Zach is so helpful. He is the WOW factor. I would love to hire Zach but he knows so much about cars that it would be a shame to steal him. Please take good care of the great employees, know the difference.

Went to the AutoZone located in Coconut Creek on State Road 7 to purchase a new battery. I’m a pretty handy guy and typically do things myself but just had hand surgery last week and I asked for help to change out the battery since they offer that service for free. The lady behind the counter named Kay said it’s up to employees if they want to take the risk. She needed to take a look at it to see how difficult it would be which I understand. I have a 2003 Chevy suburban which has one bolt in front and it comes out fairly easy, my 13-year-old son could take care of that in a matter of a few minutes. She denies my request and unfortunately I jump in my car and my car doesn’t start so I am forced to buy my battery here, went inside and purchased it. Asked if I could borrow some tools and Kay seemed aggravated by my asking. Since I am currently one handed due to the surgery I grab the tools and the battery put it on top of the truck and my hand gives out. The battery slides and falls on the floor, it cracked and leaked battery acid all over the floor. Went back inside asked another employee if I can speak to a manager, he asked another employee to help me out. He was great. His name was Travis I think he should be promoted. Seemed to love his job and was passionate about what he does. Because of him I gave two stars, if he wasn’t involved I would give you a -10. Kay needs to find a job that she’s passionate about and it’s obviously not working there or working at all.

I am amazed about those people working at this location. Few times I was there and always I had a great service but today it was just a big WOW !!!! The best customer service I ever had, I was very welcomed and treated honest and professional. Go and meet Zach, he is the best !!! What a pleasure to meet these kind of people!!! My first bad review.Great store, bad service from one men at front. I asked him to check my check engine light, he said they don’t do it because of COVID… seriously? We still can blame on covid? if all other places can do it. It was a little rainy, that’s the reason he didn’t want to do anything . I went to other autozone place, they check it for me.

I needed a new truck battery and, after getting a jump, drove straight to AutoZone on 441 near Wiles. I was greeted by Ali who really turned the hassle I was going through into something else. Ali explained what was available and even offered to remove the old battery and install the new one at no extra charge. Amazing professional service. The entire visit was less than ten minutes. These guys are a notch above when it comes to service. I’ll never go anywhere else. Check em’ out, good stuff.

Pete was an amazing salesperson who masterfully replaced my car battery. First he tested the old one to determine the condition and yes, it was not holding a charge. He gave me 3 options as a replacement for it and all 3 new ones came with a full price replacement warranty! After choosing a 3 year warranty battery for $169.99, he carefully removed the old and installed the new one. After that which only took 5 minutes, he quickly ran a test for other electrical components and showed me the results. All was good now with my Honda Accord thanks to Pete’s professional handling!! Thanks Pete you really deserve 10 stars!!

It was very busy when I went in but he took the time to listen to what I needed, then took to the right spot and stayed to answer questions until I had exactly what I needed. I’ve always had a good experience at AutoZone, and this was no different. Louis and Clemente were really helpful and not judge when we got the wrong size windshield wiper and needed to exchange. Would highly recommend.

I don’t even know where to start… Zack, Kidd and the store manger Clemente went out of their way to help me Check what was wrong with my vehicle. I went to TWO advanced auto Parts, which were two completely different locations, and gave me two different answers. Here at Auto Zone they took the time to explain to me what could possibly be happening and helped me out to fix the problem. After wondering around for 3+ hours at advanced auto parts Zack Kidd and Clemente solved the Issue in less than 15 minutes. I’m truly thankful for them and the excellent service and vibe that they provide. Definitely an honest and excellent service.

I went in knowing I had to get freon but no clue as to which one. Travis was so helpful and patient with me. He looked through the system based on my car but went the extra mile to check under my hood, just to verify. Once I got what I needed, u guessed it, I had no clue how to put it in lol. The manager Ali literally went outside with me in the rain to verbally guide me on how to correctly put it in my car. Travis joined him and they both made sure I kept my eye on the gauge and periodically checked my ac to ensure it blowing cold air. These guys stayed in the rain with me the entire time and I really appreciated that. If your looking for bomb customer service, this is the AutoZone to shop at!!

Look, its AutoZone. How much can be said about an AutoZone? However, we did go in looking for something we had no idea about and staff was quick, helpful and friendly. So in terms of AutoZones, this one is top notch. I wish I remembered the name of the girl that helped us, but she was awesome.

I was in dire need of a battery for my 2017 Prius - apparently those batteries are on back order for the foreseeable future?! I called so many places - no one was any help, and it was a holiday weekend!Then I called Auto Zone in Coconut Creek. The guys there quickly replied they had an alternative battery for me. I drove over there and they replaced it immediately, at no extra charge. Both Nathan and the other young man there (didn’t catch his name) were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Made my weekend!

AUTO ZONE #4860 My experience with NATE was very pleasant. The young man was very knowledgeable & took the time to make sure I had the right parts needed for my parts replacement. Nate didnt mind me asking the dumb questions that we all have but are afraid to ask. I wish more employees could be as genuine as nate.

Stopped by this store to find a tool to get my keys that were stuck under the drivers seat. The keys got wedged in the carpet opening for the floor vent. They could not be reached by hand. After I told Ali this he asked me to show him. We went toMy car where he proceeded to get on the floor in the back seat and pull my keys out with a magnetic tool.Hats off to Ali!!

Used to be an excellent and well managed store. I bought an Optima battery 2 year ago. The salesman took my payment and who knows what information he wrote on the screen. The battery is now defective and they are now saying that they cant find my information for the warranty purpose. The battery has all the labels pn it that if they really care to help customers they can make an effort to help out and find it. I now stuck with a bad battery and no replacement. Not recommend this store at all

Cant knock autozone. They are usually the place to have what you need when everybody else does not. That has value folks.

I pulled up to this AutoZone hoping to get my car fixed since it wasnt starting properly. Unfortunately, I am a poor college student, so I wanted to avoid buying a battery if needed. Simon B. came outside and inspected my car and saw that there was something wrong with my battery terminals and he told me that was most likely the cause of my problems, and that I probably wouldnt need a new battery since it tested okay. He proceeded to go back inside and ask if he could simply clean up the terminals but he was turned down by the upper management because my battery was a non-AutoZone battery, and said he could only spray terminal cleaner and hope for the best. I couldnt believe that the upper management not only told him that but told him that in front of me. I was pretty upset at first but Simon seemed very insistent that he would attempt to fix this issue despite the upper managements arrogance. He grabbed a can of terminal cleaner and sprayed it onto the terminals and the car started right up, no questions asked. He told me that he could not properly clean it due to his upper management but he said it should be good enough for now, but he recommended that I would get it properly cleaned and get terminal gel next time to prevent anything happening to the terminals. Above all else, he helped calm me down and was extremely nice to me. He is such a sweetheart. This gentleman is an absolute blessing to this store and he is more deserving of an upper management position than most of those people at this store! Treat him good! Only because of him I am giving the store 4 stars.
