This place gets very busy but the employees are fair and very good at their jobs. If you can invest in them, please do. Theyre an important part of the community.

I recently moved to Cambridge from across the country and used Bike Flights to ship my bikes. I had them sent directly here to be assembled and tuned up. Great service both over the phone, via email, and in person. It was a breeze to set up, they let me know promptly when the bikes were ready, and I picked them up with no issue. The employees I interacted with were friendly, professional, prompt, and helpful.The spot is on the Radcliffe Quad but is clearly marked with yellow bike signs. All the parking around here is permit only so I just put my hazards on and worked quickly. Ability note: You have to walk down a flight of stairs to access this shop.Its a small space, but they make it work! Professional and quality, great price. Ill be back.

Nice, professional and honest team. Analyzed my broken bike for free, took the time to explain the problem to every mechanical detail I asked about and offered solutions without pressuring me into accepting their offers. Their repair was quick, precise and for sure for a better price than other repair services. My bike functions even better now for some reason than it did before it broke. Highly recommended.

This place is a unicorn - they do great work and charge less than any bike shop youll find. They did a complete bike build (from the frame up) for me for $88, or about a third of what you can expect to pay at your LBS. Im not sure if Nathaniel is still managing the shop, but he was always extremely friendly and helpful, as were all the staff I got to meet. They are flooded with 5-star reviews for a reason.

Really solid bunch of people. They know their craft and charge reasonable prices for it. They also have a limited selection of essential accessories and from time to time sell bikes. Highly recommend them!

I love Quad Bikes--its the only place I bring my bike in Cambridge. Staff is super friendly and they always explain problems in detail when I have questions about my bike. Theyre also very transparent about the cost of everything, and will let you know if something doesnt quiiiiiite need to be replaced yet if youre trying to save money, which I really appreciate.

I have taken my two road bikes there about 4-5 times. They are courteous and will often perform minor repairs, flats or broken brake cables on the spot. They do great work at very reasonable prices. I would never go anyplace else in the Cambridge or surrounding !area.

These guys were awesome. I showed up 45 minutes before close with a chain issue. They put the bike up on the stand right away and within 15 minutes I was back out on the road. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did not charge me for the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

They were extremely helpful. I went in with a flat tire and my bike needed a lot of work. They were patient, helpful, and honest. They explained the chain replacement as well as the wear and tear on the gears. I would highly recommend. The customer behind me also had nothing but good thing to say with how accommodating they were. Cant wait to get my bike back after the tune up.

Quad bikes is a nonprofit bicycle shop that fixes up hundreds of abandoned bikes and resells them for cheap to the Boston community. You can even sign up for bike maintenance classes here.

Always friendly and quick to help! Super convenient for students living in the Quad. They charge reasonable prices which makes them the go-to for people in the neighborhood.

Its been about 4 years since Ive been here (I since moved to California) but Ive been several times and have always been pleased with the service and value. Much better results than the place between Davis and Porter.
