue Square Mall which is one of the popular mall in the city. So one can visit the Store and plan for other stores in the mall too, including variety of foods in the Mall.
Came to pick up my phone that I ordered. Service was quick, but showroom had plenty of gadgets for me to test out while waiting.
Went in for the simple task of replacing an airpod. With insurance. Manager themselves initially said it would take 15 minutes. But they made us wait 2 and a half hours. The workers were so free they were talking in groups amongst themselves, all while the manager was saying theyre SO swamped they cant help us today. So, either the manager was lying or my eyes were.Manager also verbatim said I cant help you... because if I helped you... Id have to help everyone. Yes, thats your job. If your staff is free, you should help. Very dismissive attitude. Get away with doing the minimum attitude.Probably the slowest, least helpful apple store Ive ever been to.
This is the worst Apple Store I’ve ever visited. Every time I visit, I have a bad experience. It’s confusing how to get help, everyone is poorly communicative and doesn’t want to sell you anything.It’s better to go to any other store but this one.
If I could put zero stars I would. Extremely unhelpful online. I was at instructed by an Apple technician when attempting to get a phone replacement on how to turn my find my iPhone off. She then instructed me to press erase phone without INSTRUCTING ME to back it up. My phone was wiped and I lost all the pictures that I had took the weekend of. Customer service online was HORRENDOUS and were showing blatant disrespect and disregard to there customers when they themselves made a mistake and refused to take accountability. I HAVE YET to solve this issue 24 hours later and went into the store as per directed which apparently you need to have an appointment for even though the store was not busy. The appointment they had set did not work for my schedule and we could not work around it. So we are having to drive 39 min to the store and 30 min back and do it once over again today just to see a technician. The manager we talked to online refused to fix the situation or even apologize and said and I QUOTE “if the pictures were of that importance you should have backed up your phone”. I am extremely disappointed as a customer of 5 years. This is a ridiculously horrible customer service that I have never experienced from a company as big as Apple THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. And most of us are locked in 0/10.
No will call here. No one will answer the phone. Can not call this store directly. Your call will be routed to customer no-service somewhere in the world. Once they catch on to the situation they won’t have heard the location. You get put on hold again and transferred to someone who was asleep. At this point you get out of the car and make your way into the mall where you discover lots of kid employees standing around…..😩
Worst service ever. I had to wait for a store associate for almost an hour, and then he erased my phone completely without reinstalling it, telling me that it will fix my phone (which never did)
Been there multiple times and the experience was consistently terrible - Rude staff who acts like you owe them everything, lack of standard and poor internal communication, wasted hours to get something simple done. Worst apple store Ive ever been to and apparently based on other reviews they dont care. How could they stay so shamelessly comfortable knowing all the other apple stores have way better standard and customer experience? I would totally avoid this location.
Drove all the way here to return a device I bought the same day. Arrived at exactly 9:01PM, they said they were already closed and they can’t process it so we should just return the next day (even though we saw them still accommodating people).Please don’t put 9:30PM in your business hours if you’re already closed 30 minutes earlier, it’s misleading and a waste of people’s time.

