The service was extremely fast. I got my tires balanced, rotated, a full vehicle inspection and my oil changed for under 50 dollars in less then an hour. No appointment needed, just drop in. They do have busy times so call ahead to see how busy it is.

Very impressed. As any dealership you hear good andbad things about them. At first we didn’t have our hopes up with how our truck buying was going to go but we were very impressed. Jason helped us in ordering a new build lease and purchasing a super duty. Fantastic customer service!!!

Awesome service! Shea was the service advisor when I brought my truck in for recall work. She knew exactly what the work entailed, how long it would take, and didnt talk down to me at all. After about 10 or 15 minutes in the waiting area, Shea came to apologize that my truck wasnt in the shop already, and assured me it soon would be. In the past at other dealerships, Ive waited well over an hour before my truck even went in the shop. Completing the work took exactly how long Shea had said it would.As a woman who drives and works with a truck, I have some mechanical knowledge and interest, but I have customarily been talked down to and/or not had anything explained to me regarding my trucks service when I go to dealerships. This was certainly not the case at all at with Shea at Ford of Claremont. I was testing the waters by driving past my 2 more local dealerships to get to Ford of Claremont today, and I am pleased to say that it was worth the drive and that I will be sure to come back again. I called Ford of Claremont out of the blue on Friday morning, Ben picked up the phone. I explained I live in New York and saw a vehicle listed on their website and if it was available I wanted to purchase it. He put me on hold for a minute and came back to confirm the car was in stock. Within a few minutes we talked through the deal. I was planning on driving up to New Hampshire the next day to pick it up but Ben was able to have Doc drive it down to me. We traded a few emails, text messages, and calls that Friday. Ben even took the time to send me a few pictures of the car. I spoke with Dusty Saturday morning to review the financing and he confirmed he would handle the registration process with NY DMV. Monday at 10am I met Doc at the local airport and picked up the car!!!Ive purchased many cars over the years and can tell you no other purchase was so simple. Ben handled this deal from an out of state stranger over the phone without hesitation. He took my inquiry seriously from the start. I had spoken to another out of state dealer earlier who told me the only way they would deal with me was if I personally went to their dealership.I wish we were closer so I could have them service the car. Ben will certainly be my first call when I look for another Ford.

Purchased a vehicle - Christian and team were great. Vehicle ended up needing some work to correct the brakes - no hassles with warranty work.Make the trek down for oil changes, which are half the cost of Jiffy Lube and other shops in Hartford/Lebanon area.

While on a family vacation our transmission stared having serious issues. Shea from the service department was helpful and kept us informed about the progress. They were able to get the parts quickly and worked hard to get the car back to us quickly.They’re on top of what they’re doing. Great service, transparent pricing.It’s never fun to have car troubles, but they worked to make it less painful.

Was quite surprised to find them salesperson who sold me my last two cars was no longer there. Its not such a home town dealer anymore. Saw a different salesperson when I had a complaint, he sent me to service and never saw him again.

A nice facility and my interactions with the service technicians has been great, However, the service manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. If hanging up the phone on a paying customer is an acceptable practice, than this dealership won’t last in this area. This is a small community and word travels fast.Update...I raised my stars to four because I received a phone call from the new service manager, Fred, inquiring about my experience with the previous service manager, Joanne. Apparently they must have seen what was going on or had other complaints and deemed that a change was necessary. I was delighted to have been given the chance to explain to Claremont Ford my side of the story and will now give them another try. It spoke volumes to me when Fred offered to earn back my business. He didn’t have to do that but he did and he seemed very sincere. As soon as I can get back in the area long enough to have my truck serviced, I will be giving them a call. Hopefully I can bring this up to five stars. As I mentioned before, the service techs are great, they just had a vile creature as a service manager.Update to my update....What an improvement! The service department is now what a 5 star establishment should look like. The new service manager held true to his word and did exactly what he promised for my truck and beyond. I feel that the service team now has the leadership needed to make this local dealership an outstanding Ford repair/maintenance facility and am very pleased to give them my business for years to come. Well done team and I look forward to my next visit.

We didnt arrive at a deal while I was there but they bent over backwards in an attempt to reach one. I did end up going back and got a great deal on a Ford Ranger! What I like most is that they didnt pressure me. They made offers for different programs and if I refused something, they didnt push. I took my Ford Fusion to Claremont Ford to have the passenger side airbag replaced due to a recall. I was very pleased with the time it took and kindness of the service manager and staff. Had my car back in about two hours. I would definitely recommend Ford of Claremont to anyone who needs repairs or a great vehicle.

This dealership deserves praise! Arrived yesterday, with both of my kids, and we were welcomed as though we were long standing customers. The dealership itself? Absolutely stunning and spotless. Plenty of USB ports available too. They also have a “kids” room with bean bag chairs, small couches, a TV, and snacks and drinks are available at no cost. My kids were in heaven! Bought my car at gateway, now looking for service. Contacted claremont ford, knowing it could be a struggle to get from the upper valley to them. The schedule online states service open until 5 pm, really only open until 4pm, last appointment 3:15. Set up an appointment where my daughter could go directly there after her class at river valley for an oil change. Arrived about 3:45 and was turned away. Was up front with the service dept that she would be there directly after class. The guy she spoke with chuckled in response when she arrived, told her she was too late. When i called tried to resolve it they will do nothing to acommondate an appointment after 3:15 (45 min to change oil), when i asked to speak to the owner, came up with excuses that was busy, then with a customer, asked for voice mail click.......... hung up on me.Guessing a young dealership, have a lot to learn in regards to customer service. Also must be comfortable with level of business, not acomondating for new customers.

Very disorganized when I found the 1 parking space back behind the front display area. Cars-trucks parked every which way. Not at all what I expected. Called ahead was given a substitute driver sales person? Sketchy looking tattoos. Not at all professionally dressed. Car was way over my budget [batch & switch] even though I discussed over phone. Im hoping they improve the c/s.

Went in for an airbag replacement. The staff was courteous and the wait was short.

I stopped in to get a new key cut for my F150, and after visiting the empty service desk, was told that they dont actually cut keys there. A third-party company comes in once a week to cut keys, and the two salesman had no information as to when the company would be in, nor could they remember the name of their co-worker who had that information until checking her desk. No service personnel were available for me to talk to about some possible work I need done, which I find odd on a weekday before 5pm. The parking lot and drive are overcrowded with vehicles, making parking difficult.
