I frequently visit the garden center here and always find what I need. This Home Depot stays pretty busy, especially on nice days and all weekends. There are literally tons of options for soil, compost, and the full range of landscaping needs. otherwise its your standard Home Depot with all the tools and appliances you would expect.Olympic Otter

I have suffered the same frustration as the other reviewer Costa had regarding flooring. Once you are charged to pay for your carpet in advance, you never get a service after many months of waiting. The subcontractor just disappeared after sending out the initial communication and Home Depot tends to do nothing to help. Definitely STAY AWAY![Update] Seek for Help! Can anyone help with my situation? I actually need some help and advice on how to address this. Thank you!I chose to purchase the carpet and installation service as believing Home Depot. During the past several months, after making lots of calls, visiting the store to speaking with sales in person and escalating to the department manager, I still can not get the carpet. In the meantime, I did get two appointments set up, but no body showed up for twice. They wasted my time since I had to clear my calendar to wait for the appointment. Home depot charged the carpet and the service fully in advance. Also, right before the first appointment, I had damaged my existing carpet by disinfect treatment, the room can not be used any longer.

Pros: low prices. Convenient location.Cons: Not enough parking. Many rude employees. They answer the phone 50% of the time.Have made dozens of trips to this store and had some good and bad experiences, but the bad outnumber the good. Some highlights are ordering a new grill online to be delivered and having it arrive filthy. Looks like they gave us the display mode that was sitting outside in front of the store. We tried to order carpet and have it installed from this store. It was a disaster. They kept delaying the install. We tried to cancel, but they just kept telling us into waiting. When they did finally arrive over two months later, the installers had been given instructions for the wrong carpet type, so they couldn’t complete the job properly. We asked to cancel our order and they kept stalling. Then they’d cancel it but change 15% “restocking fee”. I refused to pay for their mistake. After calling for several days in a row we talked to store manager and he agreed to full refund. Their subcontractor Hom Solutions is terrible. Rude and poorly organized. They always call from a blocked number...should have taken that as a warning sign.I will continue to shop here for small things for home improvement projects due to its convenience. But will never use them again for any major home projects. And next time I make a significant purchase, I won’t trust their online-order and store delivery service.

Dont make the same mistake I did, buy your flooring somewhere else!I spent nearly $9,000 on carpet and hardwood with Home Depot and my experience has been frustrating and extremely disappointing. I cant imagine how they stay in business selling these products. For starters, the in-store flooring rep was great. She helped me select the right products, made all of the measurement arrangements, then provided assistance whenever I asked for it. But wait, HDs system is so broken that it took weeks to get an accurate quote. It seems that the estimator included our laundry room in the carpet measurements. Not sure why hed include it when I clearly told him that we were replacing carpet, not adding any to rooms that dont already have it.Then, I started receiving phone calls from HD reps to review my quote and place my order. The first caller quoted me $10,000 and that included the laundry room. I explained that it shouldnt be included and after 20 minutes of going in circles, they said theyd have to call me back. This happened two more times as clueless reps called me and repeated the process. It wasnt until I complained and the issue was escalated that a supervisor called me and straightened the issue out, giving me a quote for ~$9,000. The carpet was in stock at the manufacturer and the order was placed. Two and a half months later, still no carpet. The installation subcontractor is nowhere to be found and dont try calling the store to speak to the flooring rep because after 4 rings the call is dropped.Who runs this place? When was the last time anyone in charge did an audit of their performance on this type of transaction (sell material and include installation)? On top of all that, I got a call 2 months after placing the order that I had to go pick up the hardwood. What??? Five hundred pounds of hardwood and 16-foot lengths of baseboard??? To boot, the rep that called was like you have to pick it up or well charge $99 for delivery!!!In retrospect I should have visited a locally-owned flooring store with the carpet and hardwood samples and quote from Home Depot and asked them to match it. Thats what I recommend you do too. Find the items you like at HD, get their written quote, then shop elsewhere. Based on my experience with flooring, Id say that holds true for all installed products including Kitchen cabinets, Heating and Plumbing, etc.I hope this helps you and good luck.

Its a great home Depot overall, and has a great team. Unfortunately over the past few years its declined a little and I think CovID-19 has made it a little worse. Finding things can be a hassle, items are sometimes not where they say they are and are high up and team members scatter to find who knows where the stock was stored. Theyre so frequently out of stock of something we are looking for. I think were just always looking for the wrong thing at the wrong time. But still a great store!