Having issue w/ MacBook Pro and I was advised to contact local Apple store.When finally had a moment I came in, described an issue and was scheduled for an appointment next day. Came next day a couple minutes before a scheduled time and after check-in was guided to wait in pointed area. No one came, checked with me or provided wait time estimation. Left the store after 15 minutes of waiting.No one contacted me since that, no customer - no problem.
I had a questions for customer support that was not addressed on the phone, so I took trouble to come to the store in person with my question. I was not even allowed to come into the store. Apparently one needs an appointment to shop at the store! I was offered to come back in 4 hours....Maybe desirable products, but poor customer service and product support. Wonder how long the gig would last???
Well first off if I could give ZERO stars I would. I don’t have apple care, second my phone automatically updated to iOS 14.8.. after it updated I got 3 green lines in my phone. Went to Bellevue square apple to get my phone fixed because it’s not my fault I got these lines on my phone. They didn’t even offer to reset the phone or anything. This girl brandy/brandie put it on this thing that wirelessly transmits data to their iPad. The girl maybe 20 years old thinks she knows everything tell me it’s the physical hardware and it’s going to cost me $329 to fix the problem. For one it’s not MY FAULT APPLES update messed up my phone. I got no resolution at all. They did nothing for me nor willing to help me replace it least at apple care price. Worst service ever. I then called customer service and complained about this store and how they didn’t even touch my phone but put it on that wireless thing. Worst experience ever with apple I’ve ever had. Last time this EXACT same thing happened I got my phone replaced at a decent price. They can’t even do that for me. I’m not paying for nothing when it’s not my fault that the lines showed up out of nowhere.
I schedule an appointment to get my airpod fix because it wouldnt charge. because i know usually there is always a wait and since i am there early so i wanted to get myself checked in. the guy with the tablet said that since i am 40 minutes in advance, they cant check me in or let me wait in the store. he can only check me about 20 minutes in advance so he had me wait outside. i had a meeting later so i explained if i can just get checked in and just wait inside. he wouldnt let me and told me if i arrive 20 minutes earlier, then i would have plenty of time to see a tech and have things fixed. i waited outside for 20 minutes, then walked in to get myself check in exactly 20 minutes earlier. the guy had me sit and wait for the next available tech. i waited 20 minutes and more but no one would assist me, i see people in blue walking around chatting and laugh but just wouldnt assist. finally my time ran out and i had no choice but to leave cause i waited at least 10 minutes passed my appointment even though i came 40 minutes earlier.
Extremely rude, unhelpful, and they pick and choose who they want to help. They were looking us up and down while snickering at us. You can tell they were judging. The man who offered to give us a mask had a bad attitude and used a disrespectful tone. Waste of time to go here, especially at this location. This isnt the first time this has happened to us. If you want to be disrespected, go here. Trash employees and trash attitudes.
Disappointing experience at this Apple store. I picked up a watch band I liked but wanted to use the balance in my Apple account to pay. After waiting for 15 minutes at the counter they finally told me I could only redeem it online. When I tried to do that it showed me a pickup window for an 1hr 30mins later and to my surprise they told me I’d have to come back at the pickup time and they couldn’t just hand me the one they already had in their hand. Extremely unhelpful and uncooperative staff.

Friendly and determined staff! The genius bar people worked to make sure my repair would be covered by warranty, going the extra mile when they could have tried to charge me, based on a mistake. Theyre caring and knowledgeable here, and it left me with one of the best customer service experiences Ive had.

The staff at the store were very welcoming and helpful. They knew all of the answers to my questions (all dozen of them), took social distancing very seriously, were efficient in seeing to everyone, and were low-pressure and professional.

We came to replace a smart-cace, and in 1 hour sitting alone finally we were informed they do not have that. Said we can come in a week or go to University Village store. Then, I asked someone for help and he said sorry I cannot help you, I am waiting for people who ordered things, but go there and ask some of those people. Then I talked to different person and he was busy too, but he said what are you looking for? I told him I want to buy I phone 12pro max, then he said you need to setup an appointment and he helped me with that. Unfortunately, I didnt not look at thier name tags. The first two people did not mention anything about an appointment!!
Premium price, Bad service! I came in and tried to asked for a trade-in quote. The receptionist at the front door told me that they were busy and no one could work with me on the trade in. Guess what? The Apple store was 30% full, and I saw at least 5 agents just chit chatting among themselves. With the MacBook Pro resale value going down the drain (unlike older models), I really don’t know how long Apple can stay cocky like this.
WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I had a reservation, had to wait 15ish mins for the technician to finally come help me. He was so unhelpful, and rushed me the whole time and plugged my iPad to laptop and said he’ll be back to check in with me. Didn’t come back and was helping another customer. I did the whole setup on my own. He finally came towards the end and plugged my Apple Pencil into my iPad saying it needed to charge. I went home and realized the Pencil wasn’t even recognizing the iPad. I called customer support (they had no idea how to resolve the issue) and told me to go to a apple store. As great as apple products are, customer support over phone and in person is below adequate. Hire smart and caring people who know how to help!!!
Appointment only even with absolutely no one inside the store. 20 employees, and 0 customers inside the store, still no walk-ins allowed. Wasn’t able to buy a wristband for my Apple Watch and couldn’t browse or purchase without an appointment. Manager showed up and offered no help to a customer that wanted to buy a product. Ridiculous!

