Sergey, the customer representative went above and beyond the deal and fixed a couple of minor things for free though thats not part of the actual deal. Most underrated car dealership in Cleveland, Ohio. As a local guide, I will definitely recommend this car dealership if you are looking to buy a used car in Cleveland/Akron area.

BAD! Serg mailed my title on day 46 after I bought a van. Ohio law requires dealers to deliver titles within 30 days. Temporary license plates expire in 45 days. That gives you 15 days to go register your new car and stay legal. Serg got the new title on day 46 and mailed it.Didnt strand me mechanically, the van was fine, but managed to strand me legally.BAD.

Got myself a nice Cadillac not too long ago from Serg. Probably the easiest purchase I ever made. Drove passed the place the other day and wanted to thank Serg for being the real deal!