Home Depot allows employees to scalp products before they come to market and supports essentially a black market for these items, meanwhile locking customers out from purchase. Ive been waiting patiently for the inventory to return on the 12ft skeleton this year, them when the stores got them a few weeks ago none of them would allow me to purchase citing policies which prohibited their sale prior to display.Thats all fine but I continued to call various stores in my region and get updates, something unusual started happening - stores began reporting they no longer had the inventory, despite the fact they were never available for purchase.A quick trip to OfferUp explains the situation - Home Depot employees are taking advantage of their priveleges to buy them before they can reach the market, then reselling them for double or triple the price online since they cant be bought anywhere.I am really mad Home Depot allowed this to happen. I played the game by their rules and tried to be patient, but in the end poor business practices are in play. I hope management sees this messages, and takes a proactive stance to do the right thing.

If you ask some one for help be prepared to get a look of are you seriously asking me that, a big sigh, and if they help you, they walk at the pace of a turtle.4/10/2018 I am changing my review to a 5 star review because the store manager reached out to me and actually cares. If you have a BAD EXPERIENCE at Home Depot reach out to Jeremy Hash, he is extremely professional, good listener, and wants to make a difference at this store. The review is for carpet install service through HOM solutions.Worst service ever! After long and very ineffective communication (me asking multiple times for the confirmation, documents and simple follow ups) I managed to book the elevators and settle on the date.As expected, I got a call on the day before where a person provided a window of noon to 2pm for install crew to show up. They made sure to remind me about the guidelines, where all the furniture should be disassembled and removed.  Which we did, me and my wife moved all of the clothes and furniture out of our bedrooms into living room. At 7:40 am I am getting a call, where a person says that they will be at my place in 20 minutes as they had a cancellation in the morning. I wasnt expecting that, but offered to finish with my bed disassemble within an hour and offered them to come by 9 to accommodate their cancellation. After we moved our heavy mattress and disassembled the bed, I got a phone call, informing me that I need to reschedule the carpet install and that the crew was no longer available to do the install for me today. It turns out my offer to help with the morning timeslot, made someone in HOM solutions to cancel my noon reservation, which got those that were going to do the install to get assigned a new project in the afternoon and they no longer could do my place since there was not enough time 😮I wasted so much time and effort. I requested a full refund and will never use Home Depot for my carpeting needs again. I will tell all of my friends to choose someone elses business, as this is not the way a respectable business should be operated. Home Depot should do a better job vetting their contractors.

If u r renovating ur lovely home, then make sure u r extremely careful when making purchases that u r not 100% sure if could work out for ur home....since the return process at The Home Depot is definitely not pleasant, or I should say ridiculous.Since majority of the materials used for our home remodeling were purchased by our contractors, they kept track of receipts to claim material fees from us from projects to projects, but they sometimes misplaced a receipt here and there. We didnt think much of it because hey, its The Home Depot, returning brand new, unused merchandise shouldnt be difficult.....we thought. However, I stood at the return service desk at The Home Depot located @ NE 4th St in Bellevue for more than 30 minutes last night, couldnt return those left over brand new items that we already paid our contractors but had no receipts....because the return process was denied by the algorithm created by this The Retail Equation. After 2nd deny of retun, the mgr tried the return 3rd time and still couldnt bypass The Retail Equation. They apologized and urged me to call The Retail Equation to find out why. This morning I called The Retail Equation. After the 4th attempt (waited in queue for 5 minutes, then my call was automatically hung up), I spoke with a live customer rep. She kept repeating...nothing she can do; deny was due to no receipts; do u want to file a dispute. Ok, so no help here. Before our remodeling in Nov last year, The Home Depot never poped up on my shopping list. After spending more than $15k at the Home Depot since the start of our remodeling, last night was my 2nd return without receipts...for small items like unused nail glue, cane light fixtures, pipe connectors, etc.Does The Home Depot have other data that they can use to help verifying their return process? Of course!! I just applied The Home Depot Consumer Credit Card last month and was approved after background and credit checks. Furthermore, the Home Depot did check my account and saw all the previous purchases....I am not fraud, just a typical home owner who decided to remodel my home.My suggestions....- Amazon will be my top choice to shop, even when it comes to home remodeling.- Use a contractor who quotes u $ one number for ur project, instead of separating labor and material costs.- And The Hassel Free Return advertised by the Home Depot....big fat lie!!!

Incompetent. Spent $1700 on blinds, no follow ups and could not resolve requests. There was a modification needed for an order (requested the next day) - no follow up. Showed up again to ask for modification, again no follow up. Decided to sit down and wait until they actually sent the email before leaving the store, and got a response that my modification is good and the blinds will arrive on 9/11. 2 weeks later, apparently the blinds were cancelled and I never got a call about. I had to reach out to their contractor that told me. I would have never gotten a call, or my blinds installed, since one part of the order was cancelled and the contractor was waiting for home depot to do something about it.If you want blinds, go literally anywhere else. If you do it yourself, youll save yourself more money and time. This was a waste of time.