I went to Apple in Bellevue to figure out what is wrong with my Mac Pro that I bought 3 years ago and they tell me that they cannot figure out the problem and they wanted to charge me almost $600 to fix it. I show my Mac to my friend, only to find out that it has battery problems. They either need to fire the person that is supposed to be a “ genius” and didn’t even bother to open my laptop and figure out the issue or they are all trying to scam people. I’m really upset...THIS IS NOT OK!!!
Crowded repair shop. Despite having an appointment they werent able to see me until 40 minutes after my scheduled time. Service provided was high quality and they easily fixed my MacBook free of charge.
The Genius Bar is not good at technical or customer service people working in this store, the guy do the phone test doesn’t know how to run right and the leader guy name Robert is very rude
Hayden was execellent to work with. Im switching from Android to Apple and they spent 50 minutes with me answering questions about iPhone 12, AirPods, MacBook Pro M1 chip, and Apple accessories. I got some products in store and ordered custom spec products online.June 2021 note. I did need an appointment to ask questions and buy products. I was able to test devices in store without an appointment but not buy. This was a poor experience and finding an appointment was a hassle. My 5 star rating is on the experience at the appointment.

I took my MacBook in for repair. A drop of water got into the charging connector and damaged the connector, stopped charging. Without opening the laptop, the guy sat there and said it may damage this, it may damage that and it would cost more than $850. I insisted he open the laptop and take a look. He took my laptop to the back, several minutes later came out and told me that he checked and the laptop was damaged, water damaged and nothing they could do. I did not believe him so I took it to Best Buy. Best Buy fixed my MacBook in two days (not counting the shipping time). It is an Apple laptop; Apple cannot fix it but Best Buy can. Think about it. I would not go to Apple Store again. Best Buy provides same products, same prices and better services, outstanding services actually.

Went to buy a NEW Apple iWatch 6 tonight and was told no one was available to help me. 2 years ago at the same store I needed help with my iPhone 8 Plus which I purchased Apple Care at the time and again no one was available to help. I’ve shopped this store since it opened and have made many purchases. Something has happened to Apple, it’s no longer the excellent customer service company it once was! What a shame!

Jai absolutely went above and beyond in his efforts to help us and make sure we left the store with our goals accomplished. And he did so with a positive attitude and a smile! I came to this place to fix my Apple Watch S2 which will be paired with any iPhone in anyway. I was allowed to enter the store after a 10 mins wait which is totally fine.Then a man identities himself as Mark with glasses, beard, came to me indifferently asking how could he help me and lead me to the table. After hearing the issue he said, Oh, then show us how did you pair the watch *THEN IMMEDIATELY WALKED WAY* without continue talking with me. Leave me and another genius shocked at the table.Very bad customer experience.To Mark: you are a completely disgraceful opposite to Genius.-----------------------------------------------------EDIT: Apple sent me a new (or refurbished, I cannot tell) Apple Watch S2 for FREE, I have to say Im satisfied with the result although their staffs in store were rude and unprofessional. Ordered our first MacBook with apple for pickup at Bellevue store. I drove all the way from Bremerton on Saturday for pickup. My wife and I were taking advantage of the 0% financing with our new Apple Card. This was to be a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. Everything was going great until check out. The salesman mentioned that we didn’t go with the added apple protection. He said if we were to add it later before the 60days were up then we had to come all the way back to the Bellevue store to be checked prior to it being added just to make sure the laptop was not damaged. So we agreed to add this protection to save the hassle of coming back later. That were the problem started. Our order had to be canceled and reordered with the protection plan to get this on the 0% interest payment plan. The apple store canceled and reordered it...this was a BIG mistake..the credit can take 2-3 business days to go back on the card, so were over our credit limited due to the original order still being charged on the card. We went and had lunch and hung out for 3 additional hours before calling apple direct and being told about the length of time for credit...I’m sorry but with all the money that Apple is making in profits...they can at least give proper training to their salesman...they seem to only train them to up sale with add on’s but not how their credit system works with their Apple Card...so I basically made a 4 hour round trip to get my wife’s Mother’s Day gift and ended up going home empty handed. Rethinking my choice of switching to a Apple computer.
Shout out to Herman, Erik, and Jazzy at this store! They were all so kind, patient, and had a wonderful sense of humor. There were a large number of people waiting, but they took the time to answer all of our questions and took great care of us. Highly recommend this location!

My wife was at the Apple Store to get her iPhone fixed. During iPhone face recognition setup she removed her mask for one second and was immediately yelled at from across the store by another store employee named Mike, possibly a manager. His actions were way out of line seeing that the employee helping my wife instructed her to follow iPhone on screen directions and no way to get face recognition with a mask on. Anyway he made an unnecessary scene and made her Apple experience one of the worst experiences of her life. Thanks for nothing Mike.

