Professional negotiators, while the representative was very nice and professional and they gave me a little better price than the competitor at the end, their final payment was more than 200 dollars less than what was agreed upon online, based on nonsense. They knew I had Carvana offer and took advantage of that knowledge to get me for 200 bucks. I am a terrible negotiator and would have given 5 stars if they would have just given me the price they offered. 200 bucks they got me for, not life ending but definitely not 5 stars in my opinion. The associate I dealt with was very nice and friendly. You are given a tentative price for your car pending inspection from their website. You make an appointment at a local office where your car is inspected. Once that occurs, you go back to the office for the negotiation. I recommend having a price in mind because the initial offer wasnt close to the stated online valuation. We did come to an agreement, and from there the process was quick and easy.
