INCREDIBLE customer service! Came in for d’fluff only to find out it was discontinued (please bring it back) and Mallory spent 20 minutes with me finding just the right product(s) to replace it. So impressed and will definitely be back!

Jack was awesome helping me shop. I love this place. My room smells so lovely from all of my purchases yesterday. I got the Volcano foot mask to try on my Pedicure clients. A massage bar made with all natural ingredients, for my achy shoulder, plus a bar of all natural soap. I was introduced to the store in Vegas and was happy to see I could buy things I didnt purchase in Vegas, here in Cincinnati!!! We will definitely be back.

They had a line to get in because of COVID-19 restrictions, but the lady working the door was polite and friendly and very conversational so the small wait we had was pleasant. Once we got in we had a great shopping experience as well. My only complaint was that they didnt have a lot of bath bombs, which is why we went there. Oh well, maybe next time.

I’ve always loved lush, but today they went above and beyond. I was having a rough day and the guy working was kind and listened, and gave me a free gift to go with the stuff I bought to make myself feel better. Definitely brightened my day, even though you can’t actually enter their store right now!

My daughter and I were at Kenwood Mall on Sept 16th for her 12th birthday shopping. I also had my 1 year old son in a stroller pushing him. My daughter wanted to go to Lush so I said ok. I had never heard of them. When we got to the door there was 2 tables blocking it, so we waited. A woman came to the door and opened it just enough so that my daughter could come in only. She greeted her and told her she would need to wash her hands before shopping. I waited patiently at the door. She then went to the cashier to start helping someone check out. I said to her is this not a stroller friendly store? She waved her hand in the air to a male employee working to come take care of me. Never acknowledging me. The male employee then comes to the door not to greet me abd let me in or even talk to me. He just stood at the door as if he was security. At that point I told my daughter lets go I will not spend my money here. Rude is all I can say. I didnt let it shake me thought cause it was my babies birthday. But, I will never ever spend my money or have anything positive to say about Lush.

This place is way too expensive.....but I just cant help myself. One of my favorite products is their sandstone soap because its amazing at exfoliating!!! I popped in the other day to buy a new bar after running out. It was a Saturday right before Christmas and it was mobbed. And this store is super tiny, so things were claustrophobic. The good news? The check-out line moved fast!I have many other favorites here - ANY of the lotion bars (perfect for travel or massages), toothy tabs (also great for travel) and their Honey shampoo (it smells amazing and FEELS even better!!).

Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff! Its a smaller store, as are most Lush shops that are inside a mall, but it still offered a very large variety of items. They had everything fully stocked which was great!

Everyone here is super knowledgeable and friendly! Plus they have great products to boost. I love coming here for their creative bath bombs and awesome hair care products.

Employee number 2005732 forgot to put an item I purchased in the bag. I didn’t think to look because ya know, who really checks their bags. I live an hour and twenty minutes away, so when I got home and noticed that the item wasn’t in there I was of course angry. I understand it’s the holidays and it gets rough with the foot traffic, but how can you just overlook an item like that? Contacted support via email, so hopefully they get this fixed. Most likely never visiting this location again. Shampoo bars are expensive, I wonder what they did with it. Give it to someone else? Put it back on the shelf? Pocket it themselves? Who knows.

My fiancé came out clearly upset by the shopping experience he had. He said an employee was so overwhelming and pushy he ended up buying products he wasn’t even sure of because she was basically shoving items down his throat. He was going to buy something anyway however never wants to return to this store because instead of having time to shop he was forced to interact with such a horrible employee. We just want to shop around for ourselves rather than be harassed.

Decent bath bombs. Expensive though. Staff a bit stiff and put off by asking specifics. Bombs did not have enough essential oils either. All effect on my skin was glitter. Prefer ones from Amazon.

I came in yesterday, 12/10, around 12pm and needed help finding skincare that would fix my skin. I had been having a very bad reaction all over my face for a few days after trying to find a cheaper option to the expensive sample I had ran out of and the girl working (I didnt catch her name) helped me find products that would be gentle enough for my sensitive skin and to help with my dryness. I have only used the cleanser and moisturizer once and Im already seeing and feeling a difference in my skin. She really helped me out!!!

Its lush. You get what you would at any other lush.

