We called Eastern Propane to install a convection oven and we quickly found out it needed to be converted to propane from natural gas. Dave, Travis and Mark were here immediately upon arrival of the parts to get our oven up and running. The customer service was truly amazing!! In addition to great customer service Mark donated the parts and Eastern Propane donated the labor to the Claremont Soup Kitchen. Eastern Propane is a great asset to our community!!

Zack Lamott was a true professional! He came and quoted us for a heater for our garage space and gave us the proposal for the one we were originally interested in AND came up with a quote for one that was a better overall value (long term due to its efficiency) and was quieter as we have a tenant above it. We ended up going with his recommendation and are extremely happy with the customer service experience and the quality of work on the installation and the timeliness of the whole process! Terrible! I wish there was something lower than one star. DO NOT USE! Even tough set up on auto pay for months they failed to deliver fuel to 8 rental units. Tenants without heat or hot water for a day with 30deg temps. Then charged 200$ to come out at 10PM. I have never dealt with this sort of ignorance and stupidity. Switched to another company next morning.

Eastern was very responsive to it needs. I only gave them a few days heads up and they made sure we had propane. The technician was very knowledgeable and spent the time to answer all our questions as we had never had propane before. Great company and great service.

I recently switched to Eastern for propane. I also scheduled a service for my furnace. There were some initial bumps getting my tank switched over due to the tricky nature of where the other companys tank had been placed but, their customer service was top notch (thank you Zack) and helped smooth everything out quickly. Todd and his team were very quick when it was time to set the tanks and get everything hooked.I just had Jason from the Enfield office here to service the furnace and it was great. He was courteous, efficient, and helpful answering questions. He was mindful of social distancing and also did not try to sell me anything that I did not want/need. Would have him back anytime, which is great because we will have to have another part installed in the near future (we were aware that it would possibly need to be replaced and part of todays visit was to evaluate this particular issue). Everyone that I have spoken to on the phone has been pleasant and helpful and the hold times have been very short if at all noticed.All of these things have been very appreciated as with our previous company I noticed wait times were lengthy, prices were high and they left huge tire tracks across my lawn to retrieve their tank (something that the Eastern guys were very aware of and strove not to do which lead to the aforementioned difficulty placing the tanks, which again theywere able to resolve).

After 12 years of loyalty to them I asked for a reference to show I am a good customer. I was told they dont do that. I thought I was at least worth a few minutes to jot down a simple note in order to help me with getting a security fee waived from another company as I had moved. NOT impressed.

Called to request new service...was actually told they “weren’t interested”. Called Simple Energy, they are coming tomorrow! Wouldn’t recommend business with Eastern!

Very upset 2 days before xmas i call and ask for delivery i cant get one until i pay upfront. due to circumstances my husband arrives at 3:02! To be told in order to assure prompt delivery we had to pay extra 100.00 so to my knowledge the extra 100 is because they have to make a special trip!!!! Well no fuel here yet and looks like it wont be tonight ... so what was the reason for the extra 100.00 Im confused very sad what this world has come to very discouraged and hate dealing with uncaring greedy companies..

Wonderful people and wonderful service

At the very last week of 2017 I ask the Enfield Office to have three oil tanks at three locations filled before the end of the year. I am more than grateful that my request was honored and everything was filled. I especially want to comment that one of the oil drivers was here at our home long after business hours - it was cold and dark and more important it was Saturday night but still he came to get our oil tank filled - his dedication to his company and his customer is absolutely outstanding. Whomever you are - thank you. I would also like to comment that the Enfield office is always polite, takes care of constant calls and never seems to get annoyed, They are what every company hopes to have in customer service. Absolutely horrible to deal with. Never deliver on time. Asked for an emergency delivery of oil. They charge a rediculous fee and they wouldnt deliver because I was a little behind even though I was able to pay for the current delivery.
