The service at Dan Vaden is A1! They are very knowledgeable and courteous! I actually drove sixty miles to have my car repaired there and will definitely be doing it again. My service advisor Angela Harden is the best in the business!
They need to learn customer service. Very disdainful service advisors, at least they were to me. I love people so to be treated the way they treated me was hard to understand. I left without getting my van fixed! The waiting room was freezing, they had NO COFFEE (a note said because of covid but I think its because theyre lazy), and the tv was in an unending cycle of boring, awful programming.
Service department did a horrible job on my oil change that made me have to return multiple days only to find oil all over my engine. I will never have my vehicle serviced there again and i purchased extended warranty to include oil changes and now I regret!!
I drove down from Atlanta to pick up my new Lexus and Ive never been treated so well at a car dealership. They did everything possible to make this deal super quick for me even though I wasnt local. Typical car dealership. I had been searching for an Equinox in Jacksonville FL where I live. None were available, however Dan Vaden had one almost identical to what I wanted. Since it is only an hour away I called and made an appointment and told them I would be there in an hour and a half. When I arrived the salesman told me the car was out on a test drive which upset me. I suspected this was a ploy. Sure enough it was. After I made it known how upset I was the car magically appeared with only 7 miles on the odometer. The whole purchase process was the typical dance routine. I was trading in and paying cash for the difference. The whole closing process was slow. Since I live in Florida the tag transfer is a little different, but was assured that it would only take 7-10 days. Today 8-2 I called to check and was told they had not even started the paperwork. It would be late this month or early next month. Nothing this dealership has told me has been true.
My wife and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership over a month ago. The finance manager was rude and there was a miscommunication where he registered our new vehicle in the state we previously lived despite telling him we wanted it registered in GA. They also didn’t even list her on the tag and title paperwork which has created a hardship for us with the tag and title office. I have called on my lunch break every day for the last 3 weeks with no resolution and been given the run around by at least 4 employees. Still waiting for Brent the GM to give me a call back (which he allegedly already did- I received no missed call or voicemail).
I worked primarily with Kevin Yarborough to try and close a deal. Unfortunately it wasn’t able to work out given quite a few circumstances, however I had a wonderful sales experience with Kevin. Incredibly professional, very blunt, and quite the opposite of a traditional salesman. He understood what I wanted, worked his tail off to get me what I wanted and the stars just weren’t aligning for me. If you come to Vaden Brunswick I highly recommend asking for Kevin as your salesman.
Bought my tesla here and left a VERY sentimental key chain on my trade in. I called in and they said they would mail it to me since I live in a different state and they understood. Called a week later an asked if the shipped it and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Probably wont buy here again as I feel they dont care about you once they get your money
Dan Vaden Chevrolet didn’t do what they said they were going to fix on a vehicle I bought. Gives us the run around everytime I call. They did not keep their word on a vehicle that has a warranty. A warranty. I would highly suggest not to buy from them.

The salesman didn’t know anything about the car we wanted to purchase, luckily we had YouTube. He also loved to argue!! If it wasn’t for my wife, I’d have walked out.The best part is that they sold us a car that needed new brakes and failed to mention that but knew the whole time.

