Just dont. Customer service is non-existent. Only thing they cared about was up selling being that they work on commission.

The Sprint store on 450 Gateway Ave in Chambersburg PA really provided terrible customer service today.Phone was taken in to get upgarde. Brandon Morris helped and he told us to go grab lunch as he was going to be a while cause he was having issues transferring and backing stuff up to activate the new phone. Come back and he says NOTHING. Gives thumbs up and says good to go. Get home and see everything has been deleted. Nothing backed up or transferred. Call them back and am greetes rudely and told Brandon was on lunch - call back dude on phone cant help. He was harsh and wasnt polite at all. Get there and Brandon Morris was able to get contacts back but stated he deleted all pictures. Nothing epse from phone only pics. He then proceeds to say we should have known better and basically said it was our fault HE deleted the pics.I am just writing this to warn other customers.DONT leave the store. This man shouldnt have told us to leave when he had our merchandise. This could have been prevented. Make sure you ask them if anything needs saved or backed up. He claimed everything was tranferred. It is also odd he only wiped out the photos and not any other memory or contacts or log in apps.Sprints customer service has been going downhill for a while now. One reason why I left this carrier to begin with. Lost another customer once again.Please make sure Brandon Morris of the Gateway Ave store in Chambersburg, PA at least gets a talking to on how to provide customer service and to stop asking people to leave stoee and come back as he fiddles with the photos and activation. Thats just weird.
If I could give a -I would. We specifically asked about terms to return phone. Clerk told us phone could be returned for 30 days. We asked does it need to be defective? She said no. You can’t bring it back because you don’t like the color but if you don’t like the phone there is no restocking fee. We did not like the phone so the next day we came back. Same clerk. Oh, there will be a restocking fee? But we did not like the phone and you said we could bring it back. She would not admit what she said and her manager was too inexperienced to understand that his clerk actually sold the lease with terms that they are not willing to stand by. The clerk needed re-education. The manager said by stating what we believed the clerk said we were calling her a liar? What about honesty and integrity? What about respect for the customer? All I can day is do your sprint shopping online. Avoid this store at all costs. They do not know their policy or are willing to misrepresent it to male a sale.

I understand how retail works. I know companies offer higher commissions on certain products. Im guessing when we went here Samsung was offering that at that time. Being that we were only being showed two Samsung phones, out of 30 display models. They bad mouthed the current carrier we had (which is actually a better carrier for service in the area). Very unprofessional. The lack of product knowledge was extremely obvious, and not willing to look into the questions I had about processors, camera and storage capacity. I personally would never go back to this store EVER!
Unfortunately, I cannot say that I satisfied with my customer service. Not only were we misled on a special promotion the previous evening, when we attempted to rectify the situation the next day, the salesperson would not accept their responsibility and merely continued to lie directly to my face.Only a call to shentel/sprint customer service was able to rectify the situation. When I explained to the supervisor that was in the store that not only had customer service fixed what he what he refused to fix, that I was credited EXTRA for my troubles. The supervisor could not be bothered with my suggestions on how to improve customer service and to, perhaps, follow through with the 4 wide sign displayed in the store for 100% satisfaction guaranteed.The customer service manager also let me know that this store has had many complaints and that further training and action would be taken for their associates. I hope this training proves fruitful and the employees will learn to put customers first.
The store was packed and only 2 staff members working. I expected poor service and stressed out workers but what I got was excellent service from James and 2 friendly and focused sales professionals. While I only dealt with James, the store manager was right beside him and she was fantastic too. Kudos to the staff for keeping customer service at top despite being short staffed and very busy.
Worst experience ever! I went in a week ago. Spoke to the manager Jenna about replacing my broken phone. I was told my new phone would be there by Monday. It was not there, I was never notified, I had to call in Wednesday, and then Jenna didnt note anything on my account. I called in Monday to find out where my phone was Kyle answered put me on hold and hung up because apparently it was closing time and god forbid he took 2 seconds out of his life to get the status on my phone. Went to pick up my phone today (a week later) and was given a different total and they never even apologized for misquoting me or the inconvenience. Do not go there! I pay $300 a month but they cant help me with anything unless they are collecting a payment or collecting commission off a new purchase. OH and I love how Kyle laughed as I walked out of the door when I mentioned calling corporate. Bravo to excellent customer service.

Very laid back staff. I left hagerstown store without buying and came here and was done in half an hour with phone in hand. Never go to hagerstown unless you like the hard pushy sale with no pleasantries.
Top notch customer service from Travis and Chase!! These guys are the best at what they do. Other stores (Chambersburg Mall) could not and would not help me out.These guys did more then the average sales team members! Thanks again guys!

Terrible. They are quick to sell you a device but the minute something was wrong with my phone . And had to do a warranty exchange . They give you a pile of 1800 numbers and get nothing but a smile and good luck. I had good luck by contacting the fcc . Corporate sprint called with in 2 days and had my new phone one day after that . Austin is a jerk. And Ive noticed some of the 5 stars talking about customer service. Is in fact the employees
Purchased a new phone and had to go to local Sprint Store to Activate. Purchased 3 new chargers to go with my S8 Plus Galaxy. The store clerk Austin could not print me a receipt and when I got home to find that 2 out of the 3 chargers did not go with my phone. Have called 3 times to the store and no one has called me back. Getting ready to call AMEX and cancel the payment.
Great customer service didn’t try to up sell me at all and all the staff were very helpful.
Austin is the absolute best. Very positive attitude and tried his hardest to fix my phone.

Horrible service!! Their towers in chambersburg have been drown for 2 weeks and you cannot receive calls from anyone outside of sprint or boost!!

Poor attitude and service from the assistant manager who helped me. It was almost like i was an inconvenience for him. I even asked him if he was having a bad day due to his attitude towards me. My phone has been over heating and viruses popping up. He said he did not see any of those issues in his 5 minute evaluation. I showed him the pages and pages of viruses that had popped up, but he couldnt diagnose the issue unless he could validate it. Oh and maybe i should get a new charger if it kept up. Appreciate all the help.

Often visiting a cell store is equated to that of the DMV. Ive had just the best experiences at this store! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

While we are not happy overall with Sprint service (because the coverage isnt that great, contrary to their new commercials, and call drops are frequent) - this is a helpful store. My husband has stopped in for help a couple times and they are always willing to assist.A few weeks ago, my Android One bit the dust with constant error messages, alarm stopped working, battery wouldnt hold over an hour, a number of weird things). We had paid for the insurance on both our phones and our contract is nearly up. It took almost an hour, and it was close to closing time, but the young man did all the paperwork and gave us completely new phones to replace our nearly 2 year old phones, and spent the time to transfer many of our pictures and settings.I had already backed most of my stuff up on Google and on the Android backup app. With the exception of some of our text, it was a smooth transition and it was quick in and quick out. Were from Cincinnati and those stores are so high volume, no one wants to mess with existing customers. Its irritating - but I am very impressed with the customer service in this store!
Out of all the local sprint stores this is the worst ! Never answer the phone and horrible customer service. Go to the others one in Chambersburg one in shippensburg
