DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, INEXPERIENCED STAFF. I Went there, showed them what I had they said no problem, gave me appointment. Go back on appointment day, said it wont work, I need a part. I ordered part, made next appointment, go in, part didnt work, they say they dont know how to make it work. They said well see what we can do and get back to me, neve called. I call them, no response, I went to Jazz auto, they got the right part, installed, no issues. AVOID THIS PLACE

Been going there for years, they are the only guys that I will let touch my car stereos and window tinting and I have 5 vehicles. If you go there ask for Tim, youll be very happy with the frendliness, price and service.

I had a great experience today at Grand Prix Auto Stereo. The owner, Tim, helped me find a replacement remote control for an old Jeep. I only had one remote which was lost recently. The doors on my car dont open easily without it.He looked at my car and told me he could help--10 minutes later I had not one, but two programmed remotes for the fraction of the cost to install a new system. Tim is honest and you can trust his advice.His shop is small so you may need to schedule an appointment for larger jobs. Im grateful he took the time to help me. Ill definitely go back if I need a new stereo or car remote.

Theyre so honest @grand Prix Stereo that I will recommend it to all my friends and now publicly!Before I came to them I went to 2 other establishments, 1place tried to charge me $300 for a new remote start, when all that my original remote start just needed the wire reconnected to the antenna ! Grand Prix charged me $39 service fee, and didnt try to sell me a new one ...I told them I am telling all my friends..

Tim (the owner) could have easily taken my money and left me with a mediocre sounding system for my lack of knowledge and demand for a fast job, but instead he effectively showed me exactly what my options where for a stereo install and even set up a demo for me to hear before I committed to getting the work done by him. He made sure I knew what I would be getting so I could make and informed decision. I cannot thank him enough for saving me so many headaches and dollars. Look no further hes the guy!

I use Tim for all of my aftermarket needs. He has done a KP40 front/rear radar/laser diffuser, front/rear dash cam and remote starts for me and several of my employees cars. Great guy and honest. I have known him for years and if you want no nonsense and skilled work, he is your guy.

The man named Tim whom Im assuming is the owner was a very nice man who fixed the auto starter on my car for a reasonable price. He offered to do more work on my car but was not pushy. Great service and a reasonable man.

I recommend this place to anyone who wants car radio/CD fixed. I had a broken CD player with two CDs stuck inside. My car CD player is over 10 years old. The owner gave me a reasonable price to have it replaced and installed it in less than 30 minutes. No hassle, no hidden charges. Saved me a lot of time and trouble.

All I can say is wow. Timmy in this company did a great job at repairing my car stereo. It was the original one for the car and he found there was a wire that was grounding out and it could have started a fire. Im so glad that he caught the issue before someone got hurt. Very bad and rude customer service!! I called to find out the cost to fix a reverse camera and the only thing they repeatedly tell me is the basic cost and don’t care to even listen to what the problem is! Top of all, they cut the call when I asked more questions! This is the worst service I have ever experienced and would not recommend anyone here

I was being told bt Sound Trax, which is right near the place, that I have to wait for like 6 hours to install aux system b/c they were too busy. I went here instead, same system, 50 dollars cheaper. very satisfied. Mike was really nice guy. highly recommended!

Tim sold me a Pioneer 6800 car stereo for my Honda Ridegline truck. With the install (face plate is loose), he charged me nearly $300!!! I routinely see this exact model car stereo for sale on the internet for well under $100. That means I was charged around $200 for installation, which was more than twice the price of the stereo! Had I known this I would have walked out immediately. I also wanted some wiring done in the truck and they never called me back. I feel ripped off.

Horrible work. They broke all the clips on the door skins. The wire is not secured in the door. Its touching the speaker. They broke the dash board. They left tools in my car. Thanks btw. The mechanic told me directly they are in the business of taking money. Not doing quality work. I returned the car and asked to make it right. Still broken clips and dash and no antennae although I paid for it. Never cslled to tell my car is done. Keys in it and unlocked out front. Which is behind a bar. Lol The speakers are worse than the oem. And they used a dremel to cut my oem speaker so cant save them. I was a teenager when I first came in over 15 years ago. The install was good. This was the worst service I have seen in a long time. Horrible workmanship and service. The building is faced in school project plastic. They are on there last leg. The mechanic is buying the parts to install and buying drugs with them most likely. Do not bring your car here. Under no circumstances . Take the wait and hit soundtracks. Very unhappy customer.
