Great quality paints and helpful staff. Much better color matching experience than some of the big box stores. This location is convenient with plenty of parking and can combine a trip here with other errands at shops in the strip.

The store manager st Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, provided the most helpful customer service I have ever experienced.I needed a satin polyurethane finish. I stopped at the Garnet store to pick up 2 gallons of it and they had none. I needed it for the painters the very next day. He solved my problem and I am ever so grateful and now a loyal Factoria Sherwin-Williams fan.Even before this near miss, I had been impressed with the welcoming attitude all employees greets all customers. Yes Sherwin-Williams Paint Store its a store, but with a friendly, helpful staff.

My experience at Factoria Sherwin-Williams store was fabulous. Customer service: OUTSTANDING. Color match: PERFECT. They went the extra mile to make sure I purchased exactly what I needed for my project. Very friendly, courteous, helpful, and nice.

To start of I want to emphasize that my review is for this location ONLY as we have had really good experiences with other Sherwin William stores.IF I could give zero stars I would do so. I have decided to give this location a review because I have had multiple issues with them. Their customer service is not up to the Sherwin Williams standard, this is the only location we have encountered that seem to get upset when we have questions or need help finding a product. We have made huge orders and they fail to make sure everything is included in the boxes they give us, we let them know we were not given every product and they do nothing about it.We preferred this location because it is the closest to us, but even if we have to drive further and pay more we would rather do so than deal with this again.

Two years ago I had a custom color done. Yesterday I went back to get some more of the same point. I thought they would need to match again. Better they had the mix of two years ago recorded and gave me the exact same tone in two kinds of paint (cabinet and walls). I liked that .... and did not mind the wait while they mixed because of the cool displays.

The Factoria location needs training on customer service!SW Issaquah locations are always helpful and friendly. They barely acknowledge you in the Factoria location the 3x Ive visited. Maybe its because Im not a contractor???Not sure if they realize customer service drives sales. Ill just go to Issaquah location from now on and take my money there!
