I received excellent customer service and support. I experienced amazing communication before, during and after the work was done and was treated as a valued customer. All related components for the work were tested and recommendations offered where necessary. The prices were fair and everything was quoted up front. No surprises. The work was done in a timely manner. After the work was done, the technician gave an overview of the newly installed item. No issues here! I would totally use “Sound Effect” services again!

Brought in my 2007 Subaru Impreza outback sport got a amp, Subwoofer, and new speakers the dash was all scratched up when I looked at it they didn’t put in screws for the doors definitely go to sound trap instead right next to them the window also dosent go down all the way when I picked up will update if they fix this thank you

Got tint done there years ago on a new car. Years later back window has hundreds of bubbles. Call them and ask how much to fix it. They say can be 100 to 150. Tell them it only cost me a little more do do all windows.they say probably has to be redone. What a joke went to them for years never again. Rather just peel it off than have same problem few years later again. I know people with older cars than mine and older tint by years and they dont have my problem. its either they dont know how to tint rite or they use cheap crappy tint.

Ive been going to Sound Effects for years. Ive had remote starters and car stereos installed in both of my cars as well as my grandsons. All of the work has been excellent. Ryan is a pleasure to work with.

I was sold an item that was already defective prior to purchase. And it was known to be defective because it was on display. Though they offered to fix it, I declined and will do it myself. But I should have to repair something I recently purchased.

If I could give zero stars I would the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I wanted some prices on a remote start and he refused to give them to me over the phone. I was planning on bringing both my vehicles but I will never give them business due to there customer service.

They installed headlights for my sons car the lights kept going out brought it back the switch was bad he knew it was bad and didnt replace it cost us a lot of extra money I dont think they know what theyre doing.......Update after reading your response to my review I dont appreciate being called a liar you charge my son to change the connections and you charged him to change the light bulb on the third time we went back you didnt charge him because you didnt change the connection on the passenger side that he already paided you for if your technicians have 15 years experience they should have realized from the beginning that the plugs were no good and that he needed new ones when you showed me I told you right away they didnt look good and you said the other side is worse all this could have been avoided if you just would have done the right thing from the beginning

I warn against anyone going here, an absolutely horrible experience ever since I had my system installed. I had about 1200 dollars worth of work done here back in 2016, full sound system installed. I wish I went elsewhere and had gotten the work done right the first time. The first day the system sounded alright as I drove off. Ever since then, my sound system has always been giving me issues. I took my car to several shops to get it fixed little by little, but too much of the work was done wrong.All the wires were connected improperly, resulting in issues with speakers not playing properly or out of the wrong speaker. All the wires in the amp were not connected properly, as well as wires coming out of the amp and the processor. The door was also a mess, I paid for sound insulation in the door. What I found was barely any dynamat on the door on top of the insulation not sticking properly, leading it to fall all over the place within the door. They also drilled a gigantic hole in my firewall for the power connection, but they never filled the hole. I had wind blowing into my car as I was driving.I spent a long time getting it fixed. Other shops had trouble fixing the issues as there were too many. If you want to get your car ruined, I would definitely come here.
