Update 8/24/21I visited the service center for an oil change and tire rotation and was sad to see that Jay no longer works there. I want to be clear that my review was based on HIS service to me as a customer, and HIS trustworthiness. Ive knocked off two stars as I did not find the new guy to be very personable. There was also a 15% increase in the service. I guess Im no longer motivated to drive out of my way to this dealership.I cannot say enough about the service dept at this establishment. I did not buy my Cherokee here, but I have been returning for service for 4 years after bad experiences elsewhere. Prices are fair. Customer service is extraordinary! (THANKS Jay!) Most importantly, I trust what Im told, which is not always easy in a field where customers are frequently taken advantage of. Bring your Jeep here for your maintenance and repair needs. You wont regret it.
I cannot stress enough the experience I had at Claremont CDJR and how awesome it was; Eric, Jeff and Andy went well above and beyond and were awesome to work with. They care about giving their customers a positive experience and making sure you’re truly happy in your purchase and put you, the customer, first. I highly recommend them over any other dealership, they’ve earned a lifetime customer from me and their customer service and experience widely separates them from the rest. You guys rock!
Had our jeep detailed here and it was the worst experience it looked like Helen Keller could have done a better job it wasnt vacuumed wiped down and the outside wasnt washed I mean I have a 12 year old who pays better attention to detail. We dealt with Mark in service and he was a pleasure to deal with if you like to sit on a cactus. I will have to say that when we go to upgrade to a new Jeep or when we are looking for our new Challenger it will not be here

We walked in over the weekend just to look and ending up leaving with a new Jeep Grand Cherokee! I cant thank Cody, Andy and Eric enough for all they did this weekend to make this work. I was not expecting to be able to pick up my car on a Sunday when they are normally closed. It was great to talk to real people and not be pushed into something, they really worked with us and for us with getting me into the jeep I wanted. They pressured me and made me think I was getting the best deal. Also wasn’t my first choice of color I wanted. Was there several hours.Wouldn’t recommend them.

Excellent recent buying experience, good faith negotiation process with many in-stock vehicles. No “market adjustment” driving costs above MSRP, unlike other dealers.
2+ hours for oil change, air filter, and state inspection. Did not have any filter in stock for a Dodge Ram even with an appointment.Waiting area is smothered with aftermarket parts (rims).Service writer did their best to make my excessive wait better with a discount... They did try.Definently not up to Lamberts Standards.

It was fine got what needed to be done and employee jason at service desk was nice as always.. BUT I give a 3 star because theres a sign that said masks were required BUT no employee OR customers at the time I was in there had a mask on, I was only one it seemed..

Great experience from initial contact via email to final transaction in person. Matt Maki had complete transparency and earned my complete trust. A couple minor details were taken care of as promised after the purchase and one issue that the Lambert team took care of post sale. Jim LaRoche (Asst Parts Manager) got a replacement part quickly and because of he distance i live from he dealership, Jason Greenwood, Service Manager delivered and did a driveway installation (Who does that)! They all went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend Lambert Auto........ go see Matt!
Great place to buy a car. The easiest time Ive ever had buying a car. Theyre up front with their pricing, they dont try any of the usual dealer tricks to try to get more money out of you and when theres a problem, they take care of it right away. The service department is also excellent. They know their stuff and they dont waste my time or money.

I was very pleased with the purchase of my car. I wanted a used one with low mileage and John Lambert found the perfect one for me. He helped me to set up the blue tooth and took the time to answer all my questions. His staff are all professionals and they have a great selection of new and used vehicles to chose from. Chris Lewis is a salesperson salesman! Courteous, considerate, patient and professional, I wish I could buy all my cars from him. Mr. Lambert (the owner) came by the office just to thank me, looked me straight in the eye and gave me a firm hand shake (I trusted him right away, thats when I knew this is a different kind of dealership). Deanna in finance could not be more delightful and helpful. Her friendly and engaging personality with knowledgeable straight forward information was a God-send for my wife and I. We were made to feel so welcomed and relaxed, we were tempted to move to New Hampshire that very day! Everybody that worked there, the whole staff, was the same way just excellent! Saw used vehicle on website. Went to look at it. Test drove it then were told it could not be inspected by them and if we bought it we couldnt get a 20 day plate to drive it off the lot, would have to have it towed. They couldnt tell us what was wrong with it and were asking $11,350. Decided not to do business with them.

