We had HomeStory install three interior doors. We worked with Drew via email to figure out what we wanted and had them come out to do an estimate. Initially we decided on installing only two doors but then went with three doors instead. Drew was fast and easy to work with in responding to emails and phone calls regarding estimated times until the doors and knobs arrived. On the day of installation, I believe it was Rex and Travis that came to install the doors. They were on time, answered the many questions we had respectfully with a positive and happy attitude, and did an amazing job on the installation. They also addressed any concerns we had and happily did some touch up work where we pointed out any parts we were not yet satisfied with. I highly recommend HomeStory and would be happy to work with Drew, Travis, and Rex again in the future if we ever need more work done.

Homestory did me a GREAT service. I called for a quote. They asked if my sliding door was a Milgard, and informed me it would be a warranty is it was. Turns out it is a Milgard, and they will replace the glass FOR FREE. Homestory did right by me, and Im not really even a customer!!!

We are so glad we had HomeStory of Bellevue replace our interior and an exterior door. The doors are beautiful! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and did excellent work, from the sales office who gave us updated quotes every time we changed our order and told us to expect 6-8 weeks to fulfill it, to the installers who made everything fit nicely in some not so squared off doorways, the sliding door glides smoothly and even locks easily. It took about 7 weeks from finalizing our order to the installation and we could not be happier. HomeStory did an excellent job, and its amazing how much better our home looks with the beautiful doors.
