I would give Zero Stars for this place. I went to this Verizon store have two new lines with my old phone number from the other carrier on Monday, but the sales JOHN wasted my 4 hours and made my old phone lines deactivated, which means I cannot use my old phone numbers while the new lines have not been set up.Firstly, he got the wrong iPhones for my order, transferred my old phone numbers to those two wrong iPhones. Then he canceled the orders and added my old number to the account of the lady who was sitting beside me. Then he canceled again and tried to activate two correct iPhones with my two numbers. After his serial mistakes, the system crashed and wasted my 4 hours. The store closed at 8 pm, but I got to stay there waiting for him later than 10 pm. Unfortunately, I got two temporary phone numbers and had been charged 4 lines under my account. Both John and his store manager Orlando( I was told Orlando is the Store Manager, but I doubt!) never apologize for this inconvenience and rushed me leaving. John( the sales) promised to recover my old line services the day after, and he never replied to me until I called him. Of course, he denied all my phone calls. I finally transfer my phone number successfully by myself with Verizon customer service over the phone. I work as a first responder and need to stand by phone calls all the time, because of them I got an oral blaming from my supervisor and affected my patients. This is ridiculous. I need to speak to the real store manager for this location, please contact me. I have to cancel all the service which I got from them.

I went to the Bowie store looking to trade in my old phone. I walked up to the door and there were 2 people in the store, after standing outside for a minute or 2 (its cold out tod) I opened the door, I did not go in but I asked the salesperson if I could come in. He very rudly said You might as well not good customer service and it made me feel unwelcomed. I turned and left, I will find another store to spend my money.

This Verizon location is the best. I am always greeted with kindness. The staff is very knowledgeable. Today, Black Friday, Hawa, helped me with my purchase. She was very patient and helped me to select the best items with the best deals that fit my needs and budget. I was there a long time because I needed support to make decisions. She did not rush me or try to convince me to do or choose something just so she could move on to the next customer. I appreciate that. The manager was kind and helpful too. I overheard him talking to other customers.

Had get phone cause of life and the sales guy there was super helpful. Glad I came out of my way to this location. He had me set and out the door quicker than most drive thru places. I was super happy and plan come back when I need another phone.

This is the BEST location Ive ever been to. The service is great. Everyone is caring and really talks you through the phone set up process. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. I set up my phone at home and it was so easy. This store is my new home.

I visited the store on two occasions and they were courteous and Patient and managed to help me even they couldnt. I shouldve gone back to the third party Verizon vendor that I originally brought my phone from. The next time I shop for a phone i will go to the Verizon stores Bowie Town Center location. I just left this location by far the worst experience every! I walked in, no got up to greet me. I needed to switch my phone out for the replacement phone . They looked at me like I stole the phone like where did you get this phone said”huh my insurance company ”. Instead of helping me resolve the issue. They told me why It wasnt working which I knew . So they said oh no we can’t help you. Take it to apple they be able to help you. HORRIBLE SERVICE ! And these was black and white employees that treat me this way. I’ve been with Verizon for 10 years and never experience this level of costumer service. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION! And I really didn’t wanna give them that one star

Today (Friday) my phone suddenly became unresponsive. I tried every online fix I could find, but nothing worked. I steeled myself for a grueling two-hour customer service ordeal, then left work and headed to the Verizon store. I walked in and was promptly greeted by John Gray, a Solutions Specialist. He examined my phone, quickly determined it was dead, and arranged to get a new one to me on Monday. I was back at work after only 30 minutes. It was easy and fast – I couldn’t have asked for better.

Service @ a Verizon store isnt what it used to be. Used to be when you bought a screen protector they would put it on for you. Now you give em $30 and they tell you sorry we dont install that.

Is giving a negative star rating a thing? So, I think the issue with this store was a lack of professionalism. Most of the people there were just sitting around on their phones, not caring at all. While I dont expect someone (especially in retail) to just ooze rainbows and happiness 24/7, customer service is still very important, and it lacks SEVERELY in this store. I live close to this Verizon location, but Id honestly rather just hop on the metro to another one if this is the service that customers are UNFORTUNATELY subjected to on a daily basis. Get it together yall.

I, and my wife, are very non tech senior citizens. We switched from Sprint to Verizon some years ago. After not being satisfied trying to work with several other stores, we ended up at this one. I have had several times when I have needed help with the phone and I have gone to this store. My problem was handled to my satisfaction in a reasonable time. While there, I have seen a couple of customers that I would have told to leave. People rush in, bust in line, raise their voice, and otherwise act rude and childish. I dont have any problem with this store, except those moron children who need to grow up and act like adults.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The past reviews are 100% accurate. There are 15 people working but only ONE of them is ever working. 20 customers waiting in line and NO ONE HERE WORKS or helps anyone. Then, if you try to call and report their terrible customer service to the manager, they play games and have you passed around, acting confused, for OVER 15 minutes-- yes, you read that right. Verizon should start fresh in this store.

Worst experience with customer service. I was there with my kids and wife to replace her phone and the representative Lon was so rude and very unprofessional. He was visibily angry and will not even answer our enquiries about what options we had. My kids were shocked at his tone and behavior. We politely left, and I am contemplating cancelling our accounts with verizon.