Over the past week I been looking to buy a truck for the first time. I looked at quit a few trucks in the Brunswick area. I found the customer service at Dan Vaden to be the best. I was lucky enough to meet salesman Tom Wilson who worked with me to get me a truck at a fair price. Over the past few days Tom was in constant communication and was quick with answers to any and all of my questions. The great customer service did end with the sales dept. Olivia in the Finance Dept was also great to work with. I felt she was quick and efficient as well as honest and fair when closing our deal on the truck. I am now an happy owner of a Chevy Colorado! It was a sudden decision when my check engine light came on. I had little time to think and remove items prior to having my Malibu towed. No only did Dan Vaden waste little time in finding the problem, it was repaired quickly. And everything I had forgotten to remove from my car was still there when I picked it up.
It was and has been the worst car buying experience I’ve ever done. The check engine light came on the day after I got it, they said they fixed it. Two weeks later it came back on and I brought it up there multiple times for them to fix, but they didn’t have any rental, so I was forced to drive it with my check engine light on. I had to tell them I didn’t want the car for them to finally fix it. They agreed to fix it, they then proceeded to lose my keys and keep my car for a month. I got it back a week ago and the check engine light has came back on twice since!
Tried to add almost five thousand dollars to the price of the vehicle for things that it was equipped with when it rolled off the line. Very disappointed that we can no longer trust Dan Vaden dealership. We are an elderly couple on a fixed income and have done business with you since we moved here in 2011.
Absolutely useless service department!! Ive had my vehicle in shop for same issue for 5-6 different times over an 8 month period and its still not fixed. I was supposed to be contacted by service department concerning same AC issue last week but never heard a thing even after vehicle was brought in while issue was occurring. I do not recommend ever buying a vehicle from this dealership and trust that your vehicle will be fixed at this dealership.
Great place to work. Fun, motivating environment. Every other dealership I worked at was just a job, a pass through. It wasnt until I got here that I found a home. One of my first conversations with my GM Brent Johnson he told me that I should put up some pictures of my family. I want you to make a home for yourself and stay. The first person to ever tell me this. The place I worked before at Toyota in town asked me if this was the right business for me. As a top 3 performer over at Toyota it wasnt a good feeling to hear from management. I will forever work here and make Vaden my career. I plan to stay and make this my home. I highly recommend you buy from here. We care about our customers and the company really care about us as employees.
I broke down on 95 N en route to NJ. Although the service dept was super busy and it was late in the afternoon, the girls got me in, and I was back on the road less than 2.5 hours later! On 11 Aug 21, took my 2020 Silverado to Dan Vaden Chevy Brunswick, Ga. for 15,000 miles maintenance service, the folks their in the service, was very nice, kind and professional, but one main issues with my truck wasnt repaired, a vibration with my front end/tires not sure. I was told the maintenance tech would changed the transmission fluid to a thicker brand, see if that would fix the problem. Also said to drive my truck 200 to 300 miles. If this didnt work, bring my truck back. So far the vibration has gotten worst.

I took my car in to do a recommended service, however I explained that the engine light was on and that I was having problems since a previous repair. No one called to see if I wanted a diagnostic or anything. Picked my car up and then got stuck at the gas station after paying almost $200 for nothing.
We were traveling from the Florida Keys to Virginia with the scout troop (18 people and 4 cars) when our car had an electrical problem. We were originally told that they would get us in immediately because of our situation. It was at least an hour before they looked at the car. When they found the problem, they delayed in starting the repair until we confirmed our extended warranty and until the woman in the service department “could get a minute to call the warranty company” to see if it was covered. It was going to be paid for either way. That took another hour. All in all 5+ hours to get a relay part that they had in stock replaced. We had to send all of the scouts and the other 3 cars ahead so that they could get home at a reasonable hour. The woman in the service department was unfriendly and unconcerned about making sure we were helped in a timely fashion.One star only because zero stars isn’t an option.

I received a recall notice from Chevrolet for passenger side airbag replacement on my 2007 Silverado. I took it to Dan Vaden Chevrolet for this procedure. Before they would do the work I had to sign a waiver so, if they cracked the dash they would not be responsible for replacing it. The dash did have small cracks by 2 screw heads. When they were finished it had a large crack all the way across the dash. If i replace it $1500, total B/S.
I am on my second brand new truck from them and fixing to be a 3rd purchase but this one will be used (for work cause who works from their brand new truck, right?) i absolutely adore the team ! Daryl & Jonas always make me feel like I am shopping in my own world and no one else is there to buy but myself ! If you havent yet, what are you waiting for ?? I came in 15 minutes before closing just wanting to look at a truck that I had been looking at online and Alan meet with me and showed me the truck. I offered to come back the next day due to it being so late but Alan the sales manager and finance stayed and insured I got a great deal. We ended up leaving at 11:00 that Saturday night. Worst service department ever. Brought my 2500hd in for a check engine light. Was told by the service manager that the code didnt mean anything. Even though it disables features in the truck for safety.Update- spoke with Brent Johnson gm. He has taken a personal interest in correcting the problems with my truck. He has been true to his word and made my trucks issues a priority. He provided me with a car while the truck is being serviced. Check engine Ishtar return 1 month later and he got me right in.
Dan Vaden Chevrolet has always done a great job with service. I make each appointment on line and they always follow up by e:mail and a phone call. For my last service, I almost forgot I needed to get it serviced prior to a road trip. I made the appointment in the AM and they were able to service my car (XT5) in the afternoon. Same day service!

