Of the some 20 car dealers I’ve contacted and worked with, Peter was the most honest, responsive, and diligent seller that I have encountered to date. Since this review is a year old, I can attest to the fantastic condition of the car.I bought this car from Colorado, which involved a significant amount of paperwork and inspections. Peter was attentive to minute details and honest about faults of the car, displaying trustworthiness not often seen in this business. Unlike other sellers, he did not try to pressure me into purchase, but worked with me until I was satisfied that the car was the right choice for me. Mark has been superb in terms of customer service. He has taken care of every issue that has arisen in the 6 years since I bought my Clubman from him from him. There have been no mechanical issues- just lost keys and snow tires and questions - the car itself has not required anything more than routine maintenance. .

Mark likes to talk about his customers behind their back, and if customers knew what he had to say about them I am sure they would not appreciate it. He is very disorganized, and when I was there he insulted my military service. His staff is extremely kind, glad they dont take after him.
