The employees are friendly and helpful. The London fog latte is delicious. Also, their pumpkin latte (seasonal) is way better tasting than Starbucks.

Ordered a mocha ice coffee. Whip cream and chocolate syrup. Not bad, not over the top. Pastries looked good too. Mall crowded, but there wasnt too many people in there.

What is there not to love. They have a variety of coffees, variety of flavors along with tasty pastries. You may also find a coffee mug of your liking or tea set. Great place!

I refuse to give anyone a bad review, especially this place because they’ve gotten my order right every other time. I also think that when I went in, they were understaffed. I ordered a caramel chiller and was given a cookies and cream one. When I went to ask if perhaps I had been given another order( even though she called out a caramel chiller) the girl, who was super sweet, told me that it was just the way the caramel one was made. It sucks a bit because I payed $8 for a drink that I threw away.

Coffee is too high. They have a lot of different drinks but I just dont think its worth the price. The service was pretty good overall though and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Would I go back?, probably not only because I can order similar drinks elsewhere for a cheaper price, but if I wanna treat myself, friend or family I may stop in.

Honestly love the drinks here but even then, theyre still over priced. Drinks are more expensive than Starbucks!! Most of their employees that Ive encountered are friendly but their manager is rude. His sense of humor is horrible and charged me for a medium even though I told him small many times!! Dont come whenever he is there.

Tried something new, pistachio chiller, it was awful it just didnt taste like pistachios. I asked if I could get something else and was told no unless something was wrong with the drink, I said it was my first time getting it I wouldnt know if anything is wrong with it besides that it doesnt taste like pistachios it just tastes bad. I was told no I cant exchange and no refund. If thats your policy you should put up a sign of it.... Waste of money.

Update:Jan 1 2019, the charge to my credit card was only approx 46 dollars, Im glad the store recognized its error in the erroneous price quote.I stopped in on Saturday around 3pm, bought a mug 16.99, ice coffee 4.90 and a bag of the flavored Vanilla Carmel Madagascar coffee beans (you wont know the price till after they ground it ) so I go to the register and my bill is quoted 64.00For What? How much was the ground coffee, my mistake ..i assumed it was approx 20.00So I questioned the coffee, was told it was 40.00Well I have never paid so much for a bag of coffee, so said thats ok, Ill just take the mug and iced coffee, thats when the cashiers smile became frozen, as she said through stiff lips...its already been ground.Well I said, there are no prices and the staff that ground the coffee should have told me prior to grounding it that its a 40.00 dollar bag of coffee, or maybe they charge you 20.00 for grounding it.Now, I went ahead and paid it after giving them a warning about tricking their customers into deceptive pricing.I wanted to do the honorable thing in our LORDS eyes, as I could have walked out and left everything.So beware when you shop there, ask prices if you get the bag of coffee off the shelf .Wyatra Patterson

I remember doing an overnight shift at work and I remember that their manager was awesome enough to let us get some coffee from them at 5am! If thats not great dedication, i dont know what is.

I stopped for coffee here and the lady finished with the customer in front of me and walked away, nobody said, I will be with you in a minute, I only wait 3 minutes before I left. They did not want my money I guess I walked over to Dunkin donuts instead. Will never go here again.