Purchased a 2021 XT6 on 6/19. However, ever since then, I have to go the service department about every single week to get my vehicle fix. Very unsatisfied with my ownership experience. Service Driver Assist System keeps popping up, they were not able to fix it because no code was found. Did not check to see if parts needs to be replace, did not check if there are issues with the wires or connection. Electric parking brake keeps coming on every single day, which is not normal. Finally, they decided to replace the wire when Service Brake Assist message came on. Also, when I start the vehicle, the dashboard will black out. I strongly feel there is something wrong with this, but they said its normal. It was pouring rain tonight. When I start the vehicle, my windshield wiper start moving, then stopped in the middle because the dashboard black out, then started again. Not to mention that the vehicle also have paint issues, bumpers and passenger door not alignment, and gaps. This week, I have already been tot he dealer 2 times, about to go again tomorrow because the service driver assist system message came on again.Service department was suppose to call me yesterday about the date to bring in my vehicle to replace the wire, didnt receive a call. Service manager said he was going to check another XT6 on the lot and let me know about the issues I have, didnt get a call either.

The overall experience has been terrible. Same day of purchasing my truck, it was in their shop for work. The next week it had to go back for more work. To top it all off today is 7/1/21 and this explains their poor quality, this survey is asking about a “service that recently happened 6/29/21” and I haven’t been to the dealership in weeks.

The staff was very friendly. I liked that we were introduced to the service department before we finalized our purchase. We have dealt with other dealerships and bought new cars/trucks before. None of them did this. I feel that it is an important feature of the new car/truck experience.
Watch out for $4000 or more worth of bogus charges. Did not sale car for the price that was on the website, but added $2300 more. Asked for $2000 down payment even though credit score was above 675. No star would have been a more appropriate rating.

I test drove a vehicle and they needed to jump start the car and found the Air pressure low.. but i decided it was a very nice car.. a week later I called in ahead 2-3 hours to let them know I was getting the vehicle. When I arrived they havent moved the vehicle at all to have detailed/cleaned. I waited several hours while doing the paperwork and still waited on the detailing/cleaning to finish up. I did not receive any kind of updates or status of my vehicle. I had to ask other employees on the update of the cleaning. I heard multiple employees using profanity while in the building. I was really excited about the vehicle I was buying and left unsatisfied. When the vehicle was finished and about to leave they notify me that air in the tires was low and and had to wait even longer on that.In the end I ended driving away with a vehicle that had stains.
Very poor follow through with the sales team. The air conditioner was broken when we took it home . We bought it one evening and was taken back the next day around noon. Poor quality control. Salesman, Warren, seemed he could care less. No initiative to help me. I will that the service manager, David has been very helpful, kind and empathetic.

Excellent service rep - Allysa managed the whole process and was very communicative. When I got in the truck the front tires weighed 8 psi different than each other, theyve never been that far different before so it made me question all of the rest of the service - did they really look at pressure? did they really rotate tires? did they really change the oil? I checked it all afterwards and I think its okay but the mismatch on tire pressure led to MANY other questions of service quality.

I took my car for repair service. They had car for four days. I was informed I had a bad battery they could not check car without new battery. The battery in the truck was new. I had to purchase a new battery. It costed me $164.00 I picked up my car up..after paying 1027.00. My truck worked one day. Same problem I took vehicle up there for in the first place. I had autozone to check battery I returned and was informed by manager that it was nothing wrong with my battery. Car has been in shop for 4 days and no has contacted me about anything, I am. Not pleased.
DO NOT buy your vehicle here. After careful research we flew out of state to pick up a truck and pay cash. They charged us $900 in dealership fees and a separate $99 for electronic filing that was supposed to register the vehicle in our home state. The documents were never filed; we had to follow up with them multiple times along with 2 visits to Secretary of State. Not only that - they grossly overcharged us on tax and we lost almost $300 on that because our state does not refund on tax overpayments. When we called to speak to one of the owners on the matter and kindly ask them to repay a portion of their dealer fees along with the $99 since they didnt do their job--we were told they would do nothing about it. In fact, his choice words were, We are not going to refund you anything, so what? Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money here. We will NEVER be returning.