I first started taking my 2008 Jeep Wrangler to Lambert for service about two years ago. I had a pesky intermittent start issue that turned out to be a recall on a known computer issue that a different dealership in Lebanon, NH (Miller) could not figure out even though I googled and found the service bulletin and presented that to them. Anyway, I decided to go the further distance (an additional hour round trip) and tried out Lambert. They fixed the problem and since then Ive had awesome service from them every-time my Jeep has needed repair. They have figured out some vexing and hard to diagnose problems and always are very communicative and right on with their estimate expectations.Last Friday I stopped in after hours to pick up my Wrangler from service and I got a chance to meet John Lambert the owner. He took the time to speak with me about my service experience and gave me a personalized intro to the new Gladiator. Thanks John!Ill definitely keep coming here for service, and when I purchase my next Jeep Im planning to do so at Lambert.
I took my 2011 wrangler to Jay and Dustin in the service department and I couldnt be happier. They took the time to listen to the issues and explained all the options without trying the high pressure upsell that nearby dealers has tried. They were courteous, fair and most importantly my jeep is back in action! Would definitely recommend!

First jeep I bought 8 years I had a great experience, went in today to look at trading a dodge durano for a ford f150 on the lot. The Ford dealership down the road offered me 17k for my durango but couldnt get numbers where I wanted. Stopped at lamberts to look the f150 they had and was offered 11,500 in trade from a dodge dealer. The guy who did the appraisal said he wouldnt budge and they were giving wholesale price becuse my car has a hemi V8. Will NEVER go back.

The service is absolutely exceptional, the prices are extremely fair, the men and women that work here are kind and know what they are talking about.We were driving up from New York to Stowe when our car completely broke down. The towing company/repair shop the car initially landed at said my car would need an entirely new engine. I can only say it was a miracle that brought our car to Jay and his team for a second opinion. Jay reviewed the car and said he would be able to replace a few parts and get the car working again – for literally 1/10th of the price. His colleague Stephanie worked relentlessly with our (terrible) warranty company on our behalf. Everyone was extremely responsive to us, empathetic and hard working.Jay went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. He not only correctly diagnosed and fixed our car quickly but went the extra mile. The only train we could catch up from NY got in at 6pm on a Saturday – two hours after closing time. Jay met us at the train station with the car and explained everything to us again in person.Without going too much into the details, we put ourselves in a bad spot when we made a stupid mistake with the car later that night. On 8pm on a Saturday Jay answered our call and helped us, out of the kindness of his heart, way after working hours.Jay and his team are kind, incredibly trustworthy, reliable, they will not rip you off and they know exactly what they’re doing. We would highly recommend working with Jay and Stephanie to have your car serviced – anything from an oil change to serious maintenance work or repair. You can trust this team 100%. If and when we are in that area of Vermont/New Hampshire again we will come back just for an oil change and to thank them again– I never want to have my car serviced any where else. Went to Lamberts auto we have a lease but dont want to go higher on payment . Lambert sales staff and owner did not waste time and were HONEST . Try told us we would be better off waiting till February our anniversary or have a payment thats we were not comfortable with. They just made a customer 1st place ill stop when car shopping!!!!THANKSMATTHEW KINSON

Very Disappointed. Went in last Wednesday ( 4/10/19) was looking at a New Cherokee. There was a miscommunication on me wanting to stay at my current payment, I knew I was going to be a considerably more than were I was now. Was told by my sales representative and the sales manager they would work on it in the morning and I would hear from them ... 6 days later still no reply! Hard to see how they sell any cars with that model.
