I went in for cookies they told me 20 to 25 mins for cookies .I come back 20 mins later oh it was busy 20 to 25 more minutes.yea I wont be waiting ✌

Haven’t been to mrs. Fields in a few years but from what remember they used to be bigger and thicker. I feel like they got smaller and thinner and are over priced I don’t think I’ll be going to any mrs. Fields again to pricey

Is it really all that hard to make new cookies daily? Day old cookies are not good...

The girls are super nice and their cookies are delicious, always warm and fresh.

Very disappointed! There cookies are as thin as a sheet of paper! I could have bought cookie dough from the grocery store and got a thicker cookie. When I asked why the cookies were so thin, the cashier just smiled. I will not be going back.