I originally went to Dan Vaden because I thought I would be getting a new timing chain. When they quoted me for the repair it would’ve been $2900 so I put an initial deposit of $1500. As they started the inspection on the engine, they found metal inside which is a whole other problem. I was told they couldn’t just fix the chain but instead I would just get a refund minus the labor for takin apart the engine. However, the man that worked on my car abruptly quit and left not only me but the whole shop hanging. After a couple months I did received my refund. Even though it took a little longer than expected, everyone I spoke to at the Dan Vaden of Brunswick tried to help as much as possible. I could tell that it was a priority in getting my account settled. Very appreciative of the continuous communication between these departments. Thank you
Only came here because of unresponsive staff at Vaden Beaufort. Saw a truck online, really liked the truck. Show up and salesman was not helpful, really liked the truck and thought the price was fair. When writing up the bill salesman tried to write it up for 5k more than what was discussed and posted on website. Waited an excessive amount of time for the truck to be detailed after purchase and salesperson disappeared and left without onstar being set up and still having issues set up now Im being charged for the most expensive plan on a vehicle that the onstar plan isnt activated on my vehicle. Also was set up with a very inconvenient finance plan (mostly my fault for not coming pre approved by a lender with free and convenient payment options).
If you want to have someone take care of you from start to finish on your buying experience, then please go see Tom Wilson He really took care of us through our whole experience and went the extra mile after we got our new ride.

Over 2 months to repair a vehicle is unacceptable. I was waiting for a call from the GM or the Leadership Group at Vaden and that never happened either. It completely does not surprise me. This is the worst experience I have ever come across and will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. I would like to say that this truck buying experience was the best I’ve ever had! I buy a new pickup every 2/3 years. I’ve never purchased a pickup from Dan Vaden but this time I saw an online deal that went to check out. The salesman Warren Roberts took care of me like I was a VIP. He did not pressure me at all he wrote down the options I wanted and went to work. He looked at nearly every truck on the lot and found several that met my criteria. I picked one out and didn’t like the wheels so he had them swapped out to some I did like. I didn’t Care for the pin stripes so he made them disappear all for no extra charge. His demeanor and professionalism was exceptional and I will buy every vehicle I can from Mr Warren Roberts from here on out. Thanks Warren!

Tl;drDo not use their service department.I brought my car in to get an oil change. My car had no issues. When I got my car back, I started having issues. I strongly recommend against going here.Update: Spoke with the service department manager and he refused to take accountability. Provided speculative justifications for why the issues are happened.A bit more detail about the situation:took the car in for an oil change. They gave it back to me with an Active Battery Saver alert. When I came back to get the key, they had the car idling and it stayed idling until I was able to get. I was in their waiting room for a good 2 hours. Took it back to see why this is happening now and was charged ~$140. This time they gave it back with one of the tail lights out.When the customer asks you, is everything good?, why are you saying yes when there is still something wrong with the car?If something is actually wrong and you truly didnt break it, Im fine with giving you a couple hundred bucks to take care it so I dont have to waste more time.

I wish I could say it was a great experience but it wasnt. I understand that I was going into a car sales environment but it was unfortunate how much you have to fight or push back to get the deal that you deserve. And this dealership is one of the worst ive been to sales tatics wise.I had them check credit so I could get actual interest rates and the sales rep comes back and says we didnt really have good credit so the quoted interest rate was to low and they would have to raise it.I think they were quoting like 10% or higher cause was bad. After hours of this of going back and forth and them going back and forth we ended up getting 0% interest rate. Thats a pretty low rate for someone who just a few hour earlier had not so good credit.Also upon agreeing to one price on the sales floor when we went into the finance office to sign paperwork it was not what we had agreeded upon on the sales floor. Very shady. Extremely pushy on the GAP insurance. I said NO to it 5 and maybe 6 times but the finance rep wouldnt stop asking. Lond story short, you shouldnt have to haggle and fight just to get a fair price and rate. I know they make money this way but it shouldnt screw people over if they dont go in and haggle. Experiences like this is the reason the online dealership are thriving.
My wife and I just purchased TWO vehicles. A 2021 Tahoe and a 2020 Cadillac SUV. The vehicles are nice but the care, service and communication is terrible. Promises made and not fulfilled. Appointments scheduled and cancelled. No calls when another appointment was made and we were not told. Manager will not respond to numerous calls. One of my friends purchased from the manager and received much more. So either buy from the manager only and he may respond to you or don’t buy. Maybe get it all written down and signed by everyone involved in the transaction and keep walking into the dealership until it is all done. It is obvious now that the sale is what matters and not the service at this location. Obvious that they will say whatever it takes to get you to sign. Hard to even keep up with their excuses and stories. Be careful. I just can’t recommend this business. There are other dealerships that sell the same products.
Everyone was very helpful. They helped me find and redeem my reward points to save a little on my service. They got my service done quick and got me out right before our daily thunderstorm. Really appreciate them!
The sales department and the finance department were absolutely amazing very kind very knowledgeable and the receptionist Dana made my experience a lot more comfortable🎀
