I have visited this Mac counter for many years. Over the past two years the quality of service and product selection has declined significantly. There have been many instances where the counter is not staffed and popular products are not in stock. This counter has been the only reason that I would enter this Macys location, which has also significantly declined in recent years. Needless to say ordering on-line is the best option. Mac has free shipping and returns. Typically my product arrives before the 3-5 day timeline. I have wanted to give this counter the benefit of the doubt but it has consistently been a disappointment and I have relunctantly made a final resolution to never return.

Did my makeup for prom and homecoming and it looked super good.. everyone is really down to earth and kind. One thing that kind of irks me is that they never answer there phone

Great product, but customet service needs significant improvement. Obnoxious.