I placed an online order and was intrigued by the option of same-day courier delivery for $9....within 2 hours. Being that this was a gift for my wife and I didnt want her to wait/wait to have it delivered when I am not home, I went for it and I am so glad I did!I placed the order around 2:15PM and I had the phone in my hand around 4:40PM on Saturday. Super smooth. Highly recommend if youre buying online from Apple near Bellevue if you want it on the same day!
Just waited in line for over an hour and was told the line was for appointment only. I was going to buy 2 iPhone 12s and the new apple watches with them but now Apple is losing my business after 10 years. Next time have the courtesy of informing the line more frequently than every few hours.

They measure your temperature before you can enter and its advisable to have a reservation. We had an appointment for the genius bar but our genius was 15 minutes late. They take a lot of care in sanitizing your device and anything that is touched.
My iPhone, 2 years old and purchased new, no longer worked. I took it to the Apple Store Bellevue which diagnosed a hardware problem that rendered the phone unusable. Since I had not purchased an extended warranty, Apple would not repair or provide me any credit for a new phone. An appeal to the store manager was not met with any relief. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the Apple iPhone and the lack of any ownership of the problem by Apple. Phones should work more than 2 years for the price being paid.

Worst customer experience - Apple treats its customers like nobody.I arrived at 8:43 PM to return an unopened iphone, and there was only 1 person in line and almost no one at the store. The store was supposed to close at 9 PM. I was received by a specialist at 8:44 PM to begin process the return. At 8:45 PM, for unknown reason, their online system started to shut down, and the store couldnt do anything about it. I was then asked to come back tomorrow instead. What kind of service is this?
Big store with ample display, Devices other than iphone must be considered for display.Staff can be more organized for faster checkout option. Lots of lines. Even if you have an appointment. But if you complain about having an appointment you get to jump to the front as I saw one woman do. Come early for your appointments. Fast pickup
Apple customer service has progressively gotten worse over the years. They do not have the stock to replace a broken iPad. I had to wait over a week for an appointment to find that they were not able to help me. FYI they use refurbished phones and iPads as replacements for Apple care plus. They do not replace products covered by insurance with new products.

Its one thing to reserve an appointment two weeks in advance to talk to an enty-level sales clerk at the mall, but sitting at The Genius Bar to do so is the kind of irony that makes me wonder if Im the butt of some joke.
Though the store is pleasant and people who work there are kind, Apple Care is treated as a joke at the repair level. Their customer service is abrasive and combatant. They wont even allow you to talk to give a complaint about the service they are giving, which is substandard at best.

The experience today was rude and horrible!The sales person called Samantha rushed us out saying it’s a 15mins session only,regardless how long we waited there. On our way home,I found she only sent us receipt for iwatch,but forgot the iphone one. We drove back,and talking to the man at the front door,I felt this is so unprofessional and brought us inconvenience. Surprisingly,the man just commented it like “This is just a simple mistake.” He did say “sorry” in the end,but in an arrogant way!

So we went here to get a new iPhone for my wife last week. We got there about 10:15 (bear in mind the mall just opened and stores like macys werent even open yet), but we did not realize we had to place the order online which we were told would take about an hour for the pickup appointment. There was nobody else in line at the time and we knew what we wanted so we quickly ordered it with a pickup time of 11:15. So we killed some time at other stores at the mall waiting and when we came back there was a few people in line for ill assume the genius bar. We were brought inside but they still needed to pull the phone we ordered? So not really sure what took an hour when it would have been better to fulfill our order when there werent crowds especially since we had to wait for them to get the phone. Staff was OK, but not overly friendly and didnt seem to enjoy working there and given their current processes Im not sure I would blame them. I would shop here in the future, but definitely order online or wait for normal operations to resume.
So my friend brought their phone in, we dropped off the phone around 3pm for a screen repair, they said to pick it up around 4:15pm! I offered to give a phone number to contact us at when the phone was ready, they said no and it would be ready at 4:15pm. At 5pm we come back to the store and they send us back into line. 15 minutes later we ask for an update on when we can pick up the phone and they said wait in line. Currently 5:30 with no phone yet, helping people who dont have appointments before us. An employee just came out saying they are bringing the phone...
Pretty horrible customer experience every time I go in here. I rather buy online than go here again. Super rude entitled staff.
