Bad Deal All the way round.Service, Parts, Used car DeptNo one ever Returns our Urgent in person calls, that our car is Broken down and needs service.Chevy Equinox 2017 - Even though LB CHEV owes us several promised items: Spare Key, Touch-Up paint, and a New TireSold us a Bogus Extended Warranty, that was Never Registered or turn in to the Warranty company the $2,500 per warranty we paid up front.License plates did Not match the VIN or Registration.We are out Heaps of wasted Time following up, and about $5,000 in Cash for Services Not Provided

This place is always good and quick to get the job done. I was also impressed they kept my time on the oil change and was in and out. Granted it was not on a Saturday, but nonetheless impressed.

The lack of customer service skill and excess of sarcasm is above and beyond. Good luck if you have Padraig as your service advisor.

They gave me a courtesy shuttle to work, and then wouldnt return my calls, wouldnt help with a shuttle back, so now Im stuck at work with no ride (currently 6:40pm) while theyve gone home for the night. Must be nice to have a working vehicle.

I went to Lou bachrodt today and wow was I disappointed. I was baited by false online prices. I went to see a car priced at $17,300 to only get there and see the final was somehow $25,100. The manager Anthony was very disrespectful to me and my family. As a first time buyer he told me that I would never be able to afford a car over 10k and that I’ll need all the luck in the world to do it. Well after I left Lou Bachrodt Mazda I was able to afford the same car at the same price he advertised his car. Overall very bad dealership.