I love, love, love Lush. It used to be located in Macys, but has since moved to an independent storefront. Their products are of a good quality and ethically made, and the sales people are very knowledgeable. The bath bombs are my favorites (try Intergalactic). Their soaps and face masks are also wonderful. The products are pricey, but they will happily demonstrate and/or provide samples.I brave the mall just to come here. The only complaints are the size of the store (it gets very crowded very quickly) and that the sales staff can be overly attentive. Its not necessarily a bad thing, I just like to browse, smell, and read all the labels.

First time there had a great experience and will go back, great attentive service, good prices. I had fun and family oriented. thanks

If you want a frangrance bath or great feeling after bath. Go buy products from lush. I don’t see any change in skin but it feels good. I just bought soap, body scrub. Next time I will try facepack and update my review.

Im gonna say Im new to Lush. I went in for some samples and everyone was so sweet and helpful and asked questions about my skin to make sure the product would work for me. They sold me on a bunch of products. I was waited on by Amber and she was extremely helpful and was super kind! Gonna go back soon!

The first employee I spoke to was ok, not super pushy just regular pushy. The second employee that “helped” me was extremely condescending and pushy, basically forcing me to add things to my order while explaining them in language that even a simpleton like me could understand. Add to that the way everyone in the store watches you like a potential thief, and it was a very negative experience. Aside from taking back the awful face scrub that made me break out I will stick to online shopping.

Lush now has its own store in Kenwood mall down from Sephora ! They have so many new great products! The whole line is cruelty free and they fight animal testing and thats very unique they also do bulk products at very good prices so that cuts back on the amount of waste the produce. They will try things with you and everyone is very helpful ! They gives samples if you wanna try anything very laid back positive atmosphere and astounding products!

Return to Lush:: Recycle all black containers you purchase from Lush and they will give you a free Item.5 containers must be turned in at one time.

I bought two bath bombs, one called turmeric latte and another called black rose. Turmeric latte stained my bathtub gold and had physical glitter everywhere but I was able to clean it. Black rose is probably going to make me lose my deposit on my apartment because I cannot get it out of my tub. Do not buy either of these bombs

I have just recently started going to Lush. I have been doing a bunch of reading on products and had seen a lot of good results come from people who had extremely sensitive/reactive skin like mine. I decided to try a few products. I was a little skeptical since I have tried EVERYTHING!! The ladies there were very helpful and kind. They were honest about what the products could do and didnt try to convince me of buying something they thought would react on me. I was also so excited to get samples of products I wanted to try but was nervous about. I just went back over mothersday weekend to get some bath bombs for my youngest who also has my skin but reacted quite well to the products. The wonderful lady there, who is always helpful suggested a bath melt so I decided to buy it. I went to check out and the manager, Leslie, who I had met the previous time said I could just have the melt, and gave it to me as a gift!!, and then said Happy Mothers Day! I just dont come across that kind of wonderful customer service like that anymore. Being a business owner myself I strive to make sure our customers get that kind of service and to get that from someone else to me was just so great. Everyone needs to go to this LUSH store and experience such great ladies there. THANKYOU!! Also the face skin products are so great!!

I am assuming the woman who talked down to me, judging by her sanctimonious attitude and air of importance, was the manager. She was rude, talked to me like I was too stupid to understand soap, and would not let up on the naked packaging, which is great, but back off. The store was an absolute mess. I will be sticking to ordering my Lush products online.

Ive been a loyal Lushie for the past 10 or so years had my first horrible experience. I visited this location this past weekend while I was on vacation and was so excited because there isnt a Lush in my state. I was ready to shop! I was also returning 15 black pots for the face mask exchange program. I asked for my 3 masks in return and an employee talked down to me and proceeded to yelI I am gross for using masks a few weeks past their expiration date. I guess she has never used anything past expiration date. I didnt feel that it was her issue to embarrass me in front of the full store. I left the store humiliated. I will never ever return to this store.

This was my first time in a Lush and I was SUPER excited to get a bath bomb. I ask a store associate, her name was Allie (I hope thats spelled right), what she thought I should get and told her I really wanted one of the super glittery bath bombs. She told me they were out and I was rather dissapointed, then she went out of her way to help me. Allie talked to the manager and they gave me a special christmas bath bomb that only comes in gift sets and a super glittery bubble bar thing. Im super impressed with this amazing customer service. Allie went above and beyond for me and I thank her for that. I will definitely be back in!!
