Normally you would think buying a new vehicle would be stressful, but Josh made the process very easy. We made the deal over the website and on the phone, very seamless and was able to come up with numbers that worked for me. I have yet to speak with says he is looking into it and that there’s an * he needs to clarify with Toyota financial. 10 minutes later after getting off the phone with drew with nothing resolved with the dealership other than a complaint filed with Toyota I had arrived with my wife to get our new 4 runner . I wasn’t met by a concerned manger looking to clear the air I wasn’t met by anyone ! I had to text Josh I was there for him to come out. He showed us around the new vehicle everything look great very knowledgeable on it . We decided let’s sign those papers ! Again I was at the dealership for 20 minutes I was never once met by a manger looking to make things right ! I sat out in the lobby for the world to hear and sign our papers with the sales rep . I didn’t get the comfort of the finance mangers office ! But as I sat there with my wife I watched Josh walk back forth to an office that held someone who felt as if they were alot more important than us and our customer needs ! The best part of this whole thing I thought was the icing on the cake was I promised one thing that was never delivered on which led me to this review and that’s “ great customer service “ if that is what anyone is looking for make the drive else where, save the hassle, your time and money go else where !!!

I was able to purchase a new 2021 Tundra on-line and by phone, and the truck was delivered to me (an hour and 45 minutes away) at no charge. Robin was very helpful and easy to work with. Tundras are currently in limited supply so I essentially paid MSRP, and can’t comment on how competitive McGee ordinarily would be on pricing.They did push me harder than I would have liked to finance the vehicle, despite my being very clear that I wouldn’t be financing, but we got past that gracefully.

McGee Toyota has an incredible rental department with cheaper prices than all of the area competitors. With three children still in car seats, I was hesitant to commit to leasing a new vehicle without trying out my options first for fit and safety. The rental manager, Tyler, set us up with a beautiful Toyota Sienna. The rental was clean and ready when we needed it with all of the bells and whistles. Initially, Claremont seemed a bit far to go from Concord to purchase a new Toyota - however - after speaking and emailing with my salesman Zach Brennan, it was obvious fairly quickly that McGee was the dealer of choice. After spending a couple days calling around and visiting Honda and Toyota dealerships in the neighboring area, the conversations with McGee far exceeded any other communications I was receiving from the other dealers. The other dealers only wanted to get ALL of my info whereas Zach never even asked, happy to talk about McGee stock and how they could assist me. Upon arriving late to the dealership (an hour before closing time), I was greeted the same way - with patience, concern over my experience with McGee and knowledge of product and process. Wasted 2 weeks of my time, they posted a BMW and the same day I offered only $1000 less than they asked, they told me oh its in service, we will let you know when its ready so we can give you a real price 4 days go by, I text saying is it ready, they say not yet we still havent gotten it serviced The next day its no longer on the website and they call me telling me its sold. I would give a 0 for wasting my time and getting my hopes up for nothing, Then they have the audacity to ask me if there is another car Im interested in, I was willing to drive 2 hours to pick up this car I did not want anything else.

I had made an appointment weeks in advance and yes, services were added the day of but it took almost 8 hours to complete, made me late for my dinner plans and was overall a frustrating experience. The staff wasnt very friendly and more interested in socializing with one another than even saying hello. The one bright spot in my service that day was Curtis in the rental department, he was warm and friendly while also being helpful and efficient. Perhaps the rest of the service staff should take notes from him.

Its been really great working with Zach to get our new (to us) truck! really kind and easy to work with - and all virtually via online/text etc. we always felt comfortable and trusted the whole process, which is pretty wild not seeing the vehicle in person before purchase. but wed absolutely do it again . the whole experience was really great - oh and the driver that delivered our truck was really wonderful as well - five stars all around!

Wow! What else can I say about the lease of my new Tacoma from McGee in Claremont. Every thing was negotiated in advance over the phone and when my truck came in they offered to deliver it to me an hour and a half away. I decided to pick it up from them in person and I was blown away not only by the beautiful new dealership, but by the friendliness of everyone there. From the receptionists warm greeting, to Eric my sales consultants constant attention to detail to even the General Manager Larry apologizing for what he felt was taking too long (it was the fastest car buying experience of my life, which truly shows how customer focused they are!). Jesse Wright (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond! He was also extremely patient. I will send people here anytime they talk about purchasing a car or needing work done on their Toyota. My experience was incredible. All my questions were answered honestly and promptly. Purchased a 2022 Corolla Hybrid LE September 28th to 30th, 2021. My car died and I wanted to purchase a new Corolla Hybrid. McGee Claremont had one on the lot that I was able to buy, the inventory accross New England was very limited. Jordan handled my inquiry, online and via telephone. She was a pleasure to work with.. She processed the purchase paperwork and facilitated my receiving what was needed to register the car in MA, where I live.
